Qqwb666È un albergo che non si spiega in una parola, ho prenotato una camera da letto da 1860 yuan con vasca da bagno in pino e colazione. È ovvio che il prezzo non è basso. Di conseguenza, la prima camera d'albergo non aveva alcuna finestra esterna e si affacciava quindi sulle finestre interne dell'atrio dell'hotel. Anche di giorno era buio. C'era anche una grande macchia sul divano della stanza. Inoltre il portale della palestra non ha la maniglia, quindi è completamente inutile. La più esagerata è la colazione a menù fisso, io ho scelto la colazione all'americana. Ci sono due uova fritte dentro. Ho detto che non posso mangiare abbastanza, posso aggiungere un uovo fritto in più. Il cameriere ha detto di no, a meno che non si aggiungano soldi. Sto svenendo e non tornerò mai più in questo posto. Preoccuparsi della performance in termini di costi

VVCFIn generale, un piacevole soggiorno.Sono rimasto per una notte solo per partecipare ad un evento.
Pros: Mi ha dato un Cary, il Carabao più bello, molto conveniente.
Cons: La stanza è un po' datata, i mattoni emettono un certo odore nella stanza, ci vuole tempo per la ricezione per rispondere a una chiamata, troppo buio nelle sale, la camera da bagno ha bisogno di una pulizia generale, intermittente per il riscaldamento dell'acqua.

WWanderLenIf u have a flight at Terminal 3 NAIA, this Hotel at Newport city is okay. Just simple observation; Service at check-in and check-out is bit disappointing, so slow process, it's bit busy but only 2-3 front desk attendants, to think it is weekend. I notice at express lane but no attendant standing there. Service at security and bellmans are okay but standing most service for me are the pool attendant, Mr Bert & Nil, so much knowledge on the hotel service and very attentive to all pool guests, kudos guys! Room attendants in our floor are friendly and giving smile to guests even we saw them tired are well appreciated.
To all other guest coming from other country to book this hotel, prepare Pesos for deposit coz they never accept other currencies in case u will use cash as deposit. Nwei, we'll be back again.

PPrincess PeaI book this hotel after landing in Manila and discovering the roads were flooded and I was stuck near the airport.  Even with the last-minute booking, my check-in was fast and  smooth. The second I walked into the room. I felt an ease wash over me. I am a pretty light packer, but there was still plenty of room for all of my things where I could easily live out of my suitcase or unpack, and really settle in if I chose. The room was absolutely perfect. The bed was a large, clean and comfy. The bathroom was large, clean and came with all the amenities anyone would  need.
The hotel in general is absolutely beautiful. All types of food and drinks are served or delivered to your room 24/7. The hotel has their own bars and restaurants and a lovely lobby area where you can sit and work or just relax The only thing that comes close to being better then the aesthetic of the hotel is the customer service (it IS a Marriott after all). 
The hotel has a lot of amenities to offer, including a pool, a spa and a gym (none of which I had the time to experience during my short stay). The buffet breakfast was really nice. It has local and international foods for all taste buds. (I highly recommend the guava jam.) the hotel is also connected to a ****** and a mall. There are additional restaurants and stores outside of the hotel all in walking distance. 
If you ever have the chance, I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott on purpose…It’s also a WONDERFUL place to be “stuck”.

This is already our third time staying at the Sheraton, and once again, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The consistency in service, cleanliness, and comfort is truly commendable. The staff always makes us feel welcome, the rooms are well-maintained and relaxing, and the amenities continue to exceed expectations.
It’s always a pleasant and satisfying stay, which is why we keep coming back. Highly recommended for anyone who values comfort, quality, and excellent hospitality.

UUtente ospiteNon ci sono servizi disponibili e nella sua descrizione c'è un bagno, ma non c'è nessuno. Non c'è asciugamani e altre strutture, quindi è necessario fare un follow-up. Suggerisco inoltre che il dipartimento di custodia delle case necessiti di un miglioramento perché svolge un ruolo fondamentale nella prestazione di un servizio eccellente.

RRUMAANAHLa prima cosa che ho chiesto era un forno e un coltello per il pranzo, l'hotel mi ha portato una cucchiaia e un forno. La seconda preoccupazione principale era che non c'era acqua calda. Ho contattato l'hotel e trip.com hanno cercato di riparare l'acqua, ma purtroppo questo non è stato possibile. L'AC era ridicolo che ho lasciato il mio tempo a casa per tornare alle filippine per godermi l'estate, ma mi è stato deluso che non potessi.Quando mi sono chiesto, ho sentito che era per la decorazione di Natale che avrebbe causato la fusione. Il manager dell’hotel Aiza ha provato a sistemarci e ha migliorato il tipo di camera. In quel momento, l’ingegnere ha controllato l’acqua e ha raggiunto Luke caldo, ma il giorno dopo l’acqua era ancora fredda. L'hotel sembra soddisfare le norme internazionali, ma non è così. Non permetteno la fatturazione delle camere a meno che non chiedi e ciò che chiedi è un shock per tutti. Il livello di cibo è terribile 😑 Ho fortemente raccomandato di riconsiderare le vostre opzioni per il prezzo che pagate perché non valeva il prezzo che abbiamo pagato. L'hotel ha un buon display di pompieri per il nuovo anno e questo è quello che abbiamo goduto di più. Il personale è tutto gentile, amichevole e utile.
