Замечательный отель. Очень чисто, мебель и техника новые, в комнате нежный аромат, приятное к использованию постельное белье и полотенца. Большой телевизор с качественной картинкой. Хороший кондиционер. Стабильный wifi. Новая красивая мебель. Ежедневная уборка и пополнение запаса воды. Мы очень довольны. Однозначно рекомендую.

Everything was perfect while we stayed. We ended up staying in the Executive Villa beachfront with a private pool. The rooms are enormous, the beds are extremely comfortable and the mosquito net works perfectly. This is possibly the best resort (with beach and private pool option) I have ever stayed in and will definitely only be staying in this resort when I return for another vacation to Phu Quoc. For the complete breakdown of our experience: Rooms: The rooms are insulated perfectly and are sprayed by a pest control company regularly. We did not even see a single ant in the room in our 9 days stay. The bedding and pillows are so comfortable you don't want to wake up in the morning. The only thing forcing you out of bed is the the crystal clear beach waters and the breakfast cut off time. Please Note that you are provided with 2 complimentary bottles of water daily. but you will be charged for for the 2 small bottles in the bathroom and 2 big ones if you consume them daily. We only ended up paying around 5 USD total for the addition bottles we consumed daily after 9 days which is nothing to really nothing to complain about. Staff: Every single person we dealt with were beyond kind, helpful and amazing. THE KEY PERSON who made our stay so comfortable and one to remember is Mr. Sean Maher (Guest Relations Manager). This gentleman checked on us everyday to see if everything is fine and took time from his busy day to chat with us and give us tips and recommendations on what we can do on the island. Dealing with someone like Mr. Sean is 80% the reason guests would decide to come back to the resort. Outstanding service. All the reception area staff were always so helpful and kind and always smiling. The names that come to mind as we dealt with them on many occations is Tam & Lam from reception. Also Katrina was always there with a smile before we left in the morning and when we came back at night. Food: We only tried dinner twice and it was very very good and excellent prices. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Omelet bar was our fave. Spa: You cannot miss the Spa. Its extremely affordable at around 18 USD for an Aroma Message. Hands down the best massage I have ever received ever. Ask for Lan, Lai & Loi. We tried them three and they were amazing. Also try the Hot Stone (Volcanic) 90 minute massage which is for 30 USD and the best way to end you holiday.
Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort

I travel the world with Marriott brand only, this is the very disappointed Sheraton Phu Quoc that I happen to stay, I booked a family suite oceanfront during June1-5,2023. This review written on June 2,2023. It isn’t 5 star resort. Marriott Should not put their name on it, because it degrade the quality of Marriott Brand. We check in during lunch and went to Garden restaurant, the lunch buffer have nothing worth to eat so we order from menu total of 5 hot dish for 5 of us, only 3 dish come out 20 minute, 1 dish come out 45 minute later and final dish never come. So 1 of us can’t have lunch. We lelf the restaurant and came to our SUITE all the keys doesn’t work so after the trip to front desk again finally we got in the suite. The room temperature was at 25C degrees and keep go up. Call the maintenance no help there The resort is old and need upgrade ASAP including AC units. We went down to front desk and request to change the room, they told us to leave our phone number so they can contact us regarding the room transfer. We never received the call, we have to went out to find a decent place for our dinner because we are not sure about restaurant dinner buffet!!! So by the time get to the room we too tired to call and bother the front desk. I am a Platium Bonvoy of the Marriott. It mean I stay at least 50 nights per year with Marriott. This is the first time I feel like I got cheat out of 5 stars resort. So today I will ask them to cancel the rest of the stay and move to another resort, hopefully JW Marriott in the other end of the island. My review is not prejudiced about the staff or Food not even the normal wear and tear of the resort but mainly with the management team. On the small note to resort management director. You should try your own food in the restaurant including the ice cream in the snack bar, I think the Ice cream was there too long. I wish all the best to my fellow guess and hope that you will be better luck then me. After my first impression with The 5 star resort. I would like update my review. Just one action of the top team management in breakfast room, it change my opinion and I am very appreciated his customer services. His name is Mr Hoang. He fresh up my family’s morning with an offer a cup of Green Tea, when services like that happen, it took out of all the bad experience and show you how great the staff can brighten your day. Furthermore in the long conversation he explains to me the new management just took over last September 2022 and in process of remodel the resort. Also the staff had been trained and continue to update their customers services. Therefore I would like to update my review with a 5 stars and continue to believe in Marriott branding Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach. This is on my day 4 at the resort and I am very happy to share with everyone. Thank you for read my review and after all we have a happy ending. My best wish remain with the staff of the Hotel specifically with the Breakfast room management

Un charme dès l'arrivée, un côté nature magnifique, des chambres façon mini bungalow. La propreté des chambres est très bien, la literie est confortable est spacieuse . La salle de douche est fonctionnelle, les serviettes de toilette, et le nécessaire d'hygiène est fourni. La chambre est nettoyée à la demande . Il y a une piscine avec un côté adapté aux petits, et un côté jusqu'à 1,80m de profondeur. On trouve des transats pour s'allonger au Soleil. Le petit déjeuner est inclus , un petit choix, mais suffisant. On trouve aussi un bar, dans lequel ne sont servis que des boissons sans alcool, mais seulement des jus de fruits frais, soda. Pour l'environnement extérieur à l'hôtel, il y a la mer à moins de 5 minutes à pieds, avec un bar, vraiment sympa que je recommande au coucher de soleil, cadre magnifique pour des photos réussies. À proximité vous avez plein de petits restaurants dans lesquelles il y a un choix large pour plaire à toutes les papilles. Le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment accueillant et serviable. Un super rapport qualité/ prix.❤️

Questo è un hotel molto bello rilassante sulla spiaggia. Possiamo camminare sulla spiaggia, ma restare in questo piccolo hotel di lusso.

Il nostro tour operator ha prenotato il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel e non è stata una piacevole esperienza! Servizio: Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel non c'era un solo personale/bella che portasse il nostro bagaglio.Abbiamo dovuto portarlo da soli nella stanza.L'hotel sembrava vacante con quasi nessuna occupazione! Il ricevitore ci ha detto che il colazione sarà servito in modo saggio/per ospite e sarà ordinato un giorno prima dal menu set (difficilmente nessuna scelta era disponibile nel menu) e a causa della mancanza di occupazione non sarà servito nessun buffet! Perche' l'hotel si impegna a fornire colazione a buffet? Anche molti servizi sono stati chiusi/scontate ma ancora i poster sono stati posizionati in diverse aree.La zona della piscina non aveva luce e nessun guardiano di vita. In generale il servizio non era buono! Camere: Le camere sembravano oscure anche quando tutte le luci erano state switchate. Molto basso illuminazione e senza ventilazione. Ci sono anche mosquiti nella stanza! La stanza non era nemmeno spaziale.In generale le camere non erano buone! Alimenti: la qualità dei cibi non era buona e la maggior parte di essi era bland.Anche una varietà limitata di frutta è stata servita durante il colazione, di cui solo i meloni d'acqua erano buoni! Localizzazione: La posizione dell'hotel era buona e potevamo raggiungere i ristoranti e i piatti vicini a piedi.Anche la spiaggia era a piedi. (l'unico punto positivo) Quindi la nostra esperienza complessiva in questo hotel non è stata buona e non consigliamo di questo hotel in alcun modo!
