Хороший отель. Отличное расположение, приличные номера. Единственный минус - вода по 10 евро. На номер дается две бутылки, остальное платное.

Eines der besten Hotels in Berlin. Sehr entspannter Checkin bei dem man gleich ein Gläschen Champagner gereicht bekommt. Die Lage ist mitten im Zentrum im historischen Ostteil der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, auch in der Standard Ausführung. Insgesamt ein sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel.

Leider war der Pool geschlossen und für die Sauna musste man sich anmelden und konnte die Saunabereich dann gerade einmal 1 Stunde benutzen. Die Öffnungszeiten der Sauna von 14:00 bis 20:00 an den Wochenenden ist für ein solches Hotel der Luxusklasse absolut inakzeptabel. Wir waren sehr verärgert darüber. Bei der Buchung haben wir keinerlei Informationen darüber erhalten, dass die Zeiten im Spa so reglementiert sind und er Poolbereich gänzlich geschlossen ist. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption erhielten wir die Info, dass der Pool aufgrund von Energiesparmaßnahmen geschlossen ist und außerdem fehlte es zusätzlich auch noch am Personal. Wir sind der Meinung, dass dann die Übernachtungspreise entsprechend angepasst werden müssen, wenn ein erheblicher Teil der Serviceleistungen nicht erbracht werden kann. Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt nicht so genießen, wie wir es vorhatten, leider!

Esperienza fantastica. L' hotel, in un elegante palazzo, è ubicato in posizione strategica, centrale ma tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Porta di Brandeburgo. Siamo stati accolti con calda ospitalità nel lusso; lo staff magnifico ha avuto ogni attenzione per rendere il nostro soggiorno davvero indimenticabile. Torneremo sicuramente.

Eccellente servizio e cena a 5 Stelle atmosfera perfetta una metà da non perdere la cucina è davvero buonissima prodotti di prima qualità eravamo in 5 il rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto siamo andati spontaneamente al bar con famiglia personale disponibile e gentile Torneremo sicuramente

Hotel molto bello e situato in posizione strategica sta al centro tra la Porta di Brandeburgo e Alexanderplatz. Metropolitana e fermata bus praticamente a pochi passi. Staff gentile, professionale e competente. Sono una persona molto attenta alla pulizia degli ambienti e devo dire che è estremamente pulito e confortevole. Consiglio inoltre il ristorante dell'hotel "Chiaro" il quale rappresenta per noi Italiani un punto di riferimento eccellente della nostra cucina. Sono stata loro ospite durante le feste natalizie e proprio davanti l'hotel vi è un bellissimo mercatino. Vivamente consigliato!

Prima di tutto grazie ad Antonio, Efi ed ai loro colleghi, estremamente gentili e di fatto il primo impatto quando arrivi in Hotel in quanto sono le prime persone che incontri della strutturache ti aprono la porta del taxi si prendono cura dei tuoi bagagli e ti accompagnano al desk check in. E' un bell' albergo, ben ubiacato in centro, si affaccia su una splendida piazza non è lontano dalla porta di Brandeburgo e dal check point Charlie, entrambi raggiungibili con una passeggiata di 15 min circa. La camera estremamente confortevole e silenziosa, letto per me fantastico. Servizio e personale ottimi, ma nell'insieme sempre per il mio gusto lo trovo spento nei colori e negli arredi forse cupo. Colazione ottima ben assortita e prodotti di qualità.

In posizione eccezionale un Grand Hotel da tutti i punti di vista. Bello, curato, ottimo servizio non riesco a trovare difetti al mio soggiorno. Ci tornerò senz'altro nelle mie prossime trasferte berlinesi.

Hotel located in a convenient location in the middle of Berlin. Service was beyond excellent and was truly a fantastic stay!. Guest journey started from the second we parked the car in front of the hotel and continued trough-out. We felt like VIPs and were also upgrade to a beautiful room with a view to the square.

Was told that I was staying in 6 star rated hotel. Lobby was very average , food at restaurant or in bar did not rate as 6 star. Rooms good , spa area good albeit very expensive. The worst aspect is that when I wanted to organise driver from hotel to take me to concert and pick me up was advised min booking of 10 hours. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable that alleged 6 star hotel can only do this most 5 stars hotels around world would charge on hourly basis or min 2-3 hours NOT 10. Would I stay again or recommend absolutely NOT !!! Ps. The only redeeming feature was I was able to take selfy with rod stewart in lobby

This is an exclusive roof top bar. They were full Friday and advised we returned Saturday. Saturday they were shut for a private event. Complete waste of our time travelling back again. If the staff in reception had a little customer service training this could have been avoided. They were not very welcoming on either visit. In the future book in advance via open table.
