Il concierge è molto veloce nel depositare e recuperare i bagagli e offre un servizio gratuito di deposito bagagli. My wife and I recently stayed at Wyndham Grand on 5/7-5/9 and would like to share our experiences and moments. We stayed at the Superior Lake View room and found the room very spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony really worth the price. Swimming pool is magnificent. Also, we want to commend the front desk team, especially Miss Cara Yu for their outstanding service. From check-in to checkout, 小余 demonstrated remarkable professionalism and genuine warmth. She proactively provided personalized dining recommendations, sight seeing points marked on the map for us and reminded us about the weather change which was very heartfelt.
