Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 giorni e possiamo solo lodare. L'hotel è molto tranquillo in una strada laterale, ma si può ancora raggiungere il centro della città rapidamente. I terreni sono molto ben mantenuti e bella paesaggistica, con una grande piscina e un giardino verde. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile, ci hanno dato molti consigli per le escursioni. La stanza era molto pulita, confortevole e stile attrezzata. Un accento era il colazione, che si può ordinare a qualsiasi momento tra le 6 e le 8:00. C'era una vasta selezione di cibo fresco e delizioso. Mi sentivo molto comodo in questo hotel e lo consiglierei a chiunque cercasse una vacanza rilassante. Dò all'hotel 5 su 5 stelle.

Everything was exceptional during my 10-day stay at La Chronique. Location is great, but I want focus on the facilities and staff. The hotel is small and very charming with the feel of early 20th century French colonial design and decor. The quiet rooms and the second-floor lobby all lend to one feeling like they've stepped back in time. Staff could not have been more helpful--super attentive to every need. Towels, linens, pillows all great, and the mattress was very comfortable! Two important tips: 1. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible. The lobby is a walk-up from the street, and once inside you find an elevator to access the three floors above with rooms. So one has to walk those steps each day coming and going. Second, I stayed on the first floor in a room with a balcony, which sounds great until you realize it faces an unattractive building across an alley, is not large (about 10 feet wide and extending out only 2 feet...just enough for a small table and two chairs). Most if not all of the rooms are on the small side, and my queen-size bed had only about 6 inches on either side--not enough to really access that way, I always had to climb in from the foot of the bed. A friend had the adjacent room with a king-sized bed and ample room on both sides--the only difference being that room didn't have a balcony. All the balconies take away from room size, quant as they are, and probably only the third floor was high enough to see out any distance. I never used my balcony due to its small size, limited view, and the fact that that side faces the south so it's hot out there most days. On the plus side, the rooms have full windows across that whole outside wall. PS, the shower is outstanding, as other reviews have mentioned, and there are a couple of great meeting rooms for business or small gatherings.

We are normally using this hotel for our tour groups yearly and brought them a lot of business with small and big groups since before Covid-19. BUT lastly, after Covid-19 such a big mistake by this hotel staff, they have no good communication with their teamwork and bad re-act communication with my booking manager which is they did not take any responsibility for our booking and informations. Their services get worst and worst, communication by email, phone and telegram are very very poor, once we have a booking with them but they did not take it as part of and there is no room for my client. My group in December 2022- I told them to charge their drinks to my client but they still put on me, this is unacceptable service and terrible service that I have never and ever met. We will not be using this hotel anymore for our tour groups. Terrible service and communication!!!

Location is superb. Good restaurants with quite a lot of varieties of foods nearby like 2mins walk. Highly recommend Pleng Chan for breakfast. Love their pickels. Also Greek restaurant nearby was great. Queen mansion itself is a clean and safe hotel with hot water (considering some hotels in cambodia has only cold-warm water) but lacking some amenities and some issues were bit disappointing. No slippers, only two towels, dirty bath rug, ants in bathroom, one dead cockroach under a bedside drawer. When I stayed in bigger room, there were ants on the bed too. I had to spend almost 2 hrs in the middle of the night to kill 30 red ants on the mattress and pillow and blanket. I found out theres an ant house behind the bed. But I didnt see ants in smaller room. So don't get the room with kitchen. Its full of ants and the gas stove for cooking doesnt work.

2024 nuovo appartamento a hotel, il terreno è buono, ci sono un posto di lavoro intorno, ci sono un po'di polvere, gli altri sono buoni, due camere sono in una camera e una cucina, ma non ci sono tutti gli attrezzi da cucina, spero che la prossima volta che si ferma possa essere adattato.

Guesthouse impeccabile! È il nostro secondo soggiorno qui. La camera e la sala da bagno sono puliti, e puliti regolarmente. La letto è buona, avete acqua a disposizione, in breve tutto ciò che è necessario per sentirsi bene. Il nostro ospite è molto simpatico e sempre pronto a discutere un po ' :) Il fatto che sia un po 'eccentrato è ampiamente catturato da un'eccellente relazione qualità-prezzo !! Errore al momento di cercare qualcosa di poco costoso nel centro, ma non vi consiglio, cadete su hotel miti, fuggite! Ecco perché vale la pena concentrarsi un po 'e cadere su una casa d'albergo pulita e piacevole come 139: )
