Hotel con parcheggio a Washington D.C.

Come membro di Hilton Honor, mi fido delle norme di qualità Hilton in tutto il mondo e non ho mai avuto finora una spettacolare esperienza. La Washington Hilton è ben situata e la struttura generale è bella. Ma il livello di pulizia dei pavimenti è inferiore alla media, e per la prima volta vedo il custode mettendo solo i pulcini freschi nella stanza e un sacchetto di plastica con forniture di caffè, senza fare letteralmente nulla. Questo è semplicemente inaccettabile e non corrisponde alle norme Hilton. Anche il servizio in camera è una consegna di fast food in sacchetti di plastica e scatole di carta. Ancora una volta, non ho visto una cosa del genere in nessun altro Hilton. Su questo, si prelevano obbligatoriamente 25 dollari al giorno per il consumo di hotel, indipendentemente dal fatto che sia utilizzato o meno. In generale, è una esperienza molto deludente. Il personale del desk front e il Concierge erano molto amichevoli e professionali, quindi l'aggiornamento delle stelle di servizio.

本次美國東部遊定的級別最高的酒店，早餐不是自助，是點餐形式，所以也是最亂的地方！這是我唯一吐槽的！就這個早餐，不同人，不同回覆，沒統一的標準！最後結算是：入住3人，每人40美元早餐額度，每個房間每天加收35美金的amenity fee，這35美金可以用於早餐消費，也可以用做酒店其他消費，如：mini bar，room service，SPA，餐廳用餐。這個35美金會額外加税，我們住了3晚，其中2晚加了5.58，第3晚沒加，但是前台經理説是➕10%的税，比例對不上。有的人説我的房費含早餐，不用額外補繳費，有的人説我吃超標了，要補差價，反正就一個字亂！離店時一定讓前台打賬單，挨個核對！不認可的就減出去！最後我用3天amenity fee的額度在餐廳打包了晚餐，最後補了一個小差價！沒多付其他費用！mini bar如果把飲料拿出來，就會自動➕到賬單裏，如果沒喝，讓前台減下來就行。床還是很舒服的，早餐也不錯，酒店位置也好。路邊有停車點，白天衹能每2小時續費，晚上10點到第二天7點免費停車。或者停在酒店旁邊的停車場，費用高點兒，但是方便。我們為了省停車費，搗鼓路邊停車的時候，沒看懂停車牌限制的時間，被罰100美金，因小失大！不差錢的就別折騰，踏實停停車樓裏。

We had a great stay at Hotel Hive! The room was small but it had everything my Huband and I needed. It was in a great location for us because we were there to see the White House. The staff was friendly, the bar was affordable and the pizza in the restaurant was delicious! We would definitely stay there again.

I quattro di noi sono rimasti nella stessa stanza per un viaggio di quattro giorni. Basta spazio per mettere 4 bagagli di dimensioni portatili. Buon che ci sia una macchina Nespresso nella stanza. Conveniente posizione (vicina alla stazione metropolitana), e ci sono alcuni ristoranti vicino. Se viaggiate qui, vorrei consigliarvi!

Our recent stay at the Residence Inn Washington, DC National Mall was fantastic for our group of 6! The One Bedroom Two Queen Suite with Sofa Bed provided plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. The suite was perfectly sized with two queen beds in the separate bedroom and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area. The spacious layout allowed all six of us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped, especially with the separate living and sleeping areas. Location: 5/5 - Prime spot near the National Mall Cleanliness: 5/5 - Everything was spotless and well-maintained Service: 5/5 - Staff was accommodating Facilities: 5/5 - All amenities exceeded expectations The suite proved to be an ideal choice for our group of 6. The queen-sized beds, including the sofa bed, provided comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The living area offered enough space for us to gather and socialize, making it a perfect base for our DC adventure. For anyone traveling with a group of 6, I can confidently say this suite configuration works great, offering both comfort and convenience in an excellent location.

I did not have the pleasure of using the facilities however, I must commend the staff for always being helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I would recommend that the staff be advised on a contingency plan or when there are power cuts in the area to mitigate any discomfort and inconvenience experienced by guests. Unfortunately during my stay at the hotel, the power went out from 4am till the time I checked out at 2pm. It would have been a nice gesture to offer bottled water, discounted rates, coupons or some type of assistance to the guests who were at the hotel to ameliorate the unpleasant situation of being without power for such a long time. Other than that, I think the hotel is in a good location and is easily accessible depending on your needs in DC.

La TV non ha segnali, non posso rinunciare alla debug. Lovely stay. The hotel is nice with great services. The staffs are very friendly. Would come and stay again. Also convenient shuttle services provided by the hotel.

First time visiting Washington DC, it was an amazing visit. My stay @ Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC Downtown started out fantastic cause of the host Layla, she was so friendly & kind, she went above & beyond to make me feel very comfortable upon my early arrival. She switched rooms for me so I can have a better view, she gave me wonderful suggestions for theatre, dining, shopping, & entertainment. She checked on me throughout my 2 day stay to make sure things were going well with my visit. I had dinner @ The Third Rail Restaurant inside the Hotel & the food was great, I recommend the Pork Chops fantastic. My room was nice & clean, with a comfortable bed, amazing shower, wonderful indoor pool, various streaming choices to watch TV, housekeeping staff & other staff was just wonderful. If you're looking for a great place to stay look no further this is the place. It's within 10 mins of all the museums you can't go wrong.

La mia esperienza è stata probabilmente sgombrata dal fatto che il letto era brutto, come dormire con un bar in fondo alla schiena. I due letti nella camera da letto erano grandi, quindi si adattava a una famiglia di cinque a un prezzo molto ragionevole. La cucina non era la migliore, ma era una cucina, quindi sono grato per la capacità di conservare cibo in frigorifero e cucinare un pasto o due. La posizione era perfetta, a 5 minuti dalla fermata della metropolitana, facilmente raggiungibile da qualsiasi parte della città.
