Appartamenti a Pasay

I had not a good encounter and experience when we arrived on 6 Nov 2024.  We checked at front desk they gave the key card which is the door system is not working properly we could not go in. Then I called for help but  respond is slow no one came up.I decided to walk down to front desk and  Hotel staff at front desk exchanged a new key card and assist me to get the room. It was fine and we left our luggage to the room and went out. Problem came up again when we used the updated key card unfortunately is not work again we stuck outside the room. I really get disappointed and angry most importantly my wife need to take medicine on time, we end up stuck outside second time. I walked again to front desk to complain about that and staff immediately apologised and change new room for us. Honestly I do felt very upset and about the arrangement all this respond came too late even staff shown their effort to comfort us. I received only a few chocolate and card for this incidents happened 😄what do you think?

Vicino all aeroporto, struttura molto basica, forte odore di umidità, camera piccola e datata, climatizzatore con problemi di regolazione bagno pessimo. Al massino questa struttura è un hotel a 3 stelle. Va bene se dovete dormirci una notta se in transito. Preparate le vostre orecchie alla mattina preso quando tutti i bambini filippini inizieranno a giocare ed urlare in corridoio senza che nessuno dello staff si lamenti con i genitori Molto probabilmente e normale per loro comportarsi così

È stata un'esperienza molto bella, l'hotel è a pochi passi dal NAIA Terminal 3, 4° piano, passando per il ristorante Mary Grace, e puoi anche camminare tornando al NAIA 3 se hai un volo il giorno dopo. Un posto dove stare se hai un volo di coincidenza con lunghi tempi di attesa 😘 Lo adoro ❤️

maganda po yung place malinis at friendly naman ang mga staff,sa service lang po kami medyo dismayado kasi ang tagal pong iserve yung food inabot po ng lagpas isang oras para lang sa breakfast na egg and bacon with bread. but over all po maganda naman ang stay namin sa uulitin po salamat.

The hotel is convenient for travelers that will be leaving the Philippines soon via the airport. You should arrive a day or two before your flight to do last minute shopping at the nearby SM Mall of Asia (MOA). There's also a small supermarket near the hotel going to the LRT station if you don't want to go all the way to MOA. You can iron your clothes at the 5th floor lobby. I'm not sure if it's the same on other floors.

È un albergo che non si spiega in una parola, ho prenotato una camera da letto da 1860 yuan con vasca da bagno in pino e colazione. È ovvio che il prezzo non è basso. Di conseguenza, la prima camera d'albergo non aveva alcuna finestra esterna e si affacciava quindi sulle finestre interne dell'atrio dell'hotel. Anche di giorno era buio. C'era anche una grande macchia sul divano della stanza. Inoltre il portale della palestra non ha la maniglia, quindi è completamente inutile. La più esagerata è la colazione a menù fisso, io ho scelto la colazione all'americana. Ci sono due uova fritte dentro. Ho detto che non posso mangiare abbastanza, posso aggiungere un uovo fritto in più. Il cameriere ha detto di no, a meno che non si aggiungano soldi. Lansen è un nuovo hotel e le camere sono moderne e pulite, ma hanno alcune politiche molto povere. Le camere hanno un letto confortevole, una cassaforte, un tè e un caffè e un letto confortevole, ma non hanno alcuna struttura. Non c'è posto dove metterti il bagaglio, nessuna rack di bagaglio o dove metterti i vestiti e si infilano in una grande TV Smart LCD è utile perché hanno chiuso tutti i controlli per non accedere a nessuna delle caratteristiche della TV intelligente. Non ho limitato il volume a un massimo del 15% che è ridicolo perché se si muove o sto cercando di mangiare un pacchetto di chip o qualcosa che non si può sentire la TV. Non avevo mai visto nessuno nel mondo che imponiamo ridere restrizioni al volume della televisione. Vi è un ristorante a buffet con prezzi da 2100 a 2600 pesos per persona. La piscina è vista sulla baia. Gli ospiti sono riscaldati, per il personale cercare e farvi firmare un documento con il tentativo ingannevole di scegliere solo di nascondere il documento è in realtà una revoca legale per rimuovere tutti i vostri diritti legali e la responsabilità legale dell'hotel da qualsiasi In giuria, Morte, furto o qualsiasi cosa accada sulla proprietà, e sarete uno stupido a firmare questo. La gestione sembra reale e mi ha detto che rivederebbe alcune di queste pratiche e politiche inaccettabili, ma il tempo o meno rimane da vedere. La proprietà è moderna e pulita e confortevole, mab le ridicole restrizioni alle televisioni e il modo ingannevole che essi inghiottino per ottenere i clienti a.sihn via i loro diritti legali è vergognoso e i clienti dovrebbero leggere e essere molto attenti a ciò che si segna in questo hotel.

Had a lovely stay with family at Hilton Manila. Really happy to find a 5-star pet-friendly Hotel in Manila. Excellent location. Pool was great. Gym was average. Staff are kind and hospitable but service can still be improved.
