"Il bracciolo del divano nella stanza è crollato, ma nel complesso era comunque ok. Ho prenotato una stanza a prezzi scontati, quindi non avevo esigenze così elevate. Non ho chiesto di cambiare stanza quando ho visto la stanza all'angolo della villa. Se sono più di 2.000, la vista qui non vale comunque la pena. Il ristorante ha un sapore mediocre. Non ordinate il maiale brasato. Sembra delizioso nella foto. Non ha un sapore molto buono. Ma la colazione è piuttosto deliziosa. Ci sono troppi coreani."

"I enjoyed my time in Mövenpick hotel. Beautiful territory, amazing beach and clean seawater.
I like chicken liver on breakfast and coffee which they made was good.
Also was nice to have some yoga classes at morning, really gave more power for the day.
But also I want to mention some disadvantages which I hope management can change in future.
The place for bread in the breakfast didn’t have towel for carting bread, so if guests wanted to cut bread they used there hands to touch the bread!!!! It’s totally not normal for any hotel, and can bring more bacteria!!!!!
Moreover I think should add salmon for breakfast. Kitchen makes Benedict eggs only with bacon , and no choice for people who doesn’t eat pork. Was a kinda sad about that.
We was living in the second building, to go to beach need to wait for the car and something need to spend 5-10 min on waiting, could be nice to manage it better to not make guest wait for a long time.
In conclusion, I would like to come back again but to the first building not second building!"

"L'isola di Phu Quoc è stata divisa in due hotel per quattro giorni. Ho scelto il Novotel a sud perché era convenientemente vicino alla funivia di Xianghai. "Siamo rimasti all'hotel Vinsholiday e abbiamo trovato che l'esperienza generale potrebbe essere migliorata. Il processo di check-in è stato inefficiente siamo arrivati 3 ore prima e ci sono stati detto che dovevamo pagare per il check-in precoce. Tuttavia, anche quando è arrivato all'ora ufficiale di check-in alle 2:00, abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po' prima di arrivare alla nostra stanza.
La pulizia delle manette e delle lastre di letto era deludente, con alcuni tinture notevoli, la qualità della manette era anche scarsa e troppo sottile, quindi dovevamo chiedere un sostituto. HHoi NingThe room is superb, clean and comfy. It's wonderful that you could enjoy the firework show at the balcony, especially during the rainy days. The welcome drinks tasted good and the staff at the front office are nice.
However, the facilities and workshop are limited, compared to other hotels. They have one workshop on every tue and sat. Sadly, we check in on Friday and leave in Sat morning. The weather was way too bad and keep raining cats and dogs on the day we stay with La Festa. Only sauna and gym were available for accessing...of course you can pay for a drink or swim under the rain and storm...and the worst thing is that, the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, swimming pool, gym and sauna were all in the opposite building...We got soaked in the rain...

YYaleneLoved my stay at this beachfront gem in Phu Quoc. The rooms were stylish and comfortable, the service was warm and attentive, and the location right on Long Beach was ideal. Enjoyed delicious food, a relaxing spa, and stunning sunsets. Highly recommended for a peaceful yet luxurious escape.

BBenjamin DavidOur stay at Pullman was very comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was clean and big enough for our family. During our 10 day stay we were never bored with the superb and diverse breakfast buffet. There were western and eastern style dishes prepared with quality ingredients. The restaurants, pool bar and room service foods were delicious though a bit expensive compared to local restaurants. The spa was professional and affordable. We ended up getting spa treatments twice! The pool was huge with different areas for children and adults including a small water park for the kids. Our children also enjoyed the indoor playground, especially the activities organized by their attentive staff.
The Pullman staff were all professional, attentive, and caring towards their guests. For our wedding anniversary, they greeted us with a delicious desert and personalized card in our room. We had a minor noise complaint regarding the restaurant upstairs. They solved the noise issue immediately and gifted us with a free bottle of wine. The spa staff was professional and attentive to our needs.
Pullman Resort is near the airport with free transportation back and forth. It is also near Sao Beach and Sunset Town, but far from other tourist spots in the north.
The only negative was trash found on the beach. While we were there the waves were rough and probably brought in the trash.

WWongVivianSe stai cercando un servizio di lusso, allora consiglierei Sheraton. Abbiamo recentemente avuto il nostro viaggio di famiglia e siamo rimasti a Sheraton. Ci è davvero piaciuto, offrendo autobus gratuiti a luoghi come safari, grande mondo e aeroporto. Per i bambini, ci sono attività che li tengono occupati. Ci piaceva molto fare la pizza, dal momento che il cuoco era estremamente attento e i miei bambini si divertovano così tanto. Le pizza erano anche molto buone.
Ho dovuto lodare il loro servizio, poiché i lavoratori sono estremamente gentili, attenti e rispondono alle nostre esigenze.
Le selezioni per la colazione sono cambiate costantemente ogni giorno, quindi ci siamo davvero divertiti con il cibo.
Abbiamo anche cenato socialmente ogni giorno, i server erano così sorprendenti e attenti, erano estremamente gentili e ci siamo sentiti veramente curati delle nostre esigenze.
Anche se l'hotel è un po' date, ci siamo davvero goditi il nostro soggiorno.
Raccomanderò assolutamente ai miei amici e alle persone che cercano un servizio di prima colazione.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è situato in una grande zona: tra Grand World e Vinpearl Wonderworld. L'hotel è un po' vecchio, quindi si può sentire un odore di umidità in alcune zone, come i corridoi, ma in generale è abbastanza pulito e bello. Il colazione è grande! Ci sono molte opzioni da scegliere. Non potevamo godere della spiaggia da quando abbiamo visitato la stagione delle monsone, ma sembrava ben curato. L'hotel offre anche autobus gratuiti da e verso l'aeroporto e altri luoghi turistici, come il Grand World

