Hotel Family-friendly a Phnom Penh

Un bellissimo hotel di stile cambogiano tradizionale. Il giovane personale è amichevole e entusiasta. Ci sono molte caratteristiche di legno e un lobby selvaggio sopra il gruzzolo. La pista che conduce all'hotel può essere un po 'dodgy e piegato con rubinetto. La colazione è servita sul tetto e molto buona con molte scelte. La piscina e il ristorante sono bellissimi e il servizio e la cena sono stati apprezzati. La mia stanza sembrava buona, ma non c'è punto di forza vicino al letto e la doccia è strana. Il personale domestico controlla mai le batterie nella TV a distanza? Nessun balcone come indicato nella prenotazione di viaggio. Evitare il prelievo di tuk Tuk fuori davanti e chiamare un GRAB per un miglior trasporto di valore.

Had a great time staying at Luxcity! Beautiful facility, wonderful staff, good English, great selection for continental breakfast with good service! They rooftop pool also has an amazing view of the city

spectacular hotel! hospitality was top notch. upon check in, they personally brought us and our bags to the room. they also had 15mins foot massage free for each guest. the room - really clean and spacious. came with the whole set of toiletries. they even provided a laundry rack and laundry detergent upon request. the breakfast - pretty basic, nothing outstanding. had a good mix of asian and western cuisine. the location happens to be in the bakery next door. the amenities - nice infinity pool albeit cold. gym was excellent, high quality machines! they also had a spa/massage place behind the reception area. it was a little pricey but it was the standard you would expect for the price you pay. the location - its across the bridge from the main city but a quick tuk tuk over solves the problem! overall would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay here. The property is great and the amenities are new and well maintained. The spa is great too.

As soon as we arrived, we were given complimentary drinks. When we arrived to our rooms, we were given complimentary fruits. As soon as we told them that we would be checking out early, they organised a complimentary breakfast to take away before we leave the hotel. Service was amazing.

Ho avuto il piacere di stare in questo hotel di recente, e la mia esperienza è stata davvero eccezionale. Dalla mia arrivo, il personale mi ha reso felice e confortevole. Le camere erano pulite, comode e ben mantenute, offrendo tutto quello che mi serviva per un soggiorno rilassante. Questo è un hotel molto ben gestito. La stanza è grande e pulita, il personale è amichevole, anche il personale di custodia della casa vi saluta con un sorriso grande quando vi vede. Rimarrò se il prezzo è giusto. Uno dei punti da migliorare è che spero che l'aria con sia più fredda.

Amazing hospitality overall, where the staff are super forthcoming and helpful, and a large variety of food are offered at this resort. I recommend this place to anyone trying to take a day out of the hustle and bustle of the city, to relax in a calm and serene setting.
