Procedura di check-in:
Il check-in è stato semplice ed efficiente. Il personale alla reception è stato accogliente e professionale. Hanno spiegato tutto in modo chiaro, compresi i servizi e le opzioni per la colazione.
Qualità della camera:
La camera era spaziosa, pulita e ben tenuta. Il letto era molto comodo e le lenzuola profumavano di fresco. Ho apprezzato l'attenzione ai dettagli, come l'acqua in bottiglia gratuita, il set per tè/caffè e gli articoli da toeletta. Tuttavia, ho notato un leggero ronzio proveniente dall'unità di aria condizionata, che potrebbe essere fastidioso per chi ha il sonno leggero.
Servizi:
L'hotel offriva ottimi servizi per un pernottamento. Ho utilizzato il Wi-Fi gratuito, che era veloce e affidabile. La palestra era piccola ma aveva tutto l'essenziale per un allenamento veloce. Non ho avuto la possibilità di usare la piscina, ma sembrava pulita e invitante.
Cibo:
Ho cenato al ristorante interno e il cibo era delizioso, anche se un po' caro. Il buffet della colazione la mattina successiva aveva una buona varietà, soddisfacendo sia i gusti locali che quelli internazionali.
Servizio:
Il servizio è stato di prim'ordine! Il personale è stato cordiale, accomodante e tempestivo nelle risposte. Ma quando ho chiesto la sostituzione di un vetro a causa di una crepa al momento del check-in in camera, l'hanno semplicemente annotato e non l'hanno mai sostituito.
Esperienza complessiva:
Valuterei il mio soggiorno 8,5/10. È stata un'esperienza rilassante e piacevole, perfetta per una breve fuga. L'unico piccolo problema è stato il rumore dell'aria condizionata, ma ciò non ha messo in ombra l'eccellente servizio e il comfort forniti dall'hotel. Consiglierei sicuramente questo hotel e prenderei in considerazione di soggiornarvi di nuovo.

Room and Amenities
Rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with modern furnishings like private balconies and kitchenettes overlooking Manila Bay. Amenities such as the gym, pool, and convenience store added convenience without needing to leave the property. Daily housekeeping ensured everything stayed comfortable and fresh.
Staff Service
Staff were polite, helpful, and always smiling, providing assistance like calling cars or handling check-in smoothly. Their friendly approach contributed greatly to the positive atmosphere.
Location and Security
The location near Okada, Solaire, MOA, and NAIA offered easy access to attractions in a secure, high-end residential area with strong security measures. Views of the bay and city from higher floors were stunning, especially at night.
Areas for Improvement
Some furniture felt slightly flimsy, and walking access to nearby spots like Okada was restricted despite proximity claims. Overall, these were minor compared to the excellent value and comfort provided.

AArllon TabanaoHo prenotato una camera standard, ma poiché non ce n'era più disponibile al mio arrivo, mi hanno fatto l'upgrade a una camera con letto matrimoniale e non mi aspettavo che il letto fosse così grande... Molto pulito, il personale è molto umile e cordiale, ti assisteranno e questo è ciò che apprezzo di più in un hotel... Il mio unico problema è la TV, i film sono tutti in cinese e anche i personaggi sullo schermo sono tutti cinesi... Ma nel complesso 9/10... Soggiornerò qui l'anno prossimo durante la mia vacanza a Manila.😁

Extremeli Suites have excellent customer service from checking in to checking out. The staff even comes by everyday to ask if there are anything I need to make my stay comfortable. Even asked if I need replacement of water bottles used for brewing coffee. The amenities are nice. The view is amazing. I can see most of Metro Manila from the 18th floor I'm staying at.
If Solaire or SM MOA has any more events, I would definitely come back to Extremeli for my next vacation in Manila. 10/10 highly recommend.

The room was clean and had a comfy bed , though a bit noisy (coz you can hear the people from outside of door). The main plus was the central location where you can go to MOA/baclaran Good value for a short stays.

L'appartamento stesso era un havenstilissimo, tranquillo, così comodo. Sentiva come una casa lontana da casa. Abbiamo dormito bene e amato la camera da letto e la sala da soggiorno 'che dà luce naturale. Molto consigliato se stai cercando qualità e grande ospite! Ci rimarremo qui per il nostro prossimo viaggio.

Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process.
Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved.
Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.

I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.
