The space was well-maintained and suitable for families or groups. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. The location was convenient, and the overall environment felt safe and comfortable.

NNorman GutierrezIl giorno e il tempo che mi sono iscritto in questa unità mi hanno insultato quanto sia gentile, pulita e con buon profumo l’unità.Per i miei 3 giorni e 2 notti sono rimasto dormito bene perché l’atmosfera è così casa. Non solo che il posto è vicino a tutte le negozi e negozi. Ciò che mi colpisce è stato l'interno dell'unità e le strutture, così come. Io consiglierei sicuramente questa unità ai miei amici all'estero 🥰

I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.

The location was perfect for my early morning flight, and the shuttle service made it even more convenient. UUtente ospiteMuch better than expected from previous reviews. Although only a short distance from the airport terminals there is no footpath and took us about 25 minutes to get there. The restaurant is on the rooftop and it started raining heavily after we ordered our food. The staff were great and brought umbrellas to bring us back inside and then brought our food to our rooms

the place of the room is not facing at the swimming pool view☹️that was sad .. because we love to stay at beranda and just chillin seeing the ambiance..
