MMacDouggalI stayed three nights. Breakfast is the attached Perkins Pancake House which normally isn’t that bad. The food voucher from the hotel though gives you two eggs, a list of sausages, ham and a potato variety. I eat carefully which is not the Arkansas way, so there was nothing in column two or three of any interest and the over-easy eggs were only a notch thicker than water. I never went back for my remaining breakfasts.
We booked 2 queen beds and were given 2 sets of towels. At 11 after the 1st night, I realized I might not get any housekeeping and asked for towels from a housekeeper I found who said she’d tell the appropriate person. That hadn’t happened by 1pm, so on my way out, I went to the front desk and asked for towels again (and toilet paper). I believe it was Porsha (not Porsche) at the front desk, who appeared to really care less. She offered me a roll of toilet paper on the spot but I wasn’t going back to my room, so again I suggested to have it and towels sent up. No one ever went into my room all day.
As I left the room after the second night there happened to be a housekeeper next to my door and I asked again if I could at least get towels. She said I was supposed to get towels every day and doesn’t know what happened the day before, but unfortunately, she did not have any towels to give me and would have to pass a message along. I walked through the lobby at about 11am and asked again at the front desk. Again, it was Porsha, and again I don’t feel she took me seriously. Another woman overheard this (it appears she was a shift manager) who was very apologetic and swore she would get me towels. Nothing by 4pm. ***. 4th request in 2 days. As I went out for dinner, I asked again, and again told it would be taken care of. I was apprehensive with the sting of previous promises not upheld, and another woman at the desk, rather saltily said she would take of it. Apparently she did! Too bad I never got trash emptied in 3 days, old towels not removed and the last few squares of tp weren’t replenished from the 1/3 rolls provided. Even the Kleenex was empty, using maybe 5.
Same pool towels and trash laying by the pools for 2 full days. There was a towel wadded by the outdoor pool gate, and it also didn’t move for 2 days.
The restaurant/bar was excellent.

MMacDouggalHotel è probabilmente la migliore posizione in dicembre, poiché il parcheggio non è obbligatorio quel mese. Altre volte, si dovrà prendere una navetta all'hotel da parcheggio remoto. Situazione è gusto nel centro della città.
Il pranzo al ristorante dell'hotel era grande. Il bagno sembra bello, ma non abbiamo partecipato. L'hotel ha un grande senso di vintage, come è veramente originale. Amiamo il trim di legno duro, il cameriere del desk cage e la facilità di controllare -in. Definitivamente un viaggio nella storia. L'ascensore era piccolo e dolorosamente slow, quindi anche dopo un lungo periodo di attesa, c'era una buona possibilità che non potevi andare a bordo a causa di altri ospiti (e molti cani) che lo riempivano. Non c'è bisogno di correre da nessuna parte.
Ah, la stanza. Interessante letto di legno duro che era abbastanza comodo. Grande con tetti incredibilmente alti. Purtroppo questo è circa per i positivi. Parede a/c e calore lontano ma molto rumoroso.  Il bagno era più nuovo ma orribilemente progettatol’m certain from the restraints of the vintage space. The toilet was stranamente up on a small platform too small for any function. La doccia era anche molto piccola con un lungo aspettare per l'acqua calda e nessun controllo per la velocità.Sai, un singolo leva con freddo vicino all'uscita e rotato al caldo.La pressione dell'acqua era debole e sono felice di aver bisogno solo di uno. Non ero un fan delle riparazioni economiche che hanno fallito completamente lo stile della camera 3 moderna hardware cromo vicino al bronzo antico. Quanto male chi ha permesso questo era più preoccupato per il costo più che per l'autenticità.
Il bastone era nel dormitorio senza la minima privacy. Lo specchio sopra il bastone era così alto, mia moglie 5’3 doveva usare il suo telefono sul cassetto per vedersi. Anche il mio 6’4 aveva solo la parte superiore della mia testa; il centro dello specchio era 6’6” alto. Molto cattivo.
In tutto, un ottimo hotel con qualche strano chirk ma io resterei di nuovo.

UUtente ospiteWe stopped here on our way to visit family in TN. We had so much fun, and the hotel was so nice and clean, we stayed there again on our way home. Trip.com was the lowest fair that we could find and was reasonable for a nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was very nice with overhead rain delivery of water. We also spent time at the ******. No big wins, but we didn't lose every hand or every spin, so it made it fun. I will stay here again next time I am headed to visit family,.

DDerek BassQuesto posto è stato di gran lunga il miglior hotel che abbia mai soggiornato a Fort Smith. Lo consiglio a chiunque per una notte fuori o per un soggiorno di famiglia, hanno un caldo colazione che era biscotti e patatine di salsa secca fanno le vostre vafle e uova, così come un sacco di altre cose che potreste ottenere che era complimentare. Anche loro hanno una piscina interna e hanno anche un posto di lavoro. E il servizio al di fuori del desk era fantastico da lontano la persona più gentile che abbia mai incontrato in un hotel.

UUtente ospiteThe bathroom vent system barely sucks air, so that after taking one shower the whole bathroom is like a sauna, and we have five people to take showers, so by the end, the whole room was very humid.
The hotel only offers a dismal 10mb/second internet.
The Keurig coffee maker didn’t work, and you have to bring your own water to use it.
Even though 5 people were booked to arrive, there were no extra sheets left in the room.

UUtente ospiteEnjoyed our stay. Second time staying at the Burgundy Hotel. If coming to Little Rock, this is definitely the hotel to book and stay. Quaint and Eclectic Hotel. Very clean and nice rooms, spacious king bed rooms, and has an excellent restaurant inside as well as a good breakfast bistro too. Customer Service is very accommodating and professional..They strive to make your stay enjoyable and overall experience pleasing.

JJimenezJosephThe overall design of the hotel was nice including the bar, but the food situation is a waste of time. They should not advertise to include breakfast for a fee. They give you a $10 voucher that you can either use for the gas station stuff or you can order a microwave sandwich / burrito. The room was small but very nice. The method of having the fewest workers possible in the lobby really doesn't work.

UUtente ospiteDurante i nostri viaggi, ci siamo abituati a stare nelle Suite dell'Ambasciata. L'omelette fatta per ordinare era fantastica come sempre, ma la pasta di ovino era troppo spesso per mangiare. Tutto il resto era piuttosto buono. L'hotel ha un'ottima comodità per conservare le nostre bottiglie di acqua congelata per un bisogno medico nel congelatore. Non esitavo a rimanere in questa suite dell'ambasciata in futuro.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is excellent. The front desk is always friendly. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. It’s in a great location. I would suggest anybody staying in Fort Smith. Stay at this hotel. The only thing I would change is a refrigerator and Microwave in the rooms for longer stays.
