It’s my first time staying at this hotel together with my big family for wedding ocassion. The location is great although the hotel located at the main road where easily to have traffic jam most of the time, taking a grab is a choice and must! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful too. For better improvement , the hotel need to upgrade and polish some hotel furniture or equipment hence can make hotel more attractive to the tourist.

Aircon in room 314 was not working. The hotel corridor is much colder than the room itself. Had to check out of there.

Great location but for food hunter not much choice around

overall ok. early check in not allowed although with small kid. still find hotel good for stay

Shower is broken, elevator is a bit old. But the staff and food are great

hotel bersih dan nyaman, letak hotel sangat strategis dan cocok untuk menginap dengan keluarga.

Fasilitas hotel sangat nyaman dan letaknya berada ditengah kota Pekanbaru. Kekurangan dari hotel ini adalah minimnya budaya"3S" Senyum, salam dan sapa. Terutama mulai dari porter, resepsionis, waitstaff.

- Untuk sekelas hotel bintang 4, bathroom amenities kurang lengkap, gk ada sisir, gk ada cottonbud -signal wifi nya lemot, nonton tv macet² - sarapannya banyak pilihan tapi untuk rasa masih perlu di tingkatkan lagi - sarapan untuk anak umur 3th bebayar 75.000/anak + di kamar disediakan sajadah dan alquran + kebersihan kamar sudah ok, hanya saja lantai koridor/lorong kamar karpetnya berdebu

Sudah sering menginap di PH Pkbaru diantara banyak hotel mungkin disini fasilitas sangat memuaskan, breakfast variatif sekali, sesuai selera, hospitality sangat baik, namun untuk pengaturan parkir basement mungkin perlu improvement oleh personnel security agar lebih safety, Over All Very Satisfaction...

Baik, lokasi di pusat kota, kartu kunci pintu agak lemot, tp yg lainnya its oke
