Hotel con balcone a Haiphong

Il miglior ostello di tutto il mio viaggio! Dalla pulizia delle camere e dai letti comodi alla cucina e al personale meraviglioso, tutto era perfetto! Ho trascorso 11 notti in questo ostello e non volevo più andarmene. All'Oversleep Cat Ba mi sentivo un ospite importante. Le lenzuola venivano cambiate ogni tre giorni (o anche prima su mia richiesta). C'erano sempre asciugamani freschi alla reception. Cibo delizioso e chef gentilissimi. Alla reception si può risolvere qualsiasi problema. Dal noleggio di una bicicletta al prelievo di contanti (ho trasferito denaro a una banca vietnamita tramite Q-code e mi hanno gentilmente dato l'intero importo in contanti). Nessuno stress o complicazione. Ho prolungato la mia prenotazione diverse volte e non ho mai dovuto cambiare letto; hanno organizzato tutto per me. Premurosi e responsabili. Papà, ecco le mie parole d'amore dal profondo del mio cuore, per la tua cura. Per ogni mattina e sera Quando venivo al bar della piscina, sorridevo sempre vedendoti! Grazie per la vostra gentilezza. Per avermi fatto sentire come a casa anche lontano da casa (non è solo uno slogan, è il motto dell'intero hotel). Le camere e i letti: un amore a parte. Non ho trovato da nessun'altra parte letti così comodi ed ergonomici. Non solo armadietto, mensola, lampada e presa, ma anche un ampio spazio a lato del letto dove è possibile appoggiare comodamente le proprie cose (e nascondere lo zaino in un grande armadietto sotto il letto). Niente disordine e sempre pulito. Docce e servizi igienici puliti e funzionali. Tanto spazio, nessun odore sgradevole. Cosa importante, c'è spazio per lavorare. Il bar è abbastanza spazioso per serate divertenti e per lavorare. Wi-Fi ininterrotto, velocità eccellente. L'ostello rispetta gli orari del silenzio. A colazione, ho sempre chiesto del pane in più e non mi è mai stato negato. Alla fine, non ho nemmeno dovuto chiederlo; il personale mi conosceva e mi offriva il pane spontaneamente. Che bello! Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. L'hotel è in una posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi le tre spiagge dell'isola o il porto di Ben Beo, da cui prendere una barca per visitare il villaggio di pescatori di Cat Beo (più precisamente, la comunità di persone che vive sul mare, che si guadagna da vivere con la pesca e l'acquacoltura). Durante la bassa stagione, il personale dell'hotel (in particolare il direttore, Nam) è stato estremamente disponibile, offrendoci consigli e assistendoci con le prenotazioni. Questo ci ha permesso di fare una crociera pomeridiana nella baia di L'an Ha e poi optare per un trasferimento combinato in autobus, motoscafo e autobus per tornare ad Hanoi, una soluzione da hotel a hotel che ha richiesto meno di quattro ore. La colazione è abbondante e soddisfa sia i gusti orientali che occidentali.

Grande hotel. Sembra molto nuovo, affascinante spazio pubblico e camere sono ben decorate e molto pulite e fresche. Balcone è stato anche una bella cosa. La posizione non è così male, ma c'era una tromba molto annoiante che giocava presto al mattino dal quartiere militare, altrimenti non c'era nulla di rumore da strada o corridoio. Le opzioni per la colazione sono davvero sorprendenti. Anche alcune bevande e snacks al bar al tetto, ma molte cose sono vendute fuori. Sarebbe certamente tornato, ma poi cerca di trovare una stanza che si trova dall'altra parte, lontano dai trumpetti.

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel in Cat Ba! The atmosphere was incredibly cozy, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A huge shoutout to the manager, who went above and beyond for us. She was always attentive to our needs and incredibly helpful, even taking care of booking our bus tickets to our next destination. Another major plus is that they have an ATM right on-site and accept card payments for absolutely everything, which is super convenient and made our trip so much smoother. If you are visiting Cat Ba, this is definitely the place to stay!

Просто замечательное место, новый отель, прекрасный вид! У нас был номер с одним окном прям на скалу , а другое окно с видом на воду и корабли!!! В номере все необходимое, даже сейф! В лобби бильярд . Завтраки отличные, сытные. На пятом этаже выход на крышу с зоной для отдыха , столики и мягкие подушки, можно посидеть, поесть, пообщаться! Обслуживание отличное, все вежливо и культурно!👍Рекомендую!!!!

The hotel is located in a fantastic and beautiful place, in a small village surrounded by mountains. It is very quiet and peaceful here. The rooms meet all the basic requirements, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the food is delicious.

Nice HomeStay in the mountains. The facilities were good and the owners hired us scooters and arrange for our transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba. They had some books, cards and board games available. The tables around the pool were nice to have food or a drink around. The location is out of town, so not as many food options available but the homestay offers okay food - the banana pancakes were nice. The room was spacious, cold aircon and hot water with a little balcony which was nice. It was excellent value for money and very easy to get to the nation park and caves from on a scooter ☺️ If you book any day tours, they will pick you up from the hotel too. The boat tour was enjoyable - we booked through GetYourGuide, but the homestay also offers tours as well.

The hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

I needed a place to stay when the ferries closed due to a typhoon and this was a neat spot to find on short notice. The comment I am making is based on the amount of money being paid for Vietnamese standards so the room has everything you need and the bed is comfortable, however I felt the blanket was quite thin. The menu for food was only in Vietnamese. There are snacks and drinks in the room that are cheap, but I was hesitant on the bottled water when I had seen it was opened already and I wondered if it was just refilled instead of being a new bottle? The reception staff were very kind, helpful and lovely to speak with. The breakfast was small in variety and the English Breakfast I got was what I feel a way to save costs by giving ham instead of bacon? Again only due to the price being paid did I expect something of better quality in some regards. However I am grateful for a place to stay when I was stuck. There are restaurants nearby, a very good western bar with good food and lovely local vietnamese seafood spots. It is in walking distance to the beach.
