Amazing experience staying at Premium Caves Caverna Hotel in Cappadocia. The property exceeded expectations in several key aspects: Location – 10/10 Perfect location. Right in Göreme downtown, everything is within a 2-minute walking distance. The hotel is at street level, so you avoid climbing steep hills (huge advantage in Cappadocia) while still enjoying a peaceful and quiet environment. Breakfast – 10/10 Complete, generous, and very high quality. The variety is impressive: omelettes, fresh fruits, breads, local dishes, etc. Portions are large, everything is fresh, and it easily exceeds expectations. Room Structure & Design – 10/10 The cave-style room is exceptionally well designed, combining authentic local architecture with modern comfort. Spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, it delivers a unique and premium experience. There is no issue of humidity and wall parts falling, walls are solid. Both heater and air-con available. Hotel Facilities – 10/10 The overall hotel structure is impressive, with beautiful common areas, well-maintained spaces and strong attention to detail. Everything feels organized and intentional. Comfort – 10/10 The bed, temperature control, and overall atmosphere make it extremely comfortable. You can genuinely rest well, which is not always the case in cave hotels. Cleanliness & Organization – 10/10 Everything was spotless and consistently maintained. Housekeeping is clearly well-managed and reliable. Service & Punctuality – 10/10 Staff is attentive to details, very professional, responsive, and delivered everything on time. No delays, no confusion. Everything is thought to make it special and unique. View from the Hotel – 10/10 Insane mountain views all around the property. The scenery is stunning and adds a lot to the overall experience, especially during sunrise and sunset. Overall Experience – 10/10 This hotel delivers exactly what it promises: a high-quality, comfortable and authentic Cappadocia stay. I will stay here again on next time in Cappadocia and strongly recommend it to anyone.

We booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop). 📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp. They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel. 🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot! 🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people! Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom. 🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️. The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼 🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request. Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here! 🫰🏼✨ Special thanks to Omar and Mehdi for their kind hospitality! We would highly recommend this place to everyone, as each room is unique and will appeal to people of varied tastes. 📝 Notes for improvement: - Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard - Include a full length mirror in the room. Your guests will thank you for it!

Dirò subito che abbiamo scelto secondo il principio residuo da ciò che era rimasto, perché non avevamo pianificato particolarmente il viaggio per date specifiche e, oltre a tutto, siamo finiti in vacanza. Ma qui la fortuna è stata dalla nostra parte. Un buon hotel per una vacanza tranquilla lontano dal trambusto. L'abbiamo scelto non come grotta. Sì, certo, le grotte hanno la loro storia d'amore, ma abbiamo visto molte recensioni non molto positive sull'umidità, sul freddo e sulla mancanza di finestre. E in effetti la regione è piuttosto bella, quindi questo è un ulteriore vantaggio. Al momento della visita l'hotel era appena stato aperto e non c'erano abbastanza informazioni. Il nuovo riscaldamento centralizzato, inabitato, non era ancora stato acceso, ma questa sfumatura è stata salvata dal condizionatore costantemente in funzione per il riscaldamento. In generale, tutto è meraviglioso, pulito, accogliente, personale positivo e ospitale. Deliziose colazioni in stile turco sulla terrazza. Eravamo in macchina, quindi non eravamo disturbati dalla posizione e praticamente tutto era raggiungibile a piedi.

Servizi: Servizi completi (ricordatevi di portare dentifricio e spazzolino da denti, dato che non tutti gli alloggi in Turchia li forniscono) Igiene: Pulito e ordinato Ambiente: L'hotel in grotta è davvero unico e vale la pena provarlo. Inoltre, l'atmosfera sul tetto è fantastica, una location di prima classe per le riprese Servizio: Il servizio del fratello Efekan è cordiale e premuroso (P.S.: se leggete i commenti e seguite LOL e vi piacciono le cuffie, potrete chiacchierare con il fratello Efekan più volentieri 😉)

