We enjoyed our stay. It’s a nice hotel in a good location with friendly and helpful staff.

Good location with lots of amenities

We had a great stay at the lying cloud. The hosts were very kind, the bed is comfortable, the water hot, and the hotel is really close to everything in the city. We liked the breakfast. We slept great. Had a nice time

We could not say enough nice things about this hotel. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing 10 days which was just what was required after a busy semester at work. The two young ladies and one young man at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind (I only know two of their names, Xiao Luo and Xiao Xiang). They were not over bearing and in our faces ever. They were able to help us with every request we asked for when we wanted or needed something. Having a language barrier was never a problem and they were so attentive to our needs via wechat. They were prepared to help with a driver to any sightseeing you wanted to do. There’s great restaurants and things to see and do within walking distance of the hotel too. The cleaning staff were very pleasant from the lady around the pool to the lady cleaning our room. Breakfast had two options, noodles or rice congee, it was always served with a great number of side dishes, more than enough choice from cereal, eggs, bread, as well as milk, a number of freshly prepared vegetables. Due to the great breakfast we rarely ate lunch. You just didn’t need to. We rescued a dog while in Xishuangbanna which the reception staff were really helpful with some of the things we needed to do with the dog! We have stayed in many hotels around the world and Lying Cloud was definitely a highlight. Great location, clean and modern room with good amenities, wonderful front desk staff, clean and well maintained pool and outdoor area at a very, very reasonable price. This hotel came recommended to us via a colleague and we would highly recommend it to other foreigners and Chinese friends too!

This was one of my favorite hotels that I have stayed at through all my travels. I stayed in the "cloud" room, the guestroom that looked like sleeping inside a cloud, and it was really nice and spacious. Cleaning crew were really nice and friendly, kept the room really clean. The bartender left to go see family, but the front desk staff was more than willing to step in and make drinks for my friend and I as we sat by the lovely pool.

I had read the previous reviews before booking and felt a little tentative based on what people had said about service. Well, Either those people are complete liars or the staff read those reviews and upped their game but they have done an amazing job here. I stayed for a week and a friend stayed in another room, for the price for the location, for the cleanliness, for the amenities, and for the kindness of the staff I will always always stay here when coming back to this area. Breakfast isn't a choice, but it's huge and delicious. Housekeeping will clean anytime of day you're out, and the staff was WONDERFUL, welcoming, accommodating and friendly. A beautiful place. I had the suite next to the elevator with a balcony to the busy street and had NO problems having a great night of sleep every night. If you're worried about noise they give you earplugs in the room, but I never needed them. Great products and a huge bath that filled up quickly with hot water. Easy walking distance to the night market and lots of food and shopping. Thank you for a great stay!

The location is fairly good, but the street in front is kinda busy and noisy. Also lots of construction is going on around it. It's clean on the surface, but the overall building quality is definitely problematic. Also if you look closer into the corners or the bathroom appliances, it's not really cleaned well. It goes on with stains on the sofa for example. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Our room had a colony of ants in it..., which became annoying. Elevator is another problem. We had a room right next to the elevator and you can hear it at night and in the morning operating. It is noisy in the room and while you're trying to sleep. The service... is a headache. They are kind and willing to help and try their best, but that's about it. Staff is poorly trained, if at all. You basically need to tell them what they should do. Not refilling the toilet paper for example. Breakfast.... "we don't have this, we don't have that" then you need to negotiate with them what they can serve you for breakfast. That was just annoying. Overall, wouldn't recommend it. 位置相当好，但是前面的街道有点繁忙和嘈杂。它周围也在进行大量的建设。表面看很干净，但整体建筑质量肯定是有问题的。此外，如果你仔细观察角落或浴室用具，你会发现它们并没有真正清洁干净。比如沙发上的污渍。床和枕头很舒服。我们的房间里有一群蚂蚁...，这就变得讨厌了。电梯是另一个问题。我们有一个房间就在电梯旁边，你可以在晚上和早上听到它的声音。房间里很吵，当你想睡觉的时候。服务...就是头疼。他们很善良，愿意帮忙，尽力而为，但也仅此而已。工作人员缺乏培训，如果有的话。你基本上需要告诉他们应该做什么。例如，不补充卫生纸。早餐....“我们没有这个，我们没有那个”然后你需要和他们协商他们早餐能为你提供什么。这真烦人。总的来说，不推荐。

朋友來雲南旅遊幫她訂的房間 拍照很出片，酒店位置也很方便，走路就可以到星光夜市！ 周圍也是吃喝玩樂很齊全！！完全不用擔心不知道吃什麼 酒店性價比也很高！服務還很好～還有接站服務及管家服務！！ 值得推薦！！下次還會來👍

朋友以為我不在國內hh 📍住的是景洪雲頂度假酒店 原木風的設計和土耳其洞穴元素融合的很好 鬆弛感滿滿 . 公共區域露天的泳池很漂亮 乾淨 很適合拍照 .很出片 房間私密性很好 空間大 光線充足.設施配套齊全 管家式服務貼心周到 .住起來很舒適. 酒店位置很好很方便 吃吃玩玩逛逛 離哪裡都近.

這次入住體驗堪稱完美！酒店在告莊內，去星光夜市徒步幾分鐘可到，而且距離告莊的美食一條街超級近！周邊餐飲選擇多，適合晚上出門獵食的人～ 房間乾淨整潔，隔音效果好，完全不受噪音影響。前台人員還主動提供了周邊出行攻略以及推薦美食，打卡了幾家都沒有踩雷，小羅的服務很熱情，每天出去回來都會熱情打招呼！離店時還幫忙拿行李🧳，很暖心！

入住雲頂酒店體驗滿分！一到店，工作人員熱情周到，幫忙辦入住超迅速。房間乾淨整潔，裝修高級，床品柔軟，智能設備超方便。早餐豐富美味，泳池設施齊全。位置好，出行購物都便捷，下次還來！

酒店在版納告莊等中心地帶，離星光夜市步行幾分鐘就到了很方便，酒店的泳池每天都看到有打掃，叫車的話直接在酒店門口就可以上車，蠻方便的，酒店的服務也很不錯，會主動幫忙拿行李，碰面都會打招呼，帶着進房間確認細節，有一個叫小金女生特別熱情，笑盈盈的，讓人看着就很開心

服務：店員孝孝態度温柔，有問必答，隨時可溝通 環境：泳池水很清澈特別出片，來的一定要拍照，值回房價，小露台上喝個冰箱裏送的冰鎮飲料，抽個🚬，很愜意 衞生：大廳一塵不染，房間乾淨整潔 設施：洗澡水很大，洗澡舒服，全部5星
