Di recente abbiamo trascorso una notte al SEDA Manila Bay e, nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza piacevole. Ecco la mia recensione: Procedura di check-in: Il check-in è stato semplice ed efficiente. Il personale alla reception è stato accogliente e professionale. Hanno spiegato tutto in modo chiaro, compresi i servizi e le opzioni per la colazione. Tuttavia, ho notato un leggero ronzio proveniente dall'unità di aria condizionata, che potrebbe essere fastidioso per chi ha il sonno leggero. Servizi: L'hotel offriva ottimi servizi per un pernottamento. Ho utilizzato il Wi-Fi gratuito, che era veloce e affidabile. La palestra era piccola ma aveva tutto l'essenziale per un allenamento veloce. Non ho avuto la possibilità di usare la piscina, ma sembrava pulita e invitante. Cibo: Ho cenato al ristorante interno e il cibo era delizioso, anche se un po' caro. Il buffet della colazione la mattina successiva aveva una buona varietà, soddisfacendo sia i gusti locali che quelli internazionali. Servizio: Il servizio è stato di prim'ordine! Il personale è stato cordiale, accomodante e tempestivo nelle risposte. Ma quando ho chiesto la sostituzione di un vetro a causa di una crepa al momento del check-in in camera, l'hanno semplicemente annotato e non l'hanno mai sostituito. Esperienza complessiva: Valuterei il mio soggiorno 8,5/10. È stata un'esperienza rilassante e piacevole, perfetta per una breve fuga. L'unico piccolo problema è stato il rumore dell'aria condizionata, ma ciò non ha messo in ombra l'eccellente servizio e il comfort forniti dall'hotel. Consiglierei sicuramente questo hotel e prenderei in considerazione di soggiornarvi di nuovo.

Tuttavia, l'hotel non ha alcuna insonorizzazione; si sente il respiro della stanza accanto e, se i vicini guardano la TV, sembra amplificare il rumore nella vostra stanza. Alle 3 del mattino sono stato svegliato da un forte rumore in corridoio che non smetteva. Sono uscito per controllare e ho scoperto che si trattava del servizio di pulizia alle 3 del mattino. 🙄. L'hotel è ancora in costruzione e stanno perforando durante il giorno. Ho prenotato una camera con vista sulla baia; allego una foto di questa ”vista sulla baia”. Un lato positivo: cuscini decenti. Mi hanno aiutato con la valigia.

Okada Manila è un luogo eccellente, lontano dal rumore e dal traffico della zona metropolitana Manila. È in una comunità incastrata che è una strada morta, quindi solo le consegne e i residenti passano attraverso la strada. La residenza ha kioschi, ristoranti e supermercati aperti 24/7 mentre l'uso della piscina e dello sportello è gratuito e illimitato. Sicuramente verrà visitato di nuovo presto. Le viste sono anche spettacolari durante il sole e l'ora d'oro.

The room was clean, and the bed and blankets were very comfortable. The location is convenient – just a 15-minute drive to the airport – so it's perfect for a layover. On the downside, it fronts a busy road, so car noise can be an issue (as other reviewers have pointed out). Light sleepers should be aware, and keep in mind they charge extra for late checkout, even if it's just over an hour

La struttura è molto vicina all'aeroporto, e l'hotel offre il trasferimento gratuito dall'aeroporto (ma deve essere prenotato in anticipo). Il meno che la nostra stanza si trovava davanti alla strada, e era molto alta tutta la notte dalle moto, quindi se rimani qui, chiedi la stanza dall'altra parte. L'hotel dispone di un ristorante/bar molto bello con buoni cibi e prezzi, quindi non c'è bisogno di andare da nessuna parte.

Before booking, I informed the host that I would be traveling with a baby who has sensitive skin and requested fresh beddings and a properly cleaned unit. I believe this was a reasonable request for a paying guest. Our stay was disappointing. The unit is quite small for a family of four, especially with the extra bed, which leaves very little space to move around. Upon arrival, we immediately found several cockroaches, and they continued to appear even after a deep cleaning. My daughter became so uncomfortable that she couldn't sleep well and chose to stay at our relatives' house for the rest of our vacation. We were also worried about our baby's safety. The cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The shower head and faucet had visible dirt and mold, the mop provided was dirty, there were no extra trash bags, and it seemed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 8 days, but room cleaning, towel replacement, and changing the beddings were only offered after we raised these concerns. The booking was for four guests, but only two towels were initially provided. On the positive side, the customer service team took our concerns seriously and arranged a deep cleaning, replaced the towels, and the property staff responded after customer support followed up. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to address the issues, but I believe the unit needs proper pest control and a much more thorough deep cleaning. This review is based on our experience and is intended to help improve the stay for future guests. The photos I uploaded are only a few of what we experienced. Some of the other issues were too unpleasant to photograph, but everything I mentioned in this review is based on our actual stay.

A truly exceptional stay experience! From the moment we booked, the host, Guodong, was friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions. The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality and great hospitality! We will stay here again on our next trip.

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
