間違えてコップを割ってしまった所 フロントに電話すると直ぐに対応してくれ、まず私のケガないか心配してくれました、申し訳ないと思ってたのが、ホッとしました！

最驚艷我的還是高層的餐廳，在欣賞景色的同時吃着美食

我們是為了旭川雪祭7號開幕典禮而到的，這酒店距離雪祭會場很近，方便我們攜大童4人家庭出行，對面也有大的便利商店，附近的食店亦有很多，首天到從旭川站坐的士才¥670便到達。從酒店出去經常盤公園就10分鐘內便可到會埸非常方便。不過其實回程帶著行李步行到旭川站，沿途可以欣賞到剛整好或仍在努力趕工的調像，也才20分鐘路程，所以地點是不錯的。

スパは低温湯のエリアが多く、混んでいると暖かいお湯に入れず寒い。 宿泊者は入浴料を完全無料にしていただければその不満も仕方ないと思えるが。

北海道酒店的早餐總是那麼的驚艷，房間大小也很適合

房間以市區來說還可以，但無法打開兩個26寸行李箱。trip顯示有提供大浴場，但要自費。是在b1的健身房提供的。使用一次要700日圓。如果對泡湯很在意的人，就不推薦了。

The hotel is huge with many tourists.There were queues at the front desk and for the elevators. The hotel is located in the city center of Asahikawa. There are restaurants and gift shops inside the hotel. The hotel provides parking with fees.

The Room very smelly and requested to changed another room, but the staff very unfriendly.

房間很小，衞生間眩暈

Only reached late at night and left early the next morning, so didn’t really get to enjoy my stay there. But love the lamb barbecue shop nearby, if go during dinner time, there’s a long queue.

Hotel is old and undated. Will not recommend though.
