Prima di tutto il cibo in servizio in camera è molto cattiva e troppo costoso. Sono malato e dovevamo usarlo, ma preferivo rimanere fame allora. Non abbastanza letti solari sulla spiaggia: dovresti andare alla spiaggia non più tardi otto ore per ottenere un divano. Solo una persona parla buona lingua alla reception e è davvero utile e bello con il nome Felix. Gli altri ti danno informazioni sbagliate e il loro inglese è difficile da capire. L'isola di Phu Quoc è stata divisa in due hotel per quattro giorni. Ho scelto il Novotel a sud perché era convenientemente vicino alla funivia di Xianghai. Ho prenotato circa $ 650 a notte, l'intero hotel, sia all'interno che all'esterno, è molto bello, i cuscini sono un po' sgonfi, bisogna chiamare per cambiare gli altri cuscini, non c'è praticamente nulla nella stanza per essere pignoli, la spiaggia della piscina è bellissima, vale la pena venire qui per scattare foto, la colazione ha molte scelte ma peccato, sono un po' deluso, e sono andato alla Elements spa devo compilare un sacco di gesti Non ho abbastanza forza, devo ricordarglielo spesso, la stanza ha un bagno e una doccia, dopo il massaggio ho fatto una doccia in camera, ma ho scoperto che non c'era acqua calda, le ho chiesto perché non c'era acqua calda? Ha detto che bisogna farsi una doccia nello spogliatoio al piano di sotto, lo spogliatoio ha anche una sauna da forno e una doccia, non capisco, c'è una doccia nella stanza, ma non l'acqua calda per i clienti, un massaggio per cambiarsi e l'altra doccia dello spogliatoio femminile, esattamente quello della partita. Premetto che il massaggio con pietre calde costa 500 $ in più a persona per 90 minuti, Penso che questo prezzo sia un po' caro, questa domanda Elements spa non vale il massaggio. L'isola di Phu Quoc è famosa per i massaggi economici, in pratica puoi andare in altri posti per farti fare un massaggio (non scegliere l'hotel). La camera è pulita, grande e silenziosa. Quando sono andato, non ho potuto usare la piscina sul lato Oasis perché era in riparazione. Anche nella stessa serie Vinpearl, è difficile usare un passeggino tra i resort, quindi dovresti sempre controllare l'orario del bus navetta prima di spostarti. A parte questo, il resto è stato soddisfacente. La colazione non era gustosa come previsto. Tuttavia, sono disposto a visitare di nuovo la prossima volta che visito.

I enjoyed my time in Mövenpick hotel. Beautiful territory, amazing beach and clean seawater.
I like chicken liver on breakfast and coffee which they made was good.
Also was nice to have some yoga classes at morning, really gave more power for the day.
But also I want to mention some disadvantages which I hope management can change in future.
The place for bread in the breakfast didn’t have towel for carting bread, so if guests wanted to cut bread they used there hands to touch the bread!!!! It’s totally not normal for any hotel, and can bring more bacteria!!!!!
Moreover I think should add salmon for breakfast. Kitchen makes Benedict eggs only with bacon , and no choice for people who doesn’t eat pork. Was a kinda sad about that.
We was living in the second building, to go to beach need to wait for the car and something need to spend 5-10 min on waiting, could be nice to manage it better to not make guest wait for a long time.
In conclusion, I would like to come back again but to the first building not second building!

Ci sono molte piscine in un'ampia area. La piscina per adulti è profonda 1,7 m. Ci sono anche degli scivoli d'acqua sul lato della piscina. C'è una spiaggia di fronte alla piscina piace nuotare e tuffarsi nell'acqua sarà soddisfatto. La colazione offre un'ampia selezione di cibi ed è deliziosa. Le camere sono confortevoli ed eleganti. Ci sono 2 minimarket aperti 24 ore su 24, una sala massaggi e diversi ristoranti di fronte all'hotel, quindi le cure mediche non sono un problema. C'è anche una bancarella di panini francesi. I panini francesi sono molto croccanti e vale la pena provarli. L'hotel si trova vicino alla stazione della funivia ed è molto comodo per visitare le attrazioni del sud.

Molto buono
UUticaI was impressed by the infinity pool when I arrived at the hotel. We have booked a ocean view room which faced the ocean with a great view, the room is spacious. The staff at reception counters and restaurant were polite and pleasant. Food at restaurants were good. However, all our good impression was ruined by the arrangement on airport transfer. I did booked the airport transfer for my return flight before this trip, and confirmed to have 4 people via email. Unluckily, they had made a wrong estimation on the number of people for airport transfer, the shuttle bus was overbooked. My husband need to sit on a wooden chair though the transfer time was 15 mins only. I was wonder that such kind of mistake was made by a famous & luxury hotel group.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel più soddisfacente di questo viaggio è la Golden Week del Primo Maggio. Il prezzo di una camera doppia non è aumentato di molto (più di 500 yuan). Puoi inviare un'e-mail all'hotel in anticipo per fissare un appuntamento per il ritiro. Appena scesi dall'aereo potrete vedere il marchio delle conchiglie. Dopo il check-in la reception vi ricorderà di registrarvi. Il trasferimento del volo di ritorno è gratuito. La piscina ha una buona qualità dell'acqua e non c'è molta gente a pochi minuti a piedi dal mercato notturno Ci sono molti buoni centri benessere e ristoranti nella zona circostante La cosa migliore è lasciare l'hotel al bus navetta il giorno prima della partenza. L'ordine ti verrà inviato all'orario previsto Poiché il volo era di mattina presto, la camera forniva anche un servizio di sveglia e veniva fornita una colazione gratuita (una grande quantità di pane, sandwich, acqua e frutta). La colazione in camera viene solitamente pagata fino alle 5 del mattino. anche se hai voglia di uno spuntino a tarda notte. Tutto sommato è stato un viaggio soddisfacente.

