Royal Garden Beach Hotel
4.3/545 Recensioni
State tranquilli: sono state aggiornate all'edificio premium con la vista marina più sorprendente. Camere confortevoli.
Hotel Xoria Deluxe

We spend two weeks at Xoria Oct-Nov time. Really nice time away. Staff is great and works very hard, kind and always willing to help. Great food and lots of choice. Brilliant Turkish bread made by an older lady on the beach. We are not drinking so can't comment on alcohol but plenty of tea and soft drinks. Cleaning service excellent. The only disadvantage is location next to an extremely busy and noisy road but the hotels nearby are mostly like that. They play loud music by the pool so the noise from the road is not that bad. There is a tunnel below the road leading to the beach. Beach bar could be much nicer with little work done. Some decorations, mabye a swing, lamps etc. Water shoes could be useful for swimming as lots of stones, can be hard getting in/out of the sea. I was stung by hydroids (on a sea rope) - do not touch it. I learn my lesson. It was painful as hell. We asked for some gel or first aid kit for burns at the hotel but they didn't want to give us anything. We had to go to the pharmacy. I feel like they should have stuff available for such things. It's not like I needed an ambulance or a doctor. I used spa for the massage x 3 - ladies are brilliant, highly recommended. Bus to Alanya takes around 20 min, stops nearly everywhere on that busy road. The only sad thing is no dogs to be seen, it used to be so many. Shame on Turkey for what they are doing to them. I think that the locals care more about selling dupes or making money on tourists than animals too.

Club Sun Heaven - All Inclusive
4.1/545 Recensioni
While the hotel itself is spacious and offers a variety of activities with three pools, making it appealing for both adults and kids, my overall experience was far from what one would expect from a five-star establishment. The food selection was decent, and there was entertainment for all ages, including a kids' disco that, despite language barriers, my children enjoyed. However, the resort’s standards, especially regarding cleanliness, safety, and staff professionalism, left much to be desired. We chose Club Sun Heaven based on its five-star rating, expecting luxury, comfort, and exceptional service, but the reality was disappointing. The outdoor bathrooms were consistently filthy, with trash everywhere, unpleasant odors, and a lack of basic necessities like toilet paper and soap. Even after notifying reception multiple times, the issues remained unresolved. The kids' bathroom, while a nice concept with tiny toilets and sinks, was often in disrepair—missing soap, toilet paper, and was generally unhygienic. One particularly disturbing incident involved a male staff member entering the children’s bathroom without any cleaning supplies, which was completely inappropriate. The children’s playground was in poor condition, with broken equipment that posed a safety hazard. A dinosaur statue had a broken hand that remained on the ground throughout our stay, and my kids sustained minor injuries from sharp edges on the playground. The slides had dents, the swings were broken, and the entire play area was rusty and dangerous, making it difficult for me to relax while constantly worrying about their safety. Our room had similar cleanliness and maintenance issues. The showerhead had mold, and while the cleaning staff did a passable job, there was no attention to detail that would elevate the experience—no towel arrangements or extra touches despite leaving tips. Worse, the smell of body odor lingered after the cleaning, which was quite off-putting. The air conditioning frequently stopped working, and power outages were a common occurrence. The mini-bar, which was advertised as part of the ultra-inclusive experience, contained nothing but water—a stark contrast to what I’d expect from a five-star resort, where at least juice or beer should be available. Perhaps the most disheartening aspect was the attitude of the staff. From the moment we checked in, the receptionist, Mustafa, was dismissive and rude. When I greeted him with a smile and asked whether he preferred English or Russian, he responded curtly, ”Turkish,” without a smile or acknowledgment. Later, when we were waiting to extend our stay, he abruptly prioritized another guest who had cut the line without any explanation or apology, leaving us standing with two toddlers in tow. Throughout our stay, the staff consistently displayed a lack of warmth or professionalism. There were no smiles, no offers to assist, and when we went to the bar, we were often met with eye-rolls for requesting simple thing
