DDingdong RosalesHo adorato la mia camera! Era pulita, spaziosa e molto confortevole. Semplice ma elegante. Comoda ma lussuosa. Mi sono sentita coccolata fin dal primo momento in cui sono entrata in camera. Ho apprezzato i prodotti da bagno Acca Kappa, i dolci offerti ogni giorno, le pantofole robuste e comode, la biancheria e le lenzuola bianche e fresche. La colazione al Fresh era deliziosa! Il personale era cortese e disponibile. Sempre pronto ad aiutare quando necessario. Ho apprezzato anche la palestra ben attrezzata e la spa rilassante. La piscina era solo un po' lunga a piedi dalla mia camera, e un po' troppo affollata per godermela appieno: troppi bambini che urlavano e correvano in giro! Immagino perché è il periodo delle vacanze e molte famiglie erano in vacanza. Dovrò tornare in un periodo non di alta stagione.

UUtente anonimoAbbiamo provato Nobu Hotel solo perché è vicino a DreamPlay dove nostra figlia celebra il suo compleanno. La nostra esperienza alberghiera non è stata la migliore a causa del ritardo di check-in (anche se hanno cercato di farlo più tardi), la guardia di vita era troppo severa, anche se i genitori tenevano letteralmente i bambini mentre in piscina, il buffet del colazione era così, tra le altre cose.
La cosa migliore è stata la nostra esperienza di mangiare nel Nobu Restaurant. Il cibo e il personale erano sorprendenti!
Probabilmente saremmo tornati solo per il ristorante.

UUtente ospiteIt's very nice experience. The staff are very professional and very helpful. The room is clean as well as other areas of the hotel. The location is very good near Ayala Mall, Parqal, Landmark Department Store although it's quite far from MOA. Breakfast is good but it would be better if they have sweeter local fruits.
I recommend this hotel to stay in the Bay Area / MOA
Definitely I will stay again in this hotel when I come back Philippines.

Room and Amenities
Rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with modern furnishings like private balconies and kitchenettes overlooking Manila Bay. Amenities such as the gym, pool, and convenience store added convenience without needing to leave the property. Daily housekeeping ensured everything stayed comfortable and fresh.
Staff Service
Staff were polite, helpful, and always smiling, providing assistance like calling cars or handling check-in smoothly. Their friendly approach contributed greatly to the positive atmosphere.
Location and Security
The location near Okada, Solaire, MOA, and NAIA offered easy access to attractions in a secure, high-end residential area with strong security measures. Views of the bay and city from higher floors were stunning, especially at night.
Areas for Improvement
Some furniture felt slightly flimsy, and walking access to nearby spots like Okada was restricted despite proximity claims. Overall, these were minor compared to the excellent value and comfort provided.

Extremeli Suites have excellent customer service from checking in to checking out. The staff even comes by everyday to ask if there are anything I need to make my stay comfortable. Even asked if I need replacement of water bottles used for brewing coffee. The amenities are nice. The view is amazing. I can see most of Metro Manila from the 18th floor I'm staying at.
If Solaire or SM MOA has any more events, I would definitely come back to Extremeli for my next vacation in Manila. 10/10 highly recommend.

L'appartamento stesso era un havenstilissimo, tranquillo, così comodo. Sentiva come una casa lontana da casa. Abbiamo dormito bene e amato la camera da letto e la sala da soggiorno 'che dà luce naturale. Molto consigliato se stai cercando qualità e grande ospite! Ci rimarremo qui per il nostro prossimo viaggio.

Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process.
Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved.
Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.

I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.
