Questo soggiorno in hotel è stato molto bello. La vista sulla piscina è mozzafiato Il proprietario dell'hotel è molto disponibile e cordiale. Ha persino fatto un upgrade della nostra camera senza costi aggiuntivi. Ha persino organizzato qualcuno che ci venisse a prendere e portasse i nostri bagagli dal pear e dall'hotel al pear al momento del check-in e del check-out. Tiene persino i nostri bagagli in un posto vicino al pear in modo che potessimo ritirarli nel pomeriggio per il nostro viaggio in traghetto. Anche il personale è molto cordiale. Ci siamo davvero goduti i nostri due giorni di soggiorno e consigliamo vivamente questo soggiorno in hotel Torneremo di nuovo con la mia famiglia La villa con vista mare è quella in cui abbiamo soggiornato, è stata la migliore

Al mattino l'atmosfera è molto bella, piscina e mare, vista bellissima. Colazione ok Il letto era un po' duro. Il primo giorno l'aria condizionata non era fresca. Il personale ha subito cambiato camera. Ottimo servizio La distanza dal molo è molto lontana. 15-20 minuti a piedi dal molo.

Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e disponibile. persone molto gentili. Consigliateci una camera migliore con vista migliore ecc. Parlate del porto. Auguro loro solo buona fortuna. La piscina a sfioro è davvero bella!

Il servizio per questo hotel è stato fantastico. I nostri bagagli sono stati ritirati e portati in hotel dal porto e il direttore/addetta alla reception è stato molto gentile, disponibile ed entusiasta e ci ha fatto sentire davvero i benvenuti. La posizione dell'hotel è un po' lontana nonostante sia una piccola isola e la collina è ripida ma questo non ci ha impedito di uscire o goderci phi phi. Lo faceva sentire più appartato se è quello che cerchi e la vista dalla piscina della spiaggia era incredibile con alcuni bar carini e tranquilli intorno, ma non vicino al centro. La stanza in sé era piuttosto deludente, l'odore era pessimo, c'era un enorme scarafaggio sulla schiena nel bagno e quando la doccia era accesa la luce nel bagno tremolava.

La posizione era perfetta e la vista sulla piscina è l'ideale per il tramonto. Peccato che le stanze siano vicine e si possa sentire tutto nelle altre stanze. L'aria condizionata era inaffidabile e la pressione della doccia influenzava l'illuminazione. Un bel soggiorno se stai programmando di essere in giro.

Questo posto è stato terribile! Era così lontano dall'area principale e tutto in salita. Non hanno offerto alcun servizio per portare me o i miei bagagli lì. Il bagno aveva un odore terribile e c'erano gli scarafaggi. Sono partito dopo una notte per cambiare hotel.

Our stay at The Cobble Beach Hote lin Koh Phi Phi was a mix of highs and lows. Arrival Experience: Upon arrival, we had to carry our luggage ourselves to the hotel, which involved a lot of walking and numerous stairs to reach the main lobby. The receptionist mentioned that hotel staff could have assisted at the pier, but amidst the crowd of people from various hotels and vendors, we didn't spot anyone from the hotel. Room Quality: We were assigned a different room than booked, which included an extra bed we didn't need. The room was uncomfortably hot upon entry, and the air conditioning was ineffective throughout our stay. The bed quality was disappointing, featuring cheap materials and plastic bedding—uncomfortable in the heat. Additionally, the bathroom door was around 180 cm tall, leading to a few bumped heads. There were no wardrobes or storage units for clothes, making longer stays inconvenient, and drying clothes was quite difficult. Noise Levels: The biggest issue was the noise at night. Loud music from nearby beach clubs blared until 3 am every day, with noise levels averaging 45 decibels and peaking around 65 decibels. We could also hear everything from neighboring rooms, making restful sleep nearly impossible. Dining Experience: On the positive side, the included breakfast was one of the best we've had. The open buffet offered a variety of options, including fresh fruit and an espresso machine—a pleasant surprise. However, the dining area wasn't particularly clean, especially the windows and sliding doors. The kitchen staff seemed unhelpful at times; we noticed guests asking for teaspoons or yogurt being ignored. Facilities & Location: The hotel boasts stunning views over the island, and the infinity pool is fantastic for photos and relaxation. However, reaching the dining area involves climbing many stairs, which might be challenging for some guests. The hotel's location was less than ideal. The surrounding area is undeveloped, with rubbish near the footpaths and a few dark alleys that felt unsafe, especially for my girlfriend when alone. Overall: While the hotel has some excellent features like the breakfast and the views, the negatives unfortunately outweighed the positives for us. Improvements in room comfort, noise insulation, and staff responsiveness would significantly enhance the guest experience. Quite literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. Dirty, noisy and rooms were awful. In our bathroom were dirty used plasters, animal faeces and stained bed and bed sheets. We did not sleep for 5 days we had to purchase ear plugs and sleep with our earphones in. The loudest thumping you could ever hear from 5pm-5am from the beach. The room was basically a shed and your practically head to head with the neighbours the walls are like paper. The breakfast food was cold and options were limited. The pool was the only good thing about the hotel. The hotel is so high and you have to walk a lot to steps in and around to even be able to get there. The streets smell so bad of poo and the streets infront of the hotel are covered in bin bags and discarded rubbish. We were heartbroken to spend time at this place and feel so exhausted after 5 days of no sleep. Can you imagine dirty plasters in your shower?! 🤢 the water turned off regularly and hot water was limited. Awful hotel. AVOID AVOID AVOID. £100 a night for this. Shocking. Holiday ruined.

The woman that ran the place was amazing, the room was nice, felt like a treehouse. But phi phi island is horrible and the walk to the hotel is full of burning trash - go to a different island.

Considering that it is an island and the logistics expenses increase, the hotel did this jobs. Of course you have to walk to see this paradise. I dont recommend for people who go with kids it`s a little far from the pier (15 minutes on foot) , despite there is a guy who help with your luggage is quite tire but for the hotel price, I think is really good. You can hear the voices The breakfast is all you can eat and the staff personnel was very kind.

The atmosphere is very nice. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever seen.

This hotel is the worst place I've ever stayed. When I got there, they put me in a smaller room without explaining why. After I complained to Trip.com, they moved me to the correct room the next day. The air conditioning and water in my room didn't work well. Sometimes, the shower barely had any water coming out. The area around the hotel is full of mosquitos, so you always need bug spray. The hotel is on a steep hill, making it tiring to get to your room. Also, loud music from nearby bars keeps playing until 4 am, which is really annoying if you're a light sleeper. Every room has these problems. If you don't have other options for a place to stay, I'd suggest cancelling your trip. This hotel shouldn't be listed on trip.com, and I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free.

Avoid, steps and hills from Hell. Jesus the music coming from the beach bars don't try sleeping until 3am. Hostel rooms, perfect for 18/30 £10 per night budget 👌. Booked two nights left after first night! -2 ☆☆.
