I had not a good encounter and experience when we arrived on 6 Nov 2024. We checked at front desk they gave the key card which is the door system is not working properly we could not go in. Then I called for help but respond is slow no one came up.I decided to walk down to front desk and Hotel staff at front desk exchanged a new key card and assist me to get the room. It was fine and we left our luggage to the room and went out. Problem came up again when we used the updated key card unfortunately is not work again we stuck outside the room. I really get disappointed and angry most importantly my wife need to take medicine on time, we end up stuck outside second time. I walked again to front desk to complain about that and staff immediately apologised and change new room for us. Honestly I do felt very upset and about the arrangement all this respond came too late even staff shown their effort to comfort us. I received only a few chocolate and card for this incidents happened 😄what do you think?

Vicino all aeroporto, struttura molto basica, forte odore di umidità, camera piccola e datata, climatizzatore con problemi di regolazione bagno pessimo.
Al massino questa struttura è un hotel a 3 stelle. Va bene se dovete dormirci una notta se in transito.
Preparate le vostre orecchie alla mattina preso quando tutti i bambini filippini inizieranno a giocare ed urlare in corridoio senza che nessuno dello staff si lamenti con i genitori

maganda po yung place malinis at friendly naman ang mga staff,sa service lang po kami medyo dismayado kasi ang tagal pong iserve yung food inabot po ng lagpas isang oras para lang sa breakfast na egg and bacon with bread. but over all po maganda naman ang stay namin sa uulitin po salamat.

È un albergo che non si spiega in una parola, ho prenotato una camera da letto da 1860 yuan con vasca da bagno in pino e colazione. È ovvio che il prezzo non è basso. Di conseguenza, la prima camera d'albergo non aveva alcuna finestra esterna e si affacciava quindi sulle finestre interne dell'atrio dell'hotel. Anche di giorno era buio. C'era anche una grande macchia sul divano della stanza. Inoltre il portale della palestra non ha la maniglia, quindi è completamente inutile. La più esagerata è la colazione a menù fisso, io ho scelto la colazione all'americana. Ci sono due uova fritte dentro. Ho detto che non posso mangiare abbastanza, posso aggiungere un uovo fritto in più. Il cameriere ha detto di no, a meno che non si aggiungano soldi. Sto svenendo e non tornerò mai più in questo posto. Preoccuparsi della performance in termini di costi

Lansen è un nuovo hotel e le camere sono moderne e pulite, ma hanno alcune politiche molto povere.
Le camere hanno un letto confortevole, una cassaforte, un tè e un caffè e un letto confortevole, ma non hanno alcuna struttura. Non c'è posto dove metterti il bagaglio, nessuna rack di bagaglio o dove metterti i vestiti e si infilano in una grande TV Smart LCD è utile perché hanno chiuso tutti i controlli per non accedere a nessuna delle caratteristiche della TV intelligente. Non ho limitato il volume a un massimo del 15% che è ridicolo perché se si muove o sto cercando di mangiare un pacchetto di chip o qualcosa che non si può sentire la TV.
Non avevo mai visto nessuno nel mondo che imponiamo ridere restrizioni al volume della televisione.
Vi è un ristorante a buffet con prezzi da 2100 a 2600 pesos per persona.
La piscina è vista sulla baia.
Gli ospiti sono riscaldati, per il personale cercare e farvi firmare un documento con il tentativo ingannevole di scegliere solo di nascondere il documento è in realtà una revoca legale per rimuovere tutti i vostri diritti legali e la responsabilità legale dell'hotel da qualsiasi In giuria, Morte, furto o qualsiasi cosa accada sulla proprietà, e sarete uno stupido a firmare questo.
La gestione sembra reale e mi ha detto che rivederebbe alcune di queste pratiche e politiche inaccettabili, ma il tempo o meno rimane da vedere.
La proprietà è moderna e pulita e confortevole, mab le ridicole restrizioni alle televisioni e il modo ingannevole che essi inghiottino per ottenere i clienti a.sihn via i loro diritti legali è vergognoso e i clienti dovrebbero leggere e essere molto attenti a ciò che si segna in questo hotel.