CCurious Ape1. Missing amenity: NOT all rooms have washing machine inside, even though it is clearly stated that this is included in the room amenities. The host/reception staff did NOT specify this information before OR after check in. Even if the machine is there, the host/reception staff does not provide any token amount of laundry detergent. So remember to “Bring your own detergent”
2. Vague communications: Questions emailed to the host via Trip.com are not always answered by the host (ie either no response at all or very late reply). Trip.com was helpful in advising me to email directly to the host (**************************) when the host failed to respond to some of my emails. However, it seems like the host does not check it’s own email box so I never get any response from that mailbox
3. Tedious check in process: There isn’t any clear information about the exact location of their office. Check in information is given ONLY via Chatting apps (eg Zalo, Kakao, Line or Whatsapp) at exactly the check in time, 2 pm (rooms are highly unlikely to be ready before that). I went directly to their physical office for assistance. Their office (with blue signage “Rosie”) is shabby and dubious-looking and totally incongruous with the given “Luxury Hillside Apartment” name). You MUST have mobile data roaming at that point to receive the room access code. The security guards based at each building’s beautiful reception floor have nothing to do with the rooms managed by this tiny “Rosie” office
4. Minimal staff: Cleaning staff hired by this Rosie agency seems unable to cope with the large number of room cleaning prior to guests’ check in. In the end, I think the limited manpower could only manage very basic, superficial cleaning of rooms. Ants seem to have built a colony in hidden crevices in some of the units as there’re always some crawling around the kitchenette/clothes-hanging cabinet every now and then
5. It’s a 50/50 chance of whether you are assigned a fairly new and really nice apartment or a worn-out one with some broken down/missing fixtures. You just have to risk it, in return for a stunning view of the fireworks (in rooms facing the Kiss Bridge)
6. The agency staff are okay and they do try to help. Unfortunately, I find them somewhat inexperienced and their services and expertise are a mismatch for this fine category of apartments. The Rosie agency staff have a tendency to give routine, generic answers when dealing with feedback and complaints. They probably can do well in operating guest houses or backpackers’ lodge where expectations from guests are much lower

RRodrigo MarcosEverything was amazing. The service, especially Tristan (reception), Thai & Hai (restaurant), the cleaning team, the buggy drivers, the nurse... everyone in the staff! They treated us so nicely, and the hotel itself is an absolute dream! The bedrooms are super clean, the house is huge, and it was super cool to have our own swimming pool! I had the best experience ever in this hotel, and we are willing to come back one day!
Additionally, the 15,000 Steps🚶♀️ Reward Program was super creative, and you should consider running🏃♂️ inside the hotel to get 500,000 💰 VND reward at the same time as you get healthy! 😁👍
I highly recommend it!

YYongyuannianqingdeshenshen- Ocean Bay è molto fotogenico, ma è davvero una seccatura.
- Dalla colazione al pranzo, fino al servizio in camera, non ho mangiato piatti deliziosi, avevano tutti un sapore molto ordinario. 🍔Cheeseburger di manzo, il formaggio era unto come un pezzo di interiora di animale lavate. Non ci sarà un cameriere a occuparsi dei tavoli per la colazione e non c'è tempo per prendersi cura di voi. Se arrivate tardi, non troverete nulla da mangiare. L'intero ristorante è semi-aperto, quindi non c'è aria condizionata.
- La camera è molto selvaggia e lussuosa. L'originale cabina ecologica piena di piante verdi è molto fotogenica, ma bisogna accettare la presenza di vari insetti nella stanza. Ho visto zanzare, lucertole e coleotteri longhorn. Inoltre, l'hotel ha più di 100 camere ma solo 3 navette. Se non fate il check-in e il check-out, consiglio vivamente di raggiungere la hall a piedi. Inoltre, la camera d'albergo è dotata di una sola tessera e non ne verrà fornita un'altra. Questa tessera della stanza deve essere utilizzata sia come tessera elettrica sia come tessera della stanza, ovvero quando si esce dalla stanza tutti gli apparecchi elettrici devono essere spenti.

UUtente ospiteХорошее расположение (минут 10 до моря или до Кинг Конга, но обратно дольше, находится на холме). Завтрак хороший (шведский стол небольшой, плюс пекут блинчики и можно выбрать омлет, яичницу или суп с пылу с жару). Дочка заценила бассейн и бильярд. Все немного старовато уже в отеле, но все работает (кондиционер, горячая вода, холодильник, телевизор - все ок). Вообще, резорт приятный, атмосферный такой, с духом Вьетнама, близкий к природе. Душ и санузел открытый меня изначально очень смутил (при бронировании не заметила какой он), было первый вечер страшновато заходить, боялась столкнуться с местной фауной. Но потом я просто наслаждалась им, настоящее открытие для меня.За неделю проживания никого там не встретила, одно удовольствие от единения с природой. К тому же, это оказалось очень удобно. Купальники быстро сохнут там, можно спокойно вытряхивать песок.

JJune Yoon YiI visited here for the second time. Although the transportation is uncomfortable, I wanted to relax in a spacious villa in a quiet area. In particular, the staff were friendly, and they seem to be carefully selected, educated, and treated. In particular, the desk staff was friendly, and it was easy to communicate in English. (Many of the five-star hotels in Phu Quoc have difficulty in communicating with desk staff in English) This is not a fancy and noisy place. Rather, it is a place of quiet peace that is practical and classy. Everything is going accordingly. There are not many types of dishes at breakfast, but the quality is good. Both of the spa and restaurant service are cost-effective. The beach and pool are small but practical, cozy, elagant, and well managed. The resort buildings and interiors are also small and old, but I could feel the soul of the architect.
