Viaggiatore singolo, 3 notti con colazione L'ho usato per la prima volta perché un mio conoscente lo usava bene. Al momento del check-in è richiesto un deposito. Se non ci sono problemi, verrà rimborsato al momento del check-out. La stanza era spaziosa e aveva una vasca da bagno. La stanza è al 6° piano e il balcone si affaccia sulla piscina e la vista non è male. Non ci sono spazzolini da denti, è consentito fumare sul balcone e JF è gratuito. L'area della piscina è soleggiata e l'acqua è pulita e fresca. Sono stati visti molti turisti dall'India. La colazione era a buffet e aveva una buona varietà. Bastano toast, uova fritte, insalata e frutta! Soi Bukkao è proprio fuori dalla Lobby, quindi se prendi un songthaew, puoi spostarti facilmente nella seconda strada o in direzione Sentan. L'hotel offre un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Bell'hotel in un'ottima posizione. Anche se nel cuore della vita notturna è un hotel molto tranquillo. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e la mia camera veniva pulita a fondo ogni giorno. Non esiterei a prenotare nuovamente questo hotel. L'unica cosa da migliorare è il bagno un po' datato. Anche se questo non mi impedirebbe di prenotare questo hotel. Grazie a tutti per aver reso il mio soggiorno di 2 settimane piacevole.

Good place to stay. Location is good to all amenities, get a pool view room at the back is good for a quiet sleep. Stayed in a deluxe king size room.

This was my second stay at this hotel. On this occasion the room was overlooking the pool. I preferred the room I was allocated on my first visit, as it was in a newer portion of the hotel and in a more private area. However, anyone with children who enjoy swimming may like this location better as the rooftop pool is almost level to this room balcony. This was room 315, and during the day the noise from those enjoying the pool is intrusive, also there is no privacy on the balcony, and one must keep the curtains closed if privacy in the room is required. Saying that, on this particular visit we would not be spending much time in the room, so I did not ask to be moved, which I may have done on another occasion. The room itself is a good size, as are most in this hotel. The balcony is spacious. Unlike the room on my previous visit, this one needs a little attention. Repairs have been made in the bathroom and the finish is not good, with patches of plaster and grout over the tiles and repaired areas. It looks scruffy and dirty. The shower head needs a good descale, or better still, replacing or upgrading. Also loose wiring, which I belive once serviced a telephone in the bathroom, is still loosely dangling down the wall. This time I did not book breakfast, so will not comment on that. The front desk staff are fine. Registering was simple, and I was courteously attended to when phoning down to extend my stay by one night. There is no food offered here except breakfast, which is understandable given the location, as there are one hundred and one places to eat within a stones throw of the hotel entrance, and that is not an exaggeration. Overall a pleasant stay for a reasonable cost, but well under par as to my last visit, and my expectations, due to my preference of room location and the poor maintainece of the room itself. More attention to detail is required by management. Would I stay again? I doubt it, unless it was based purely on location and I needed to be in this area. I'm sorry to say this time the hotel fell short of my previous experience and I will be inclined to seek alternative accommodation in the future. (I live in Thailand and visit Pattaya frequently). To cap this review, the owners/management need to inspect, correct, replace, and renew many items before the hotel takes on that rundown, uncared for, and unkempt look and guests, like myself, look for better maintained accomadation.

PERFECT LOCATION. QUIET INSIDE BUT VERY LOUD OUTSIDE. VERY HOT BUT VERY NICE BREAKFAST BUFFET.

overall a good hotel. good breakfast. there are two pools which are ok. old hotel, old facilities but convenient with spacious rooms n balcony.

Location-wise it’s right in the centre.Good 10mins walk to the beach & walking street.Good amount of shops and a market nearby.Bed linen and towels were not the freshest but other than that it’s fine.

This was good hotel with delicious breakfast and kind staff.

Aside from the prickly staff at the desk this is great value. Dont understand their ice attitude. The cleaning staff are friendly and should switch places with the desk staff

Location and cleanliness were awesome. However, front desk staff courtesy should be reevaluated. We haven’t heard them greet us since day 1 of our 3 days stay. Not even during checking in. Our guest next to our room was terribly loud and our concern was never resolved. We were also accommodated 1 hour late from checking.
