Very BAD experience: - we had to wait 1 hour in a very hot room with no AC because then couldn't find our booking. Then transferred to another room waiting 30 min again. - then got a room without see view, which we payed for. - waiting again 20 min in a hot room not AC - when we finally got our room AC and electricity was not working so it was 30+ degrees in the room. - 30 min later it worked, but AC could only be turned on or off and stopped working midnight and the day after, instead of fixing it for good they told us it was ok. - included breakfast €16 for 2 days for 2 persons was a joke, we needed to go ourselves to tiny vietnamees streetfood restaurant (so not in the hotel) with a voucher which was only for a meal, not a drink. Of the whole menu there was only noodle soup available. The meal itself costs €2,5 so we overplayed way to much for a shitty breakfast. - we had gym and 30 min sauna included, when we went to the gym they wouldn't let us in because they said it was not included. When I showed them multiple times on my booking they told us to call a number to fix it ourselves. After 30 min we finally were let in as it was included she said, no sorry or anything. - the pools were good looking, but to cold even with 30 degrees as the wind is very strong and almost every pool is the whole day in the shadow. Only the pool in front is till 14.00 in the sun, but then every sunbed is taken as everyone goes there. - they accused us of buying something at the poolbar which we didn't (it is not a nice poolbar as you can't drink at the pool, people were told to only order there and then drink on a sunbed). - we asked for clean towels, didn't get it. - the room was clean although there was a big insect in our shower. - there's only 1 hotel restaurant in another hotel which is nice but overpriced and took really long to get our food. - it looked like it just opened and half of it was still in process. - there is nothing close by to do or go out. Overal the service was so bad and the communication between the staff aswell. Even in a hostel you get way better service and this is a 4 star hotel. Didn't get any compensation for all the trouble they caused and I couldn't really enjoy .you time as i was frustrated everything went wrong and I had to fix it myself all the time.

The environment is good, but shop is less and far to other club or restaurant

Bad pool

太偏遠就算了，櫃檯都沒有人服務，要什麼沒什麼，房間衛生紙也不夠只有一卷，拿衛生紙都要跑到廁所拿，附贈的早餐，使用時間6:00-1:00，但8:00就沒了？？？從另一棟跑到另一棟，服務人員都沒有說明，早餐說食材賣完要另外再加錢吃，人手不足，只有一個人在廚房煮的人，在詢問外場人員時，完全沒給正確答覆就被內場廚師拉進去？？？問號，我是花錢來享受渡假的，不然幹嘛叫渡假村？？？？我在這邊都在找路，早餐兌換有三間全部食材賣完，找服務人員一樓櫃檯都沒人，等人都要半小時以上

Большой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

不是一個酒店，應該是房東轉租給代理公司來提供住宿服務的，服務為0，抵達前台等入住都等了1個小時，刷牙時洗漱台的木板掉下來差點砸到孩子的腳，床單有污漬。

Большой отель с большим количеством бассейнов, есть спортивный зал, спа и сауна. Комната большая и светлая, в комнате есть кухня и микроволновая печь. Большое окно с боковым видом на море. Есть телевизор, фен и халаты. Территория отеля очень красивая. До пляжа можно спуститься на эскалаторе. Персонал отзывчивый и приветливый. Уборка хорошая и чистая

뭐하나없다. 조식 먹는곳도 일반식당가서 먹어야 한다. 어디를 갈려고해도 불편하다. 립센션에 사람이 없다. 무엇을 물어볼려고 해도 힘들다. 체크아웃도 메일로 보내야한다.
