UUtente ospiteHotel bell'aperto con un personale molto bello che offre un servizio eccellente! Il Moon Boutique Hotel è stato ospitato per una notte durante la visita dell'isola di Cat Ba. L'hotel è molto ben situato sulla strada principale della città e tutte le viste sull'isola sono facilmente accessibili da questo punto. La stanza era grande, decorata in stile e con un letto molto comodo. La nostra parte preferita dell'hotel era il personale, ma hanno fatto un giro di compagnia per renderci benvenuti e divertirsi sull'isola! Ci hanno fornito grandi informazioni sulle attività, hanno preparato bevande e colazione di benvenuto eccellenti e hanno sempre sorriso sul viso. Era anche molto bello vedere quanto lavoravano come squadra! Certamente il miglior hotel su Cat Ba!

UUtente ospiteLocated in the center of town, it's a family run hotel with clean, large bedrooms. All appliances working as expected (air conditioning, fridge, hair drier). The owner speeks good English and is friendly and helpful. Simple but good breakfast, particularly the 'pancakes' (more like crêpes) made with fresh fruit.

GGabi__1Le strutture erano buone e i proprietari ci hanno assunto scooter e hanno organizzato il nostro trasporto da Hanoi a Cat Ba. Aveva un po'di libri, carte e giochi da tavolo. Le tavole intorno alla piscina erano piacevoli da mangiare o da bere. La posizione è fuori città, quindi non tante opzioni alimentari disponibili, ma il soggiorno offre buon cibo - i pancake banane erano carini. La stanza era spaziosa, con aria condizionata e acqua calda con un piccolo balcone che era bello. Era un ottimo valore per soldi e molto facile arrivare al parco nazionale e alle grotte da un scooter ☺️ Se prenoti un giorno di tour, ti prenderanno anche dall'hotel. La tour è stata piacevole - abbiamo prenotato attraverso GetYourGuide, ma il soggiorno offre anche tour.

DDaniela888Nicely decorated room and very comfortable and funcional. The location is not great, it is bit far from the center and even more from the beaches. Staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast has some options but the quality is not the best. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant but it is not clear what are the open hours. We tried to get there in the afternoon and nobody was there.

NNigelKept hotel it was in pristine condition and the breakfasts were Brilliant except the Manager said it hasn’t received payment and they need me to pay again from my Bank which actually did he now recognise the mistake because I proved to him with printouts from the hotel that I paid already he promised pay me back via PayPal and took the relevant pictures from PayPal is now five days and nothing……????

BBec TryonThe hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

SShardaleI needed a place to stay when the ferries closed due to a typhoon and this was a neat spot to find on short notice. The comment I am making is based on the amount of money being paid for Vietnamese standards so the room has everything you need and the bed is comfortable, however I felt the blanket was quite thin. The menu for food was only in Vietnamese. There are snacks and drinks in the room that are cheap, but I was hesitant on the bottled water when I had seen it was opened already and I wondered if it was just refilled instead of being a new bottle? The reception staff were very kind, helpful and lovely to speak with. The breakfast was small in variety and the English Breakfast I got was what I feel a way to save costs by giving ham instead of bacon? Again only due to the price being paid did I expect something of better quality in some regards. However I am grateful for a place to stay when I was stuck. There are restaurants nearby, a very good western bar with good food and lovely local vietnamese seafood spots. It is in walking distance to the beach.

CClarissa PastorWe had a great stay! Our room was huge with a beautiful view and even a bonus of a sunset. We had a mini fridge, hairdryer and a kettle. We stayed at room 801. Our hotel manager was amazing and gave us lots of tips. Plus he sells tours too which made everything much easier. We booked the 1 night 2 day cruise. Breakfast was delicious you have choices sweet or savory and we got omelette with veggies and a fresh baguette. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you Clarissa from CANADA.
