Il Moon Boutique Hotel è stato ospitato per una notte durante la visita dell'isola di Cat Ba. L'hotel è molto ben situato sulla strada principale della città e tutte le viste sull'isola sono facilmente accessibili da questo punto.
La stanza era grande, decorata in stile e con un letto molto comodo.
La nostra parte preferita dell'hotel era il personale, ma hanno fatto un giro di compagnia per renderci benvenuti e divertirsi sull'isola! Ci hanno fornito grandi informazioni sulle attività, hanno preparato bevande e colazione di benvenuto eccellenti e hanno sempre sorriso sul viso. Era anche molto bello vedere quanto lavoravano come squadra! Certamente il miglior hotel su Cat Ba!

UUtente ospiteLocated in the center of town, it's a family run hotel with clean, large bedrooms. All appliances working as expected (air conditioning, fridge, hair drier). The owner speeks good English and is friendly and helpful. Simple but good breakfast, particularly the 'pancakes' (more like crêpes) made with fresh fruit.

GGabi__1Nice HomeStay in the mountains. The facilities were good and the owners hired us scooters and arrange for our transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba.
They had some books, cards and board games available. The tables around the pool were nice to have food or a drink around.
The location is out of town, so not as many food options available but the homestay offers okay food - the banana pancakes were nice.
The room was spacious, cold aircon and hot water with a little balcony which was nice. It was excellent value for money and very easy to get to the nation park and caves from on a scooter ☺️
If you book any day tours, they will pick you up from the hotel too. The boat tour was enjoyable - we booked through GetYourGuide, but the homestay also offers tours as well.

DDaniela888Nicely decorated room and very comfortable and funcional. The location is not great, it is bit far from the center and even more from the beaches.
Staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast has some options but the quality is not the best. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant but it is not clear what are the open hours. We tried to get there in the afternoon and nobody was there.

NNigelKept hotel it was in pristine condition and the breakfasts were Brilliant except the Manager said it hasn’t received payment and they need me to pay again from my Bank which actually did he now recognise the mistake because I proved to him with printouts from the hotel that I paid already he promised pay me back via PayPal and took the relevant pictures from PayPal is now five days and nothing……????

BBec TryonThe hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

SShardaleMi serviva un posto dove stare quando le ferries si chiuse a causa di un tifono, e questo era un bel posto per trovare in breve preavviso. Il commento che faccio si basa sull'importo di denaro che viene pagato per le norme vietnamite, quindi la stanza ha tutto quello che hai bisogno e il letto è comodo, ma ho sentito che il coperchio era piuttosto sottile. Il menu per il cibo era solo in vietnamita. Ci sono snacks e bevande nella stanza che sono economici, ma ero dubbioso sull'acqua in bottiglia quando l'avevo visto già aperta e mi chiedevo se fosse riempita invece di essere una nuova bottiglia? Il servizio di ricezione era molto gentile, utile e carino a parlare con. Il colazione era piccolo in varietà e il colazione inglese che ho ricevuto è quello che mi sembra un modo per risparmiare i costi dandogli invece di bacon? Ancora una volta, solo per il prezzo che mi è stato pagato, mi aspettavo qualcosa di migliore qualità in alcuni aspetti, ma sono grato per il posto dove stare quando ero in arresto. Vi sono ristoranti vicino, un bar ovest molto buono con buon cibo e bellissimi locali vietnamiti di alimenti per la pesca.

CClarissa PastorWe had a great stay! Our room was huge with a beautiful view and even a bonus of a sunset. We had a mini fridge, hairdryer and a kettle. We stayed at room 801. Our hotel manager was amazing and gave us lots of tips. Plus he sells tours too which made everything much easier. We booked the 1 night 2 day cruise.
Breakfast was delicious you have choices sweet or savory and we got omelette with veggies and a fresh baguette. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
