Hotel con parcheggio a Pasay

Vicino all aeroporto, struttura molto basica, forte odore di umidità, camera piccola e datata, climatizzatore con problemi di regolazione bagno pessimo. Al massino questa struttura è un hotel a 3 stelle. Va bene se dovete dormirci una notta se in transito. Preparate le vostre orecchie alla mattina preso quando tutti i bambini filippini inizieranno a giocare ed urlare in corridoio senza che nessuno dello staff si lamenti con i genitori Molto probabilmente e normale per loro comportarsi così

È stata un'esperienza molto bella, l'hotel è a pochi passi dal NAIA Terminal 3, 4° piano, passando per il ristorante Mary Grace, e puoi anche camminare tornando al NAIA 3 se hai un volo il giorno dopo. Un posto dove stare se hai un volo di coincidenza con lunghi tempi di attesa 😘 Lo adoro ❤️

I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. L'ho usato per la prima volta e mi è piaciuto così tanto che ho fatto il check-in due volte quella settimana. Anche mia sorella minore e i miei figli hanno fatto il check-in due volte. Mia sorella ha pagato la sua stanza perché costava poco ☺️Se hai bisogno di qualcosa puoi chiamare, ma puoi sentire il personale fuori, quindi puoi chiamare e occupartene sul posto. Gli altri membri dello staff di SG mi hanno accolto adeguatamente e mi hanno fatto sentire a mio agio. Anche mio figlio maggiore, che ho portato qui 12 anni dopo, era interessato a usare questo insolito sapone. Resterò qui anche quest'anno. Piacere di conoscerti

If not for the commendable effort the staff have shown will have rated 2 stars and below. Arrived in the airport with their own transport service already waiing, in the hotel itself waited for more than 30 mins just for check in. Hotel itself is old and hallways smell moldy and musty. Elevators and hallways not airconditioned. Room given was far from elevators so expect to walk a few minutes if not choosing to be near lifts. Room itself was old and small, 2 double beds with small bathroom. Expect to meet cockroaches. Overall not recommended

We are very satisfied.. we felt home. This is our 3rd time already.. Junior Suite and Executive King suite are phenomenal. We are USA military family, and we lived and traveled around the world . When we say it feels home, it means a lot to us.. We felt home every time we visited this hotel. Home is where the heart is... Thank you again...Job well done.. Excellent customer service. We will come back again..

L'indirizzo dell'hotel era un po' lontano dall'aeroporto, ma è molto accessibile se si viaggia per Manila e il Mall of Asia. L'hotel era molto bello e pulito, tutto era funzionale, la tenda e l'illuminazione automatiche. La stanza era molto confortevole. Il cibo era ottimo e il buffet lo valuterò 9 su 10. Il personale alla reception è stato molto accomodante, alcuni non sono molto amichevoli, forse perché hanno troppi ospiti e lavorano. In generale, il mio soggiorno è stato fantastico per circa 5 giorni. Grazie per il vostro servizio! Tornerò sicuramente presto.

Parcheggio limitato all'hotel. È necessario pagare la tassa di parcheggio anche se si soggiorna all'hotel. Abbiamo perso anche il nostro biglietto di parcheggio perché il loro processo è che lei deve rimandarlo al partecipante se lei sta lasciando la struttura (anche se lo paga all'inizio) e lo rimetterà a voi dopo il parcheggio e non durante l'ingresso.

Abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno nel giardino di Selah. La stanza era spaziosa. I nostri figli godevano la piscina. Tutti i loro dipendenti sono amici e cortesi. Da check-in all' check-out non c'è problema e veloce. Il colazione incluso era buono. L'unico problema era le loro mutandine. Abbiamo chiesto un'altra, ma la sua gentile grossa e non così comoda, non l'ha usata perché mi fa male il collo. Il soggiorno era grande, ma mi consiglia ancora agli amici e alla fama.
