LLilihaohaoL'hotel è situato sul bordo del Museo d'arte di Cleveland. L'ambiente circostante è molto buono. Le alberi verdi sono intagliati, le erbe sono verdi e verdi, e non lontano c'è un lago.L'hotel è un edificio storico ricostruito, molto storico.

This Hilton is our fav place to stay when in Cleveland. As soon as we get checked in, we were welcomed (thank you, Caden!). As we arrived late at night after a long road trip, his warm welcome and communication to ensure us a comfortable stay meant a lot. At midnight, a couple of staffs were very kind to search my lost bag. Overnight Manager MJ checked on us before our checkout. Great communication during our entire stay. There is a great selection of healthy food and beverages available for 24 near the front desk. Room was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. We’ll keep coming back here! Thank you, all dedicated staffs.

UUtente ospiteI was traveling to Cleveland for a conference and preferred an apartment style hotel to stay out to cook meals and generally not stay at the convention center hotel. I highly recommend ROOST Cleveland - the location is incredible and there's a lot of cafes and a grocery store in walking distance. I was also able to quickly take the bus to visit some museums on my last day! The space was so big and luxurious and cozy; having the ability to do laundry and run a dishwasher made being it feel like I was right at home.

DDewi PongBooked a last-minute one-night stay and it was perfect—clean, comfortable, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. We also spent the rest of our night at The Vault, which was such a fun bonus. Great location overall. Would definitely stay again.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel overall cleanliness was good but the bathroom sink was running white colored water which made us reluctant to use the sink. The shower head was also really dirty and the water that came out was a bit white also. Good thing there was a kitchen sink and the water was clear. But we had to use the only shower in the room. The maintenance guy came to fix the water issue but it wasn’t fix when we went back to the room.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is aging, but the location is amazing! We traveled to Cleveland for my son's birthday trip to a Cavs game. Upon arrival, the valet was extremely congested. No one came out to welcome us or anything so I thought all the valet were out parking cars. Instead, three of them were inside, laughing and talking. There was no mention of cost anywhere, so I was very surprised at the $50/day charge upon checkout. Considering it took them an hour to bring my car back to me upon check out, I would say that charge is VERY exaggerated. When we went to check in, I was surprised that they needed a credit card to hold $200 on. I prepaid and expected they would need a card on file, not to hold funds. Anyway, our first room seemed nice. It had an amazing view of Rocket Arena. But, I decided to rest a minute and when I looked at the ceiling, it was falling apart!! This was something I decided to give a pass on, considering the age of the building. However, when I got up to shower and there was a huge clump of long brown hair on the wall, that was too much for me. I went to the front desk and they were very nice about the issue and quickly moved us to another room. The rooms are basic. There is an armoire with an iron, two bottles of water, a coffee maker and coffee and a mini fridge. The televisions in the rooms are very large, that was nice. Check out was easy, just a lobby full of people all waiting for their cars to show up! The only other thing I can say is that I paid for a supreme room through Trip and was only given a standard room. So, there must be a miscommunication between Trip and the hotels. Be wary...

Svuotato il bagagliaio e una mano di capelli nel bagagliaio.I letti erano confortevoli e puliti.Il personale era amichevole soprattutto il lato del cibo/catering.L'aspettatore di parcheggio dall'altro lato era molto brutto.Si sedeva sul telefono mentre combattiamo Per accedere al parcheggio, anche se avevamo pagato prima per il parcheggio..Sembrava arrabbiato quando chiese aiuto.Non so per cosa fosse.E'stato il problema del loro scanner. Il parcheggio è extra 20 dollari a notte e il buffet per colazione è stato 18 dollari per adulti e 6 o 8 dollari per bambini sotto i 12 anni .
