PPrincess PeaI book this hotel after landing in Manila and discovering the roads were flooded and I was stuck near the airport.  Even with the last-minute booking, my check-in was fast and  smooth. The second I walked into the room. I felt an ease wash over me. I am a pretty light packer, but there was still plenty of room for all of my things where I could easily live out of my suitcase or unpack, and really settle in if I chose. The room was absolutely perfect. The bed was a large, clean and comfy. The bathroom was large, clean and came with all the amenities anyone would  need.
The hotel in general is absolutely beautiful. All types of food and drinks are served or delivered to your room 24/7. The hotel has their own bars and restaurants and a lovely lobby area where you can sit and work or just relax The only thing that comes close to being better then the aesthetic of the hotel is the customer service (it IS a Marriott after all). 
The hotel has a lot of amenities to offer, including a pool, a spa and a gym (none of which I had the time to experience during my short stay). The buffet breakfast was really nice. It has local and international foods for all taste buds. (I highly recommend the guava jam.) the hotel is also connected to a ****** and a mall. There are additional restaurants and stores outside of the hotel all in walking distance. 
If you ever have the chance, I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott on purpose…It’s also a WONDERFUL place to be “stuck”.

My recent stay at Citadines was nothing short of fantastic, and it has firmly become one of my top choices for Manila accommodation.
Prime, Unbeatable Location:
The hotel's location is its biggest asset. You are literally steps away from the best of Manila Bay Area malls, SM MOA, Parqal, and Ayala Malls are all within easy walking distance, offering endless dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The proximity to NAIA airport also makes arrivals and departures incredibly stress-free.
Outstanding Service & Thoughtful Amenities:
The staff deserves a special mention for their warm, attentive, and excellent service, they truly make you feel welcome. The room itself was a pleasant surprise, spacious, modern, and brilliantly designed. It wasn't just a place to sleep, it was a comfortable living space complete with a sofa and a long desk, perfect for both relaxing and getting some work done.
I was especially impressed by the thoughtful amenities that set this hotel apart:
* In-room microwave, a rare and hugely convenient feature.
* Refillable drinking water, eco-friendly and so practical.
* Complimentary parking, a significant value-add for those driving.
A Minor Note & Final Verdict
It's worth noting that the swimming pool was temporarily unavailable during our stay. While we would have loved to use it, it didn't detract from our overall excellent experience. In fact, it just gives us something to look forward to next time!
Without a doubt, I will be returning on my future visits to the Philippines. Citadines offers incredible value, superb comfort, and a perfect location. Highly recommended!

Di recente ho soggiornato al TRYP e, sfortunatamente, la mia esperienza è stata rovinata da alcuni problemi. Innanzitutto, il bagno della mia camera era rotto, causando notevoli disagi durante il mio soggiorno.
Il WC malfunzionante è stato un inconveniente inaspettato che ha influito sul comfort generale della mia visita. Pur comprendendo che possano sorgere problemi imprevisti, ciò ha influito sulla qualità del mio soggiorno.
Apprezzerei se l'hotel prendesse sul serio la questione e prendesse in considerazione la possibilità di risarcirmi per l'inconveniente causato. Nonostante questa battuta d'arresto, devo elogiare il personale per gli sforzi compiuti per affrontare tempestivamente il problema. Tuttavia, credo che un gesto di buona volontà farebbe molto per ripristinare la mia fiducia nell'hotel.
Grazie per la vostra attenzione a questa questione. Aspetto con ansia una rapida risoluzione.

Nessuna risposta al numero GSM solo tramite testo, anche tramite persona locale che cerca di chiamare.
Reserva e trattamento molto dubbio. Nessun consigliere se fosse una prima visita, può causare molto stress.
Infine, questo era all'hotel Belmont, dove ho prenotato una volta, e questo hotel è super in ordine e ben situato.
Le attrezzature come la tosta dentale e la pasta non erano presenti.
Se si fosse realizzata una maggiore trasparenza in tempo utile, sarebbe molto positivo.

RRUMAANAHLa prima cosa che ho chiesto era un forno e un coltello per il pranzo, l'hotel mi ha portato una cucchiaia e un forno. La seconda preoccupazione principale era che non c'era acqua calda. Ho contattato l'hotel e trip.com hanno cercato di riparare l'acqua, ma purtroppo questo non è stato possibile. L'AC era ridicolo che ho lasciato il mio tempo a casa per tornare alle filippine per godermi l'estate, ma mi è stato deluso che non potessi.Quando mi sono chiesto, ho sentito che era per la decorazione di Natale che avrebbe causato la fusione. Il manager dell’hotel Aiza ha provato a sistemarci e ha migliorato il tipo di camera. In quel momento, l’ingegnere ha controllato l’acqua e ha raggiunto Luke caldo, ma il giorno dopo l’acqua era ancora fredda. L'hotel sembra soddisfare le norme internazionali, ma non è così. Non permetteno la fatturazione delle camere a meno che non chiedi e ciò che chiedi è un shock per tutti. Il livello di cibo è terribile 😑 Ho fortemente raccomandato di riconsiderare le vostre opzioni per il prezzo che pagate perché non valeva il prezzo che abbiamo pagato. L'hotel ha un buon display di pompieri per il nuovo anno e questo è quello che abbiamo goduto di più. Il personale è tutto gentile, amichevole e utile.