Stay was okay. Room is spacious and has a very small ref, a small table for two. Shower & water closet is separate. Staff are friendly and helpful, however, a few things: no towel when we arrived, we had to request for it. Hotel wifi was very weak. Globe/TM no signal. Smart data is okay. Hotel restaurant (Tabla) is good and affordable.

Had a lovely stay with family at Hilton Manila. Really happy to find a 5-star pet-friendly Hotel in Manila. Excellent location. Pool was great. Gym was average. Staff are kind and hospitable but service can still be improved.

UUtente ospiteLa stanza è buona e spaziale! E' pulita e dolce. I accessori dell'hotel forniti sono: lama dentale con pasta dentale, capsula e sapone da bagno, tessuti e 2 bottiglie d'acqua.
La nostra camera era molto rilassante, la TV è funzionale e l'aria condizionata funziona.L'unica questione che ho è che c'è un odore unico che si mescola con il loro frigorifero d'aria, che è credo l'odore di sigaretta. Per me, il Wifi non è consigliabile se vuoi lavorare lì, perché la connessione è instabile.
In generale, è una buona esperienza

UUtente ospiteSo clean so good talaga maganda ang facilities malinis ang lugar,approachable at mababait ang lahat.Sablay lang sa service ng mga nasa front desk at kay Sir Guard noong pacheckout na kami.Salamat sa kapirasong papel na pinagsulatan namin ng mga paid food bills namin nasalba kami sa kahihiyan.Kahihiyang tumakas daw kami at di nagbayad ng food bills🥴.Miscommunication sa morning and night shift na mga staff tapos kaming guest ang mapapahiya at maaabala kahit bayad na at sila pa ang may dapat e refund sa amin dahil sa maling computation nila(ni refund naman nila).Salamat kay Sir Supervisor sa kalmadong paghandle sa amin,na settle din ang problema.Sa mga gustong sumubok sa hotel na ito make sure lang po na may list kayo lahat ng paid bills nyo o humingi kayo ng resibo para may proof of payment kayo in case na magkaproblema.

KKimiharu_26Our small staycation was simple yet the basic needs are met in a hotel as a first timer to book via trip.com (Nov. 23-24, 2024). They were able to cater to our needs immediately from checking-in which only took 5 minutes to be endorsed to our room, breakfast, even some room concerns (such as a clogged toilet, etc.), until checking out. Upon entering the room, everything was provided on the cork wall for the directory, menu, and all. WiFi has no password (only QR) but it was fast. The lighting was cozy and romantic. My partner and I were so relaxed all night. There was a water dispenser outside the room and you have your own set of pitchers and glasses inside the room to refill a lot instead of constantly going out and in. There was also a cooler which is a big plus. Outside food is okay as long as it is consumed inside the room and not on their rooftop dining area.
Their bathrooms are clean, no hairs, clean towels, and hangers. I love their 3-in-1 shampoo-conditioner-soap but I still used my own shampoo and conditioner since it kinda made my hair frizzy and hard to comb. Nevertheless, it smells reallyyyyy good.
There were lounges and chairs to relax on the 8th and 10th floor and on the rooftop. The pool was a bit cold so we did not opt to swim but it looked clean.
The food was at par. Their prices are reasonable. Serving time and amount was adequate. My partner was a Muslim but they catered his needs by serving non-pork meals. Coffee was an unlimited refill. If you include breakfast on the package in the app, there is an option to upgrade to a buffet by adding 249 pesos per head. But for me, the options were a bit little so I didn't opt for it and there are a lot of pork meals which my partner couldn't eat. But here's one thing, their garlic rice is superb!
The only cons we observed was that the cable on the tv is loose so sometimes we have to adjust to resolve the signal, the safe box was not functioning, vehicles can be heard from the bustling buendia avenue, and moving or rocking chairs from the floor above can be heard.
Nevertheless, our overall stay here was cozy and simple. We will definitely visit again esp if the other side of the hotel is done. Thank you for giving such a wonderful and relaxing experience with my partner.
