UUtente ospiteLa camera è molto spaziosa e luminosa, con un arredamento moderno e semplice e servizi completi. Penso addirittura che rinnoverò la mia casa in questo stile in futuro. Ci sono molti ristoranti al piano di sotto, inclusi diversi supermercati. Al momento del check-in, uno dei due bei ragazzi era responsabile del trasporto dei bagagli, mentre l'altro non solo si è recato personalmente al parcheggio dell'hotel, ma è anche andato nella stanza per dimostrare l'ubicazione e l'uso delle varie strutture, cosa che ci ha fatto sentire che avevamo scelto il residence hotel giusto. Ottima scelta.

UUtente ospiteTutto era molto buono, il capocuoco fa davvero cose molto buone, non abbiamo mai visto uno chef che ama così tanto il suo lavoro, il cibo era ottimo, tutto il personale era gentile, la zona dell'hotel era molto spaziosa, il servizio era veloce, grazie di tutto.

Room cleaning service is outstanding, we returned everyday with a fresh clean room. We arranged a baby cot and it was lovely too.
Some breakfast options are also available in addition to our booking. Which was quite nice too, as we had prepared to cook our own breakfast.
Parking facilities is outstanding, extremely safe, and with lift access.
Also very easy to order takeaways. I received calls from the lobby to inform the food arrival instead of speaking to courier directly, which is very language friendly.
Large shopping centre and multiple supermarkets at the walking distance.

UUtente anonimoAmazing hotel & amazing location. The spa was great also. The staff were great & friendly. The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant.
Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!

UUtente anonimoMi aspettavo di meglio da questo hotel. La posizione è eccellente, le camere sono confortevoli, ma il servizio è scadente. La cassaforte non ha funzionato, numerosi tentativi di risolvere il problema non hanno avuto successo. In uno dei giorni hanno messo solo un asciugamano sporco per due persone (perché era necessario prendere quelli vecchi?) Il giorno della partenza sono partiti presto, hanno chiesto il giorno prima (18:00) di portare qualcosa con loro - hanno detto che era troppo tardi. Di conseguenza, siamo partiti senza colazione. È anche piuttosto rumoroso, ma questo non è un problema dell'hotel, una tale posizione.

UUtente ospiteThis was a terrible experience. Asked for a room change due to the continuing building work going on at this hotel. It’s trading during a major overhaul. Work starts at 8am through to some days 8pm. There’s no way you can relax on the day. The second room we where moved to had a tiny window with a view to shock anyone. Photo uploaded. Walls are paper thin we could hear every sound from the room next door. A telephone conversation including the call responder could be heard as if we were all in the same room. Poor fitted flooring. The wardrobe was free standing and when the door was open the whole thing rocked forward and had to be held to stop it falling on us. The breakfast room which was a previous basement has had a poor re fit and there was a strong smell of sewage in the mornings. We where told all rooms were non smoking yet the smell of smoking was strong in both of the bedrooms we had been allocated. I spoke to reception regarding this issue to be told it’s the workman smoking outside the back door and leaving the door open, plus people standing by the enterance of the hotel’s automatic doors. The second bedroom we where relocated to had several a/c units outside of the window which kept us awake . We had four nights here and did not get any good rest. Continental breakfast was very basic, all of the choice was uncovered and had flys over it . Staff in this area spent most of the time on there mobile phones, The breakfast room was clearly still under construction!. A positive is the Wi-Fi signal was good but different code depending what floor you where on. Hotel is very close to the Main Street with traffic at all times. Sirens from emergency services day and night. We over heard many guests complain about the noise from builders and very thin walls.
