The best hostel of my entire trip! From the cleanliness of the rooms and comfortable beds to the kitchen and the wonderful staff—everything was perfect! I spent 11 nights at this hostel and didn't want to leave at all. At Oversleep Cat Ba, I was an important guest. my bed linen was changed every three days (or sooner at my request). There were always fresh towels at reception. Delicious food and the nicest chefs. At reception, you can resolve any issue. From renting a bike to withdrawing cash (I transferred money to a Vietnamese bank via Q-code and they kindly gave me the entire amount in cash) No stress or complications. I extended my reservation several times and didn't have to change beds; they organised everything for me. Sensitive and responsible. For making me feel at home away from home (this is not just a slogan, it is the motto of the entire hotel. The rooms and beds - a separate love Nowhere else have I found such comfortable and ergonomically correct beds Not only a locker, shelf, lamp and socket, but also a large amount of space on the side of the bed where you can conveniently lay out your things (and hide your backpack in a large locker under the bed) No mess and always clean. Clean and functional showers and toilets. Plenty of space, no unpleasant odours. Importantly, there is space to work. The bar has enough space for fun evenings and for work. Uninterrupted Wi-Fi, excellent speed. The hostel observes quiet hours. For breakfast, I always asked for extra bread with my meal, and I was never refused. In the end, I didn't even have to ask; the staff knew me and offered me bread themselves. So nice! Thank you! Recensione per View Point Anh Quan Hotel, Cat Ba L'hotel è situato in una zona tranquilla, che ha offerto un ritorno tranquillo dopo un giorno di esplorazione del bellissimo ambiente. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dalla piazza e vicino alla spiaggia di Cat Co, rendendolo conveniente per la vista e godere delle attrazioni locali. La stanza che mi sono fermata era spaziosa e pulita, con una vista stupenda dal balcone e dal caffè al tetto. Il personale dell’hotel era eccezionale, erano amichevoli, attenti e si sono spostati per assicurarsi che il mio soggiorno fosse comodo, hanno aiutato a organizzare il trasporto da Hanoi a Cat Ba e persino a organizzare un fantastico viaggio di giorno per me a Ha Long Bay. La colazione dell'hotel era piacevole con una varietà di opzioni disponibili, tra cui uova di qualità deliziose, e l'atmosfera generale dell'hotel si sentiva benvenuta e accogliente, rendendo il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Tutto è stato bello! Solo un fatto che è deluso: abbiamo prenotato due camere del tipo esatto, quando siamo arrivati il ricevitore ha detto che una camera con un letto grande è occupata perché un altro ospite voleva rimanere per un'altra notte e noi siamo rimasti in una camera con due letti. Non molto, ma era strano perché non avevano offerto quella stanza ad un altro ospite, perché abbiamo già prenotato la stanza con un letto grande in anticipo e non è giusto lasciare che un ospite precedente rimanga lì per un'altra notte perché ha prenotato. Quando insisti per ottenere la stanza che ho prenotato, mi hanno dato la chiave della stanza che ho prenotato e l'ospite che mi ha preceduto scomparve nello stesso momento. Non so perché lo facciano, ma sembrava un'infanzia. Forse mi sbagliavo, quindi non capisco cosa sia il fine di farlo.

For example, when I mentioned that the WiFi signal was weak and unstable during check-in, the hotel manager arranged for a room change. Upon inquiry, I discovered that the room allocation and distance would affect WiFi reception. The hotel staff then suggested that for future stays, I could make a note requesting a room with better WiFi reception. This stay from October 3rd to October 9th was also quite good. Unfortunately, my wife and I only learned about the hotel's structural issues on October 7th, and since my wife had too much luggage, we didn't want to change rooms again. We will be staying again soon in the future.

The hotel is located in a fantastic and beautiful place, in a small village surrounded by mountains. It is very quiet and peaceful here. The rooms meet all the basic requirements, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the food is delicious.

The hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

Bon hôtel pour le prix. Petit déjeuner moyen mais bon c’est pas cher donc il faut s’y attendre ! Attention, salle de sport inexistante (contrairement à ce qui est écrit).

Mi serviva un posto dove stare quando le ferries si chiuse a causa di un tifono, e questo era un bel posto per trovare in breve preavviso. Il commento che faccio si basa sull'importo di denaro che viene pagato per le norme vietnamite, quindi la stanza ha tutto quello che hai bisogno e il letto è comodo, ma ho sentito che il coperchio era piuttosto sottile. Il menu per il cibo era solo in vietnamita. Ci sono snacks e bevande nella stanza che sono economici, ma ero dubbioso sull'acqua in bottiglia quando l'avevo visto già aperta e mi chiedevo se fosse riempita invece di essere una nuova bottiglia? Il servizio di ricezione era molto gentile, utile e carino a parlare con. Il colazione era piccolo in varietà e il colazione inglese che ho ricevuto è quello che mi sembra un modo per risparmiare i costi dandogli invece di bacon? Ancora una volta, solo per il prezzo che mi è stato pagato, mi aspettavo qualcosa di migliore qualità in alcuni aspetti, ma sono grato per il posto dove stare quando ero in arresto. Vi sono ristoranti vicino, un bar ovest molto buono con buon cibo e bellissimi locali vietnamiti di alimenti per la pesca.