UUtente ospiteVilla is large and clean, with a pretty big swimming pool that can actually swim. Services are good, providing an app to communicate with the staff and able to book services through it, like book buggy or in villa BBQ etc. But most of the staff need to improve their English speaking abilities, i guess only 1/3 of the staff can actually communicate with English. Other than that, it’s a very good villa.

YYeI traveled to Bãi Khem, Phu Quoc in February and liked it so much that I visited again after 3 weeks.
I was a bit concerned about Premier Village because I thought it was a just calm resort better suited for large families rather than couples. But in conclusion, it was a very fun and active resort. The moment I entered the beachfront pool villa, which is located 1 minute away from the swing bar and the boat dock that runs free of charge from the resort's private beach to Sunset Town, I was amazed by the refreshing sea view. The private pool was clean and spacious, and the rooms on the second floor were in excellent condition. It was good. Even though both the 1st and 2nd floors have large ceilings, the air conditioner was strong enough to make it cold. It was convenient to have a refrigerator as well as ice in the freezer and a water purifier.
What was great was that I could install the app using a QR code and immediately convey my requests through a chat service, so buggy and water bus reservations and room service were all convenient. In particular, the pretty and kind Butler ‘Mong Tuyen’ was very helpful as she helped me with many things. (I was having trouble working because I left out my laptop cable accessory, but she even found an electronics store on Phu Quoc Island where I could buy a connection cable~)
Corallo Restaurant didn't have much on the menu, but every single one of them was delicious. The best moment was having beer and a Wagyu burger at Swing Bar, boarding a boat reserved for 8pm at the dock right next door, arriving at Sunset Town in the pleasant night breeze, watching the fireworks, and returning. It was so fantastic that there was an accommodation 1 minute away from the dock where we arrived by boat after playing to our heart's content.
The eastern sea has clear water, lots of cute fish, and a wide sea where you can ride a paddle boat. The King's Well, which is steeped in legend, is actually a place where the sea and a sacred freshwater well are connected.
It was nice to come here and get a lot of energy.
We plan to visit again!

SSweetlichekLa posizione era perfetta per noi - dietro la macchina via cavo (literalmente 5 minuti a piedi per arrivare lì). Grande vista. Abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi con la pulizia all'arrivo, alcuni hanno aggiornato la nostra camera (Abbiamo un appartamento 2-bedroom per una notte, prima che la camera che abbiamo prenotato fosse pulita inizialmente). E quell'appartamento era magnifico: spazioso e pulito.

Gym room is small, with limited equipment. But i guess it is fine, as not many people were there during my stay
swimming pool and beach
There are two and both are good. there are always some staff cleaning the pool, so i am not worried about the water quality. Beach is right next to the hotel and water activities are there for you to choose
breakfast is good, with lots of choices. we were asked to have breakfast in the function room as they said the restaurant was full. i could imagine the hotel was fully booked that weekend
Hotel provides airport pickup and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The price is higher than other local brands, and you can see the difference from the service quality.
One more thing, the night market is just opposite to the hotel and this one is clean and tidy.
Definitely i will stay in this hotel again

but the service was kinda slow. There was a long wait at the reception to get response from them when I had trouble and complain about it. communication did not go smoothly, many local staff don’t speak english, plus food does not tasty at all include breakfast and hotel restaurant for the dinner. not many option for vegetarian.
prepare repellent at night, if you wanna sit at the terrace or open area at the restaurant.

Завтрак хороший (шведский стол небольшой, плюс пекут блинчики и можно выбрать омлет, яичницу или суп с пылу с жару). Дочка заценила бассейн и бильярд. Все немного старовато уже в отеле, но все работает (кондиционер, горячая вода, холодильник, телевизор - все ок). Вообще, резорт приятный, атмосферный такой, с духом Вьетнама, близкий к природе. Душ и санузел открытый меня изначально очень смутил (при бронировании не заметила какой он), было первый вечер страшновато заходить, боялась столкнуться с местной фауной. Но потом я просто наслаждалась им, настоящее открытие для меня.За неделю проживания никого там не встретила, одно удовольствие от единения с природой. К тому же, это оказалось очень удобно. Купальники быстро сохнут там, можно спокойно вытряхивать песок.

JJune Yoon YiI visited here for the second time. Although the transportation is uncomfortable, I wanted to relax in a spacious villa in a quiet area. In particular, the staff were friendly, and they seem to be carefully selected, educated, and treated. In particular, the desk staff was friendly, and it was easy to communicate in English. (Many of the five-star hotels in Phu Quoc have difficulty in communicating with desk staff in English) This is not a fancy and noisy place. Rather, it is a place of quiet peace that is practical and classy. Everything is going accordingly. There are not many types of dishes at breakfast, but the quality is good. Both of the spa and restaurant service are cost-effective. The beach and pool are small but practical, cozy, elagant, and well managed. The resort buildings and interiors are also small and old, but I could feel the soul of the architect.

UUtente ospiteThe resort has alot of potential with an exclusive beach, swimming pool and eloquent rooms (some with great views). Breakfasts are great. The manager was good and takes pride in the resort, however when he was not around in the afternoons and evenings service was rare and hard to find. You have to actively go look for restaurant staff to place an order or pay. The restaurant could be alot more profitable if staff actively removed plates and asked clients if they could get them anything e.g dessert, drinks. They charge a service fee, but with little service.
It advertises a gym, but equipment is in disrepair, they should not advertise facilities which are not functional.
There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not an easy location to get to, but yet we found the reception unhelpful in getting transport.
All in all the resort could be great, but service needs to be improved.
