Hotel in zona Beaufort Park, Perth

From the moment we arrived to the last second of our 2 night stay we were treated like royalty, the room was luxurious with well appointed amenities and soft luxurious bedding. The view is to die for looking out over perth city and the Swan River, and really is breathtaking of a night time. The hotel has a vast amount of thing to entertain you so realistically no need to leave, (and we didnt). Everything is within walking distance so it is very well situated. The pool area is divine with infinity pools and 2 jacuzzi's for those slightly cooler days. The bars and restaurants are excellent with a wide variety of food and drinks to satisfy every craving! Even if it is some dirty old mcdonalds haha. Overall this experience was a 6 star experience. Definitely one we will be doing again very soon in the future.

Siamo arrivati a Perth al 2.30am e abbiamo un taxi direttamente dall'aeroporto. Poiché era a metà della notte dovevamo premere un buzzer e aspettare che qualcuno ci parlasse attraverso l'oratore, ma se fossero dormiti o non potevano essere disturbati, lo spinse per molto tempo, Finalmente qualcuno è arrivato sopra l'oratore che era distorto e mi hanno detto di lasciare il dito sul buzzer, ci hanno lasciato entrare e di nuovo ha iniziato a raccontare di nuovo sul buzzer, noi gli abbiamo completamente ignorato di indicare il nostro nome e quante notti abbiamo Infatti, penso che finalmente abbia avuto l'idea di darci una chiave e dei buoni per il nostro colazione. Definitivamente ha bisogno di decorare, il letto sembra andare un po' in basso, come sentimmo i piedi erano più alti di quelli, le mutandine erano piatti, avevamo una foglia, poi una foglia che era stata vista meglio e necessita una nuova e poi una foglia superiore. Il bagno era di base, aveva una doccia, anche se ha fatto qualche naso strano e la temperatura è aumentata e giù, nessuna piastra nella baia di mano, ci sono i bagni che non abbiamo mai usato. Il colazione era molto di base, solo alcune carni fredde, uova fredde cotte, salate e tosta. Se volevi cuocere dovevi pagare con Croissants, dolore au raisin, ecc. Il personale di ricezione durante il giorno era piacevole e molto utile, aveva sempre un sorriso. Il servizio Freebus è stato vicino al servizio gatto che si può saltare in qualsiasi momento.

Buona valuta per il suo livello di prezzo. Camera di base, abbastanza pulita nonostante sia piuttosto datata (ancora usando la chiave tradizionale con quel grande attacco plastico). Check-in staff, breakfast & location too good. Un paio di fermate sul libero CAT Rosso da Perth Stn al blocco dietro. Un blocco lontano è la magnifica espansione del Langley Park con il fiume Swan al lato.

Lots of the reviews here, I believe, are reviewing Mercure on Hay (the newer, more upmarket hotel and possibly better of the two although I haven’t seen it), whereas lots of reviews in Mercure Perth on Hay are referring to Mercure on Irwin. I’ve compared the photos and the hotel details and official photos are definitely that way round. SO… this one, Mercure Perth (which is on Irwin St) is the bad one. It’s awful. It’s tired, badly fitted out, dingy and I hope never to stay here again. My room was down a corridor of *****ed (and stained) carpet that made me feel nauseous to look at. The room was ok, the bed comfortable, but more stained carpet, and lots of things didn’t work. Several light bulbs were broken, lots of curtain hooks missing, the room safe didn’t work, the bath had a rusty patch in it. The aircon was too cold for me and I followed the instructions to turn up the temperature but it didn’t warm up. Two phone calls and three hours later, someone attended my room, told me the air con wasn’t adjustable as it’s one temperature for the whole building so the instructions were incorrect. He turned it off (supposedly) and I then spent my stay with no aircon although the room was still cold and not stuffy and the control panel didn’t say ‘off’ so I think the whole thing was just BS and they couldn’t be bothered to deal with it or give me another room. Staff care factor of the attendant was zero, and of the front desk staff, close to zero. I got woken up in the early hours of the morning several times by skip bins being moved around in the laneway outside (very loud chains being dropped in the skip bins and noise reverberation). The next night the fridge started making such a loud noise in the middle of the night that I had to turn it off and use the spare towels to absorb the water as it defrosted. I’m just curious why Mercure keep this one running. Perhaps it’s set at a different price range but it’s not doing their brand any favours with two Mercure hotels so close together, especially with all the reviews mixed up.

Ho prenotato questa stanza per mio fratello e mia madre. Hanno apprezzato il loro soggiorno a Pan Pacific. Situato vicino a un parco che offre una splendida vista sul fiume.

La settimana scorsa, mia moglie e io avevo un soggiorno meraviglioso, da parte di un servizio amichevole e impeccabile. Al check-in il mio livello ambasciatore era ben riconosciuto. La nostra stanza era pulita, comoda, molto tranquilla, moderna e ben progettata. La colazione del ristorante di piano terra dell'hotel, Ivy & Jack, è stata un'ottima colazione, un servizio eccellente. La mia moglie, tuttavia, pensava che il cibo per colazione asiatico sarebbe stato buono, pensava che le noodle e le verdure cucinate asiatiche fossero vegetariane piuttosto che contenenti carne.

Raccomandare con forza questo luogo. Salutato da personale utile che si allontanano dalla loro strada per renderti comodo. Nessuno è troppo difficile per loro. Camere molto pulite con fogli di crisp. Perfettamente cucinato e presentato colazione con una vasta gamma di opzioni.

酒店鬧中取靜，房間雖然不大，但設計巧妙，設施新，住得他挺舒適的。餐廳衹有早餐，味道還不錯。希望未來可以開晚餐和下午茶，否則這麼好的環境可惜了。

Si tratta di uno spazio di relax per rallentare la velocità di vita. buon ambiente, anche se non c'è molto spazio, ma l'atmosfera è buona per riposare e riposare il corpo. C'è un ristorante che fornisce cibo ogni giorno senza andare lontano in buon prezzo e qualità.Letto confortevole all'interno della stanza e tempestoso.Una macchina per caffè con caffè gratuito per gli ospiti è caldamente accolto. Molto raccomandato e considerato verrà di nuovo con la mia famiglia.

Ho avuto un bel soggiorno all'Hotel Local. Il personale era molto utile e accogliente. Abbiamo pianificato di trascorrere una notte sull'isola di Rottnest prima di entrare per due notti all'hotel, e ci hanno concesso gentilmente di immagazzinare il nostro bagaglio un giorno prima. Era un grande favore e rendeva il nostro viaggio molto più conveniente; quando siamo arrivati, il nostro bagaglio era già nella nostra stanza, che era un bel toccamento. La stanza stessa era elegante e moderna. Abbiamo scelto una stanza a angolo, con tre grandi finestre, riempiendo lo spazio con luce naturale. La luce nella stanza era anche ben fatta, creando un piacevole ambiente. Anche se il bagno e il bagno erano condivisi, e c'era un po' di rumore dalla musica del bar, l'esperienza generale era piacevole, questi minori disagio erano stati sovrascontrati dagli aspetti positivi del nostro soggiorno. In generale, penso che l'Hotel Local sia un bel posto per stare.
