Fantastico

They exceeded my expectations.From the arrival until departure. They are very prompt to guide you every step of the way.
They are very helpful,when I arrived , the people assigned in the main entrance is very prompt to help with luggages, placing tags and they will send it into your room so you won’t carry it during checks in.
Upon check in the FO office is so helpful especially with the one who helped me print my ticket in the Air Supply concert. She was very accommodating.
She shared my excitement. She let me check in early. She was very kind to let me check in even I wasn’t able to present my voucher because my phone was dead.
My luggage were sent immediately in my room.
Btw she upgraded me to one king bed because I am alone ,,the previous one was 2 queen bed.
While preparing for the concert I feel starving so I went down to eat. A lot of ushers and staff in the whole lobby, you can ask a lot of people where is the nearest cafe or restaurant.
After eating went back and prepare for the concert.
I took all my clothes from luggage and try different outfit and left everything in a mess.
After the concert went back in the room by 12 am and to my surprise, they make my room and prepare the bed , you will just slip through it.
With sweets and water on the side, with the slippers ready to wear set in the floor.

UUtente ospiteThe location was quite good as there was a mall directly opposite the street, the biggest downfall is the lack of internet service along the shore and as we couldn't reach the owner straight away or staff for 2 days it was hard to book food and vehicles, once we got the wifi it improved our stay.
The pool was good but the large one turned green for a while.
Put your garbage outside your door at certain hours.
I would stay again knowing now what is required to stay at an airbnb so even though there were a few hiccups, the place gets a thumbs up.

UUtente ospiteI always travel abroad and I would say that the place is in a good location. Pool and gym was excellent. Only lacks of cleanliness. Poor check in anf confusing elevator access to pool and to the room. But if you’re in a city tour or quick staycation with family.

UUtente ospiteFeedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay
I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.

Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process.
Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved.
Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.
