ZZaschIl nostro soggiorno a Nobu Hotel Manila, City of Dreams è stato davvero eccezionale! Da check-in all' check-out, il personale era caldo, professionale e molto accogliente. La stanza era senza spot e bellamente progettata moderna ma rilassante. Abbiamo anche amato il buffet per colazione al Nobu Restaurant; il cibo era delizioso e bellissimo. Le strutture, soprattutto la zona della piscina, hanno reso l'esperienza ancora migliore. In generale, una perfetta miscela di comfort e lusso. Noi rimarremo qui!

BBefvyLa stanza era spaziosa, a destra...molto pulita, con microonde, mini rif, e cutterie...Molto caldo e accogliente personale. Il secondo piano ha un negozio di comodità 24/7...ha anche un caffè... grandi strutture...famiglia di animali domestici, hanno un ascensore per lettoni con animali domestici...la cosa più carina, i guardiani salutano tutti con un viso di sorriso felice, con un tono buono mattino felice...in sinch. 😁

I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.

UUtente ospiteViaggiavo sempre all'estero e direi che il posto è in una buona posizione. Piscina e palestra erano eccellenti. Solo mancanza di pulizia. Controllo scarso in anf confuso accesso al piscine e alla stanza. Ma se siete in un tour urbano o in una rapida permanenza con la famiglia.

The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception.

Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process.
Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved.
Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.

However, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, which made the stay less comfortable than expected. If this issue is addressed, it would be an even better experience.
