Hotel 3 stelle a Parañaque

Siamo stati in questa struttura per una notte eravamo di passaggio da Manila per la nostra destinazione finale dumaguete city… Siamo stati bene la struttura è fornita di piscina palestra e campo da basket… La struttura è vicino all’SM mall of asia…La colazione ha lasciato un po a desiderare ma va bene ci ha sfamato comunque.. tutto sommato consiglierei di passarci qualche notte…

Stavo qui per una notte durante il mio viaggio a Manila e sinceramente vorrei potermi fermare più a lungo. L'appartamento era pulito, comodo e proprio come le foto. L'AC ha funzionato perfettamente (che è molto importante in Manila 😅), e le strutture di costruzione erano grandi c'è una piscina, palestra e tutto quello che avete bisogno. L'ospite ha reagito e l'intero processo è andato bene da check-in a check-out. Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui la prossima volta che vengo a visitare. Molto consigliato!

We enjoyed our stay! It is a very comfy unit. My family loved it! First, thank you for the contact person for being very kind and accommodating though I booked very late. He assisted us all throughout and extended extra help to get us checked in when we arrived. The unit is very clean and cozy. They have cooking utensils. Ref is clean, I really loved this. The shower has hot water. And.... there is a computer/laptop desk 🫶 which is very helpful for me since I came there to work (brownout at home). 😅 Thank you! Very great experience overall and I look forward to book the same unit again.

We had a great stay at Cozy Stay at Azure. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with excellent amenities, including fast WiFi, a PS5, smart TV, karaoke system, and even popcorn, which made the stay fun and relaxing. The space was well-maintained and suitable for families or groups. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. The location was convenient, and the overall environment felt safe and comfortable. Overall, this is a great choice for a staycation or short getaway, offering both comfort and entertainment. Highly recommended.

My stay at Baymont Suites and Residences was just okay overall. The place was clean and manageable for a short stay, but there were several key amenities missing that made the experience less comfortable than expected. The absence of a refrigerator was also inconvenient, particularly for longer stays or for storing food and drinks. Additionally, there is no elevator, which can be challenging if you have luggage or are staying on a higher floor. While the place may work for a very basic stay, I personally wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for comfort and convenience.

I order cheese burger with fries and coffee for breakfast….. I dial 0 two time to follow up my order  for the 3rd time i call … i cancell my order ….. this is the first time i encounter this bad room  service…. I prepare SOGO because the staff are polite and friendly , always clean and quick service…

Very good hotel! The place is clean, cozy, and very relaxing, especially for travelers looking for a convenient stay near the airport. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels very homey. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and easy to approach throughout the stay. One of the best parts of staying here is definitely the spectacular view of NAIA. If you love planes and aviation, this place is perfect for you. Watching aircraft take off and land from the rooftop or window view feels so calming and exciting at the same time, especially during sunset and nighttime when the runway lights look beautiful. Another highlight is the cat around the property — super cute and mabait! It honestly added warmth and charm to the experience and made the stay feel even more welcoming. The location is also very convenient, especially for early flights or layovers. Overall, Rain Airport BNB offers great value for money, a peaceful stay, and a unique experience for plane lovers. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

- Signor Presidente, signore. Ci sono molte regole prima di entrare, è difficile per l'ospite che ha molte cose da fare come il codice di barre, ecc. È necessario fare una volta prenotato trip.com, non per molte persone che devi parlare fuori dalle applicazioni e chiedere qualsiasi richiesta. Vorrei che il desk fosse l'unico con cui hai parlato. E la tassa di pulizia dell'hotel dovrebbe essere inclusa nel pagamento al momento della prenotazione, non dovrebbe essere pagata dopo che la prenotazione è completa. Il resto è ok

La zona è buona, malinis po e sono molto accoglienti durante la nostra arrivo, gli utensili sono puliti. Nag goditi po ako sa pagstay dito dal balcone yung ay kitang kita yung piscina. Molto raccomandato e noi lo ripreseremo. Kuddos!! 🥰😊😊

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
