Personale amichevole, spazioso, confortevole e pulito.Parcheggio gratuito davanti all'hotel e al livello 5 👍👍 Ritorneremo a casa come confortevole e buono soggiorno per noi quando in questa zona. Solo cons: sarebbe molto meglio se potesse mantenere il tetto libero da polvere lungo la camminata verso ogni camera degli ospiti.

L'hotel è una bella casa dall'aspetto tradizionale. Le camere sono molto comode e pulite. La posizione è decente. Nelle vicinanze, c'è una zona pranzo all'aperto con band dal vivo. Adoro la palestra. Tuttavia, l'acqua della piscina era molto sporca. Anche il bagno della camera emana un odore di fogna dopo essere stato utilizzato.

A bit of a let down for a 5 ⭐ facilities. Breakfast : 3/5 Bed : 1/5 (Very hard, had to ask the housekeeping to add on a topper) Facilities : 3/5 (a bit disappointed on the creaking sound of the door) Parking : 2/5 (basement parking is not stroller friendly) Kids room : 0/5 (there’s a smoking odour in the room maybe from the ventilation) Front desk : 1/5 (lack of professionalism, complain from 7am, attended at 8pm,the staff that help me checked in couldn’t speak in English properly and not even in Malay, very let down for a 5 ⭐) I will rate it as good value for money if it wasn’t a 5 star hotel for the overall amenities which are much more available than a normal boutique hotel. But overall not worth the price paid. Background, I am a heavy traveler and had more than 20 trips per year on hotel alone so I believe my opinion is justified knowing the differences. We even extend the trip by booking at their partner hotel (boutique) and had better experience in fact. Hope they can look into this😌 but I thanked the housekeeping and maintenance for attending to our needs 🩷

Location is good, near the famous morning market Pasar Lebuh Cecil. The room cleanness and facility overall is not too bad. The bed is comfortable, shower is hot and strong. However, there is some thing broken in the room, like the toilet hook is not useable, the shower head not user friendly (too low). If you shower more than 10min, it will flood. However again, there is a big issue for travel who drive the car there. Cause the hotel is not prove parking. Even there is space in the hotel, but is still park at your own, caused there is no proper parking for customer. And I saw the city council did towing a car away due to illegal parking, can’t really relax and feel safe when your car is parked road side or not proper space in hotel.

Staff was very proactive with all communications via WhatsApp from pre-check in, daily welfare check on guest and post-check out for feedback! I had some difficulty with my luggage and even though it’s my own issue, the staff did his best and assisted me all the way through! Location of the accommodation is very much within walking distance of local food (dim sum & Bak kut teh) and international options like McDonalds, Starbucks, KFC, etc. A sizable mall is also across the road that has a nice supermarket, cafes, Mr DIY, Guardian, etc. View from 19th floor was amazing and I’m very satisfied with the room’s amenities and facilities like the microwave oven, kettle, ceiling fans, air condition, shower, beds, etc. would love to be back if I’m ever in Penang again!

Il servizio era grande. Eravamo fortunati che per la maggior parte del nostro soggiorno, siamo riusciti a sniffare 1 dei 2 posti di parcheggio proprio davanti all'hotel. Il colazione era buono, con abbastanza opzioni offerte. Mi piaceva che ogni giorno c'era una nuova opzione di colazione specializzata asiatica. Sp ama che sono amici degli animali domestici, hanno anche un kit di benvenuto per gli animali domestici.

Le camere sono state molto diverse, ma le camere sono state ancora adatti per un soggiorno confortevole. A causa della mancanza di ventilatori e finestre, i bagni interni possono causare vapore e odore, ma questo era buono per noi. Un'amica pensione per animali (molti dei nostri vicini avevano cani, ma erano molto tranquilli e ben gestiti). Ora gestito da 3 servizi che fanno tutto. Un retro ma lavoro macchina di gioco al pavimento era un piacere per i miei bambini. Lavanderia e asciugacapelli gratis e un semplice angolo fitness sono attrezzature utili. L'accento è infatti l'ubicazione di questa casa - a pochi passi, ci sono numerosi punti di soffitto, cibo stradale di notte, negozio di noodles, biscotti e un bar sportivo proprio lungo la strada. Rimarrò, in qualsiasi momento, per la mia prossima visita.

WWander The WondersSatisfying stay, good security, magnificent Penang bridge view from the balcony and window of the master bed room… but morning Muslim prayer from the nearby mosque may wake one up very early.  Room service is top notch, more efficient than a 5 star international hotel.  Nice comfortable resort feel lounge with a hot and cold drinking water dispenser, lounge is also equipped with 2 pool tables, a gym, table tennis table and bats, badminton/basketball court, a swimming pool and a small waterfall koi pond.  Snacks and breakfast are sold at a cost.
