Great hotel to stay in if you are traveling for work. Pool and jacuzzi is always a bonus. Great food in the Burgundy restaurant, but don't order Tiramusu (it's too creamy, no taste of coffee or alcohol - very bad)! Staff members are friendly, let us stay for an extra hour, which was nice.

Stayed there while daughter had a table at comic con.yes the hotel is dated but it’s still a Great hotel great place walkable to NEC arena.great value im sure we will be back next year

Me an my wife stayed for 2 nights during the BBC Gardening and food show. This is the second time here and we both have enjoyed our stay. We are both evenings and the food and price was excellent.

Good location for the airport. The hotel is a bit dated but good for a bed for the night prior to a flight etc

Very close to our concert less than 10mins walk. Parking was free . Staff were friendly and professional. Value for money evening meal . The room was very clean but tired looking and in need of maintenance eg a paint job !

Good value for money, good location (near NEC) - i should of asked for directions from Airport / Train as walking takes you to the rear door. Hotel quite tired with a 1980's vibe, but rooms clean and comfy and staff friendly. Would stay again when the price is right.

Proximity to Resorts World is fantastic and being in a quiet location. Food was delicious although having to pre-book afternoon tea was disappointing. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had, great selection and very freshly made and tasted wonderful. Leisure facilities and rooms were very good. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again in the future.

Walking distance from nec (although clearer signage would help). Parking on site. Decent sized room. Friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast spot on. Shame about the entrance and having to cross a slip lane (think this was due to roadworks but not sure)

Pleasant stay. Relaxing, as quiet hotel despite proximity to Airport, Station and NEC. Only a short walk to the Airport, Station and NEC, although not really a good place if you like country walks.

Ate in the restaurant and Food was typical hotel food, not stand out but nothing to complain at. Well maybe £3.50 for a slightly watery peppercorn sauce is a bit excessive, but the flavour was good! and would have preferred traditional chips or fries with the steak rather than the pont neuf potatoes(fancy for fancies sake! But good price food so value for money. However i definitely would point out he staff were outstanding. They are such an asset to your hotel. Friendly, efficient and really lovely service. Their were a highlight
