Prima di tutto, il personale è molto gentile e cerca di aiutarti con qualsiasi cosa, per cui i miei sinceri ringraziamenti:) In generale, l'hotel è nuovo, si sono occupati di fornire all'edificio tutto come piscina, palestra, bar, ecc., ma tu noto la mancanza di spazio ovunque, soprattutto nella stanza, che è adatta solo per dormire, ma non per vivere perché semplicemente non hai spazio nemmeno per mettere il tuo laptop. Ma comunque queste informazioni sono fornite nella descrizione dell'hotel. Si sono verificati 2 problemi durante il soggiorno. 1 strada: ogni sera c'era un cattivo odore proveniente dalla ventilazione del bagno. Puzzava di acqua usata della piscina e di spolverino marcio. Questo potrebbe essere risolto se chiudi la porta del bagno, ma ecco il problema 2: la porta, che è allo stesso tempo la porta del bagno e della doccia - IDEA ASSOLUTAMENTE CATTIVA E PAZZESCA. Innanzitutto perché c'è uno spazio tra la porta, il pavimento e il tetto, quindi puoi sentire e annusare tutto dal bagno. Secondo: dopo aver fatto la doccia c'è disordine e zona umida nella tua stanza per questo motivo: giusto, c'è anche spazio tra la porta e il pavimento nella cabina della doccia. Terzo, durante la notte: accendere la luce nel bagno significa illuminare tutta la stanza In termini di stelle - non 4 stelle ovviamente, ma migliori di 3. In termini di prezzo/qualità - ci sono opzioni molto migliori in giro. Nessun motivo per tornare o consigliare a qualcuno.

Only a 2 night stay but the rooms are great and the facilities are as well. Rooftop bar is so cool. Don’t understand why people weren’t using it. Overall great stay at the GLOW

Great hotel overall! Good location near the beach front, good service all round and rooms were presented very well. Only slight let down was the breakfast options, I believe these could have been improved.

Don’t book here. Although the property is quite new, that was the key point for our decision, most Phuket properties are totally worn down, all is made in the cheapest possible way, but that problem have many new hotels, we are lucky that only for the last 2 days of our trip. There are a lot “package” tourist here, what makes the place not better. The rooms are small. It’s 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. The beach is crowded but nice. At high season good for swimming with children, soft sand, low waves, no dependence on tides. But maybe all that is not a problem. The most problem of this place is extremely rood staff at the front desk plus the dumb policies of the management, strictly not to check-in anybody before 2 pm and and to ask to leave at 12. But neither that our check-in was delayed for half an hour. We have a small child, he felt asleep, so we couldn’t on time checkout on time. I asked the front desk but they started to appeal to some hotel policies and to coming guest, but all travelers know that everybody is checking in at different times, but they did not even try to check for arrival times of other guests how a good hotel would definitely do, even if is really fully booked, but good properties 4*+ always have reserve room, they just tried to say “no” right away, for sure it’s the easier this way. And it is not the way I did not asked for late checkout prior to arrival or at checkin, the checkout time is always same with child’s sleeping time. Parents will understand what I mean. At the end only arguing at front desk helped to give the child a half hour more sleep. We were allowed with the permission of Her Highness the lady at the front desk to leave strictly at 1 pm. Is that kind of service you should await from a 4* property? It’s definitely a 2* hotel and not even a half more. I hope trip.com administration will change the description on the hotel information page, since administration of the hotel lies about their service quality.

It's a great hotel, location, friendly people and most importantly, the comfort you need to feel like at home in the hotel. I found this place by looking at the comments. Thank you to the friends who commented ❤️

We had an enjoyable stay at Glow Mira! We initially had some furniture issues in our room, but the front desk officer, View, handled it so promptly and professionally. The place is clean and the best part of the hotel is the friendly and service-oriented staff. Hotel is also 10-15 minutes walking distance to eateries and Temple night market.

the rooms are very clean and the service is exceptional. the staff are very helpful and have great attitudes. only downside is the wifi is horrible inside the rooms - you barely get reception & it's intermittent. would not recommend if you WFH

First time at this hotel, with my family, room was very big good breakfast staff nice too

Hotel in general was good. Great location, spacious room (family room) and great for a family. Service was generally good besides the day we arrived. We were only able to check in after 15:30 when check in time was 14:00. Got told 3 different stories as to why we couldn’t check into our room. Two members of staff were great, Annie and K. Great people, as well as the restaurant staff. All in all the hotel is great and would recommend it, but the 1 day after a long flight with a 3 year old and all the stories wasn’t a good start to a holiday. But was a nice place!

Very responsive staff. I had personal issues and they took care of me even after I was supposed to check out. The place is nice and clean.

We are celebrating my husband birthday and they surprised him with dessert when he had his breakfast, later in the evening they put a birthday card in our room, this is so sweet, we had a great stay there, kudos to the staffs. Staffs all super friendly, we will come back again. Thank you ❤️

Karon beach just across the road, surrounded by shops very convenient. Room is clean and staffs are friendly.

Great stay overall. However, wifi in the room was not good, it is only working well at the lobby. Called in to the lobby to check twice but they are unable to resolve the weak reception at the room. Service was great, served with a drink and towel upon arriving and received help with our luggages when checking out.
