DDingdong RosalesAbsolutely loved my room! It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Simple but elegant. Comfy but luxurious. Felt so pampered the moment I enter my room. I appreciated the Acca Kappa toiletries, the daily complimentary sweets, the sturdy and comfortable bedroom slippers, crisp white linen and sheets.The breakfast spread at Fresh was oh so scrumptious! Staff were courteous and accommodating. Always ready to assist when needed. Also enjoyed the very well equipped gym and the relaxing spa. It was just a bit of a long walk to the pool from my room, and a tad too over crowded to fully enjoy - too many children screaming and running around! I guess because it's the holidays so a lot of families were out on vacation. I will need to come back on a non-peak season.

UUtente ospiteWe had a wonderful one-day stay with our family at this hotel. The location is excellent—very convenient and within walking distance to shopping malls and restaurants. The facilities are new and good quality and the kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool. Most of all, the staff provided great service and were very accommodating and friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

MMary Ann LaudeThe staff are polite and attentive to our needs. My son was not feeling well. The hotel offered a nurse to check on my son's condition and the Manager also accepted our request for breakfast inside the room because my son was weak to go out.
We still enjoyed our stay. Quick check out is a plus.

DDee _RoseThe front desk service was good , upon checkin i forgot to check there is cash deposit, but this is understandable for a condotel staying . Thats fair.
The room is very spacious it perfect for family size.
Downside
I really expect to get room facing okada, i assumed all offered rooms regardless of the type as posted in tiktok or other social media platform . So i duno if it has to booked in other apps to get those view
The other buildings on pacific side , looks like abandoned building , im at 32nd floor it looks creepy when i opened my window, it reminds me of horror story. The bathroom getting flooded when you used the shower.
The pool at the 2F was alright, i havent touched the gym. But 2 facilities are enough tp accommodate quick staycation
I wld recommend to booked premium room to enjoy the bayview. But for quick stay like i did.

I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.

Very nice location, friendly staff, you have your designated parking space. you can also use their swimming pool. Very quite area. Good place to relax.

The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality and great hospitality! We will stay here again on our next trip.

Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process.
Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved.
Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.

Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception.
The room and design is very lovely and modern. Its spacious enough for us to have a great stay
