位置極好 地位很高 雖然有點老舊 但若是來阿拉木圖旅行 不二之選！

性價比不錯，早餐也合胃口。

房間乾淨整潔，每天有人打掃衞生。唯一的缺陷是衞生間和淋浴間是簡單的防水板一體櫃的。但總體來説服務態度很好。讓人感到舒服愉快！

The attitude of the lady at reception was very very poor. Shes talks down to guests. If you ask a question, its like she is mad having to answer. At check out, she demands you not leave so they can see if you stole something from the room probably. Treated like a criminal. Breakfast selection is poor but service ok. Room condition is poor. Towels are frayed, rust on bathroom door, no soap, no lotion etc. Would not stay again or recommend

The best thing of the hotel is its location. It is fairly central. The metro station called Abay is just a few minutes walk. Kok Tobe cable car station was also walkable. Apart from location, we did not find anything great of this hotel. The service was slow so was the attitude of the receptionist who must have been tired most of the time manning the front office for may be 12 hours at a stretch. Breakfast buffet was not very satisfactory. The shower and the toilet in the room were two separate matchbox type cabins - highly suffocating. Housekeeping was good and they provided enough drinking bottles. We spent a week in the hotel and somehow got used to it towards the end but sadly it was not a memorable experience.

Comfortable hotel. Even in the center it is isolated from traffic. Good sleep. Good WIFI, hot water and temperature of A/C. Stayed twice at the beginning and at the end of tour and both times were comfortable. Breakfast is good but requires a bit better service.

Pros: Lovely staff, nice room, good breakfast. Cons: A little bit far out of the dead city centre, May be a 15-minute walk. Also, beers were expensive in the beer garden compared to other locations. All in all, it's a good choice and a nice hotel.

The rooms are small but well designed and reasonably priced. The location is exceptional. My issue was we couldn't get two towels or two bathrobes each night. One was always missing which was odd. However, I recommend the hotel.

Good hotel in fairly good location. Room is pretty good size. The windows open. The air conditioning works. They give ample free water. Friendly staff. The breakfast is pretty good, I would say that they could add more vegetables and some greens. Otherwise, fine. The shower is good, good water flow. The temperature can be a bit of time to regulate. There could be a sign from the main street alerting people that the hotel is there. All in all, a good experience.

Завтрак на твердую 4 Номер чистый Персонал приветливый На этом все) ------------------- Шумоизоляция отсутствует, слышно как открывают и закрывают двери в коридоре! Когда я зашел в номер я не понял где ванная комната, умывальник стоит посредине номера без перегородок, просто возле кравати). Душевая комната и туалет сделалны под шкаф(фото прилагаю). Ну это просто жесть) При этом на фото как выглядит обычный стандартный номер отсутствуют! Попросил поменять номер с доплатой, отказали говорят все занято). Не советую этот отель!

Останавливались здесь и получили абсолютно замечательный опыт! С самого начала и до конца все превзошло наши ожидания. Расположение идеальное, что позволило легко исследовать близлежащие достопримечательности и насладиться всеми прелестями этого района. Номер был очень просторным, безупречно чистым, а кровати невероятно удобными, что позволило нам прекрасно отдохнуть после насыщенного дня. Команда уборки превзошла все ожидания, поддерживая идеальную чистоту, и их внимание к деталям действительно сделало наше пребывание особенным. Нам также очень понравился завтрак — дело было не только во вкусной еде, но и в теплой, гостеприимной атмосфере, которая сделала его по-настоящему особенным. Мы просидели почти час, наслаждаясь качественной едой и приятной обстановкой. В целом, это место действительно стало нашим домом вдали от дома. Мы обязательно вернемся сюда без колебаний и настоятельно рекомендуем всем, кто ищет незабываемый отдых.