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t have chosen a better place for our trip to Cappadocia. First of all, the owner and the manager are absolutely outstanding. They genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they made us feel incredibly welcome. We stayed in a room with a private jacuzzi, which was the perfect way to relax and unwind after long days exploring Cappadocia. It was one of the highlights of our stay. One thing to know about Cappadocia is that public transportation is very limited. You can either rent a car or join organized tours. We didn’t want the hassle of driving through narrow streets or planning routes, so we asked the hotel for advice. The manager organized our entire three-day itinerary, and it couldn’t have been better. We did the Red Tour, the Green Tour, a sunrise horse riding experience, a balloon viewing session where the guides took incredible photos of us, and finally the unforgettable hot air balloon flight at sunrise. Everything was perfectly arranged, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The tours may seem a little expensive at first, but they are absolutely worth it. They include hotel pick-up and drop-off, a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, and all entrance fees to the attractions, including the museums and the Underground City. It made exploring Cappadocia completely stress-free. A special thank you also goes to the young lady who prepared our breakfast every morning. She is incredibly kind, talented, and always welcomed us with a warm smile. She made every morning even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a spectacular rooftop terrace where you can watch hundreds of hot air balloons filling the sky at sunrise. The view is simply breathtaking and one of the best experiences you can have in Cappadocia. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hospitality, the comfort, the attention to detail, and the excellent organization made this trip unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia, and we would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect for the hot air balloon watching. Amenities are also perfect, eventhough they don’t have a kitchen, they still offer buffet turkish breakfast and suggested restaurants to try out. Staff are also very accommodating and helpful. We’ll definitely come back!

Ho avuto un'esperienza incredibile al Sultan Cave Suites durante il mio recente soggiorno. Dal momento in cui siamo atterrati, l'hotel ci ha offerto un passaggio gratuito dall'aeroporto all'hotel, rendendo il nostro arrivo tranquillo e senza stress. Lo staff ha fatto di tutto, con un ringraziamento speciale a un membro del team meravigliosamente disponibile che mi ha aiutato con i miei bagagli pesanti, dimostrando che la forza si manifesta in tutte le forme. Ciò che mi ha veramente colpito è stata la conoscenza locale dello staff. Nonostante fosse una persona minuta, un membro dello staff conosceva la zona come il palmo della sua mano. Non solo ci ha consigliato fantastici mercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze, ma ci ha anche guidato verso una gemma nascosta per una deliziosa colazione. Il check-in tardivo non è stato affatto un problema. Lo staff ci ha gentilmente aiutato a ordinare il cibo durante la notte, assicurandoci di non andare a letto affamati. La posizione strategica dell'hotel vicino all'aeroporto è stata incredibilmente comoda per il nostro soggiorno di transito. La mattina successiva, ci hanno fornito un servizio navetta a un prezzo ragionevole per assicurarci di prendere il volo in tempo, completando l'esperienza senza intoppi. Devo anche menzionare l'adorabile membro dello staff notturno che non solo era carino, ma anche cordiale e amichevole. La sua disponibilità a condividere spunti locali ha aggiunto un tocco personale al nostro soggiorno. In sintesi, Sultan Cave Suites è un gioiello per i soggiorni in transito. Sono grato per l'eccezionale servizio e senza dubbio consiglierò questo hotel ad altri viaggiatori.

In generale, è una vera e propria esperienza. Il personale qui è così caldo e utile, ci aiuta a trovare le prenotazioni di autobus e pallone. Inoltre, ci hanno mandato alla stazione di autobus per diverse volte. Ci hanno anche dato un check-out tardivo per salvare la nostra vita dopo essere tornati dal pallone. Il più sorprendente è il colazione, servivano una buona varietà di cugini e tutti di loro hanno un gusto così bello. Vi farò certamente una visita di nuovo.

Il posto era pulito, caldo in un posto grande. Poiché ho avuto un brutto tempo e sono rimasto in camera posso dire che l'unica cosa che mi fa male è la televisione, ha solo canali turchi. Questo fattore deve essere migliorato perché la lingua turca non ha similitudini con l'inglese e è difficile da capire. A parte questo, vorrei esprimere la mia gratitudine al personale che è stato grande.

La piattaforma è un buon paesaggio. La stanza più base è nel piano inferiore.Puoi vedere che metà della stanza è esplosa in roccia, metà è esplosa dietro.Non è buono che alcune aree della stanza sono ceneri, bensì è davvero sperimentato il stile Kapadochiano corretto. Alcuni dettagli della stanza non sono disponibili, come molte piastre di cavo e pareti sono fragili, e il suo indirizzo nella stanza si sente insopportabile. La colazione è molto comune, ma sul palco di vista, la atmosfera di mangiare è molto buona. Insomma, è un'esperienza molto unica.
