The resort was beautiful, the staff was friendly, i love the design of this resort. one dissatisfaction is with the internet service during my recent stay a, Unfortunately the internet was extremely slow and unreliable, making it impossible for us to use it smoothly through phones or watching tv. smart TV could not function properly due to the poor internet quality. we were forced to use 10GB of our phone’s data just to watch Netflix on the TV yesterday.

Very good resort, my family and I really enjoy my vacation here. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

Had an excellent honeymoon vacation, this is best hotel we saw in Vietnam. Everything was perfect. Features a quality restaurant with fresh seafood.

The room matched the photos, but it had a mouldy smell. I arrived at 3am, exhausted, and didn't have time to inform the resort as I had to leave early in the morning. Despite setting the air conditioning to 18 degrees, the room remained hot and humid, making it uncomfortable. When I spoke to the staff the next day, they attributed the smell to the room lacking windows. However, the room does have windows, and regardless, it shouldn't smell mouldy. Security was satisfactory, but I believe they should be paid more. When the security personnel helped with my luggage, they lingered, seemingly expecting a tip. This made me feel uncomfortable and harassed, which detracted from my overall experience.

Good concierge service and waitering staff.

My family and I are very impressed with the service given by the staff at the resort. They are attentive and very nice even though we have language barrier, they make an effort to understand to our needs and attend to us almost immediate. The staff even give us suggestions of where and what we can do around Mui Ne.

Beautiful hotel. Graden Bungalows are very nice. Garden and pool are very nice. Breakfast was very good too

더클리프 리조트의 방갈로 에서 머무르기로 결정했던 이유는 독립된 공간에서 조용한 휴식을 취하기 위해서 였습니다. 그래서 처음 체크인할 때 저의 요청사항은 조용하게 쉴 수 있는 곳으로 방을 배정받는 것이었습니다. 하지만 3박4일을 머무르는 동안 지속적으로 수면과 휴식에 큰 방해를 받았습니다. 호치민시의 부이비엔 스트리트의 호텔보다 더 시끄러운 4일간의 숙박이었습니다. 저는 매일 밤 늦은 시간까지 큰 소리로 음악을 듣는 이웃 호실에게 피해를 받았습니다. 또 매일 아침 새벽5시부터 아주 큰 소리로 TV를 시청하거나 음악을 듣는 이웃 호실 손님들 때문에 아침 일찍 잠에서 강제적으로 깨어나야 했습니다. 이웃 호실의 베트남인 남자 손님 여러명은 자정이 가까운 늦은 시간까지 술을 마시면서 떠들었으며 큰 소리로 음악을 계속해서 들었습니다. 우선 가장 큰 문제는 방음이 전혀 되지 않는 방갈로 객실의 구조적 문제이고 이를 방치하여 같은 건물을 공유하는 고객에 대한 배려가 전혀 없었던 부분 입니다. 리조트 직원들은 저에게 공간을 이동하기를 묻거나 이웃 호실을 이동시키려는 시도를 하지 않았습니다. 결과적으로 저는 4일동안 이 리조트에 머물면서 조용한 환경에서 휴식을 기대했던 저 자신을 원망하고 있으며 리조트의 대응에 대해 매우 실망했습니다. 심지어 객실 내에서 커다란 바퀴벌레가 나온 일이 있었음에도 4일간 지속된 끔찍한 소음이 더 최악의 경험이었습니다. 이 리조트와 방갈로 객실을 추천하지 않습니다. The reason I decided to stay in a bungalow at the Dirkliffe resort was to relax quietly in an independent space. So when I first checked in, my request was to be assigned a room where I could rest quietly. However, during my four-day stay, I was constantly disturbed by my sleep and relaxation. It was a noisy four-day stay than the hotel on Buibien Street in Ho Chi Minh City. I was affected by a neighbor's hotel, which listens to music loudly every night until late at night. I was also forced to wake up early in the morning because of neighboring hotel guests who watched TV or listened to music aloud from 5 a.m. every morning. Several Vietnamese male guests in the neighbor's room chatted over drinks until close to midnight and continued to listen to music aloud. First of all, the biggest problem was the structural problem with the bungalow room, which was completely soundproof, and there was no consideration for customers who left it unattended. The resort staff did not ask me to move the space or attempt to move the neighbor's room. As a result, I resent myself for staying at the resort for four days and expecting a break in a quiet environment, and I'm very disappointed with the response of the resort. Four days of horrible noise was even worse for me, even though there was a big cockroach coming out of the room. Rooms at this resort and bungalow are not recommended.

Cực kì thích The Cliff. Rộng rãi nhiều cây xanh, view đẹp, đứng vào là có ảnh. Phòng Terra xinh xỉu xứng đáng giá tiền, để ý kĩ cũng có hơi cũ 1 chút nhưng ko ảnh hưởng đến trải nghiệm sử dụng. Service 10 điểm nhân viên ai cũng dễ thương vui vẻ hỗ trợ khách. Chỉ có buffet sáng hơi ít món ko ngon như review thui Nhất định sẽ quay lại ❤️
