The hotel was outstanding from the outside, and so as inside. It’s convenient to visit the Ayala Malls Manila Bay which is just opposite to it. Rooms were superb and the birthday amenities is really good. Breakfast is mediocre, not something I will look forward to, unlike my other trips. The only downside is that you need to cross the whole ****** full of cigarette smell every time you want to go to the mall nearby, or to go to the breakfast place.

My recent stay at Savea Hotel was truly memorable. The hotel enjoys an ideal location, conveniently situated near the mall and several prominent hotels. The iconic swimming pool is stunning, especially when viewed from above, and the overall ambiance of the property is impressive. The food was also excellent and exceeded our expectations. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the team for making my birthday celebration extra special. Special thanks to Richie for the beautiful room decorations, Ron from Housekeeping for ensuring our room remained spotless throughout our stay, Pauline for thoughtfully checking on our experience, and the female chef who personally delivered our lunch on our first day (I regret not getting her name, but I hope she receives the recognition she deserves). The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, thanks to Riann and the reception team. They even went the extra mile by assisting me in booking a Grab to Terminal 3, which was greatly appreciated. I fully understand that the hotel is currently in its soft opening phase, and naturally there are areas that can still be enhanced. While the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, it was honestly one of the best breakfasts we have experienced, with every dish being flavorful and well-prepared. For further improvement, management may wish to focus on pest control, particularly regarding flies. One area for improvement would be the in-room dining order management system. Due to a system error, my order was not reflected properly, resulting in a wait of almost two hours. As I had not received any update, I personally went down to the reception desk to follow up on the status of my order. Unfortunately, due to my flight schedule and limited time before departure, I had no choice but to cancel the order. While I understand that challenges can arise during a soft opening period, improving order tracking and communication would greatly enhance the guest experience. Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to the management team for generously extending a complimentary late check-out after understanding my flight schedule. This thoughtful gesture made our departure much more comfortable. Thank you to the entire Savea Hotel team for your warm hospitality. I look forward to seeing the hotel continue to grow and improve, and I would gladly return in the future.

Spazio e pulito, ma la posizione non è molto buona se si vuole andare intorno al metro come moa o il centro commerciale Ayala, forniscono una navetta ma ho avuto una cattiva esperienza con la loro navetta per tornare all'hotel, Aspettando un’ora nella zona di attesa al centro commerciale di Ayala, disse che la navetta era lì per prendere, ma non l’ho mai visto, e non ne hanno fatto nulla. Ero nella posizione esattamente per prendere. Come mai ho cercato di prenotare vicino al metro la prossima volta. Ma questo ha un prezzo competitivo per un soggiorno di notte.

La struttura è molto vicina all'aeroporto, e l'hotel offre il trasferimento gratuito dall'aeroporto (ma deve essere prenotato in anticipo). Il meno che la nostra stanza si trovava davanti alla strada, e era molto alta tutta la notte dalle moto, quindi se rimani qui, chiedi la stanza dall'altra parte. L'hotel dispone di un ristorante/bar molto bello con buoni cibi e prezzi, quindi non c'è bisogno di andare da nessuna parte.

Questa proprietà è accessibile da qualsiasi parte. Nelle vicinanze della stazione LRT, c'è un busso EV che vi porterà al Mall Ayala, Landers, Solare Hotel, ecc per jus 15php. tassa minima per la macchina da prendere se si desidera andare a MOA. Veloce e facile anche andare all'aeroporto. Ci sono negozi di comodità vicino alle strutture, Kuruda Ramen e camminabile a SnR e Città del Dream è anche vicino, forse è camminabile durante il sole è basso non hanno ancora provato a causa della mancanza di tempo.

Before booking, I informed the host that I would be traveling with a baby who has sensitive skin and requested fresh beddings and a properly cleaned unit. I believe this was a reasonable request for a paying guest. Our stay was disappointing. The unit is quite small for a family of four, especially with the extra bed, which leaves very little space to move around. Upon arrival, we immediately found several cockroaches, and they continued to appear even after a deep cleaning. My daughter became so uncomfortable that she couldn't sleep well and chose to stay at our relatives' house for the rest of our vacation. We were also worried about our baby's safety. The cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The shower head and faucet had visible dirt and mold, the mop provided was dirty, there were no extra trash bags, and it seemed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 8 days, but room cleaning, towel replacement, and changing the beddings were only offered after we raised these concerns. The booking was for four guests, but only two towels were initially provided. On the positive side, the customer service team took our concerns seriously and arranged a deep cleaning, replaced the towels, and the property staff responded after customer support followed up. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to address the issues, but I believe the unit needs proper pest control and a much more thorough deep cleaning. This review is based on our experience and is intended to help improve the stay for future guests. The photos I uploaded are only a few of what we experienced. Some of the other issues were too unpleasant to photograph, but everything I mentioned in this review is based on our actual stay.

Siamo così felici di rimanere per 1 giorno e 1 notte qui in hotel, abbiamo avuto una notte confortevole e rilassante sp mia figlia che ha celebrato il suo 18° compleanno per quel giorno, in attesa di prenotare la prossima prenotazione per eventi speciali in futuro, grazie tante! Ho decisamente valutato questo 10/10 foe servizio eccellente!

Purtroppo per me non sono riuscito a rimanere qui, perché mi è stato detto che questo non era disponibile dopo averlo prenotato. Anche se mi sono ridiretto ad un altro alloggio in un luogo diverso non lontano dallo stesso ospite, questo è a mezzanotte e non potevo dire no, perché ero stanco di viaggiare. Dove sono rimasto non è stato lo stesso offerto da questa prenotazione, ma l'ospite ha fatto il suo meglio per accogliermi al meglio della sua capacità, anche migliorando la mia stanza il giorno dopo e permettendomi di controllare molto tardi come il mio volo era alle 11:00. Anche se non ha funzionato inizialmente, è stato alla fine. Le foto sono dalla stanza aggiornata.

Cozy place. Enough space for solo or couples. Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process. Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved. Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
