Hotel Reddoorz a Pasay

The hotel was nice. The ambience is 5 stars for us. The thing that bothered us was the noise and the location since it was totally along the highway. You are going to wait for 2:00 to check-in which means they are very strict with their time. Nevertheless, the price here in trip was cheaper than the other applications.

Good and quiet place . You can relax and the room is spacious. The staff are friendly and approachable . Surely I will book again next time .

My family of 6 stayed at the guest house for almost 3 weeks. From the time we got picked up at the airport to the time we have to return home, our experience have been phenomenal. The owners, Marites and George have been to gracious and accommodating to all my family’s needs. From everything we needed, they didn’t hesitate to make those needs met. At one point, they even made a special meal for me since I got sick the last week of our stay. A special menu that they don’t have listed was provided with a smile. They would often check me at my room to make sure that whatever I needed is provided. As for the staff at the guest house, they are a great group of hardworking women who made our stay memorable. The staff made sure that all our needs are met. often times would clean our rooms without being asked. They even asked me to clean my room while im inside. They always have a smile on their faces and very chatty with me during our stay. And I love to chat with them. To all the staff, Evelyn, Rose, Erika, Bernadette, Analynn, and whoever else I forgot. Thank you for your hard work and keeping the guest house clean. You are truly appreciated. -Leilani Gay

In realtà, per il prezzo pagato, il posto non è così cattivo. Ma il lento processo di check-in e l'indifferenza del personale è l'assassino .... Molto deludente, molto lento, non organizzato e il personale non ti saluta o sorride, nessuna capacità di ospite ... Sono stati 35 minuti per darmi una chiave di stanza dal momento della Il mio arrivo nella zona di ricezione ... E era circa 430pm - non cercava di controllare in anticipo. Internet è sufficiente per controllare le email o utilizzare il MSGRs, non sognare nemmeno fare una chiamata video, connessione sempre scendendo ...

You would think that during a Covid Pandemic this Hotel would at Least clean their AC filter! This is The Worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my 61 year's of exsistance. There contact number doesn't work. Because the Country added a 8 to the begging of the number But it still don't work even if you add an 8.I contacted your chat line on the 7th about it because I'm a disabled person and I needed a 1st floor. We'll once I arrived in the evening of June 8th. I requested a 1st floor room. To my surprise. Only a 3rd floor room was available. I was very tired having traveled all day. It was late and I was 5 kilometers from the airport. And Manila has a curfew. Well I decided for my safety I would stay because I have a 14 hour layover. I'm taking 4 airlines through 5 Airports on 48 hour's. Well at least the receptionist carried my luggage up to my room. Well. #1 The air con isn't cold. #2 The air con filter is Filthy. #3 The toilet don't flush. #4 The bed cover has a big stain. #5 The sheets have stains. #6 The shower is dirty #7 The toilet doesn't flush. I am not a rich person so I was in a bind and could book something else at the last minute especially with the totality of the situation at hand. I've attached photos of said hotel and I'm humbly requesting a Full Refund due conditions beyond my control. And I will be giving a bad review of same hotel and informing the Proper Authorities about this establishment ias well. Hopefully you fix this or I'll be forced to start using Trip Advisor again. I booked here before we arrived in the Airport at 12midnight .before i confirmed i asked through email if its ok to book now and we used it when we arrived. They responsed me its ok if the said hotel is available 24hrs . When we arrived in the place the personnel said it can't be use because our check in was 2pm. But we arrived there12mid so they asked me to pay another 1600ph just for overnight stay no choice we dont want to find another place we need to check out 12pm to catch our flight overseas ,since there place was not so easy to find its dark and going inside the narrow streets ,taxi are not so familiar they drop us in other REDDOORZ .we need to drove again there by Grab taxi . One thing i liked here they hired PWD👏👏 . The room we got is good even couple of cockraoches was there too🤣 water pressure was strong 🥰 food is Good especially the hot chocolate and coffee . water dripping from above aircon make sounds annoying. Tik tak tik tak lol

La camera è molto efficiente per il suo prezzo. È già condizionata, con TV satellitare e quello che mi piace di più è la vostra bagno privato. Non troverete un affare così economico come quello che ha una bagno privato. E'solo che non c'è asciugamano e acqua in bottiglia, come è stato detto, e il guinzaglio sul secchio non funziona bene.

It was an okay stay and it was near MoA. But left my Jacket at the hotel room tried calling them a few times, no one was answering. Had to go back and get it myself instead of hiring lalamove/angkas to have it delivered to me in the airport. Hopefully someone will stay safe frontdesk so they’ll be able to contact them easily.

В целом неплохо на одну ночь и с утра в аэророрт, чистота на троечку, не было одеяла, полотенца больше походи на 2 маленьких пледа, которыми пришлось укрываться ночью, ночью было тихо, кондиционер малошумный, приходил тарокан из щели между полом и стеной, персонал труднодоступный, но приветливый, расположение в нетуристическом районе, вечером не рекомендую выходить на прогулку, в здании есть 7/11.
