Hotel a Parañaque con piscina

È stata la nostra prima volta che siamo rimasti a Savea, e abbiamo scelto di celebrare il compleanno di nostro figlio. Inizialmente abbiamo assegnato la stanza sbagliata, ma il personale l'ha rapidamente risolto, aggiornandoci a un'unità 2-bedroom, che si è rivelata una piacevole sorpresa. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva, soprattutto la cucina completamente attrezzata. La piscina era anche molto invitante e perfetta per una dip relax. La colazione era semplice con scelte limitate, ma era decente abbastanza per iniziare il giorno. L'hotel è stato aperto solo l'anno scorso, e ci sono ancora alcune aree che potrebbero essere migliorate. Alcuni lavori sono ancora in corso, e abbiamo notato che non c'era un telefono nella stanza, che lo rendeva un po' inconveniente ogni volta che avevamo bisogno di aiuto. In generale, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso e rilassante. Si può certamente vedere il potenziale della proprietà, e siamo eccitati a vederla una volta completato tutto. Sicuramente saremo tornati!

L'hotel era in posizione esterna, e così via all'interno. È conveniente visitare la Baia di Manila Malls Ayala, che è proprio l'opposto. Le camere erano splendide e le strutture per il compleanno sono davvero buone. Il pranzo è mediocre, non mi aspetto niente, come le mie altre visite. L'unico svantaggio è che devi attraversare l'intero ****** pieno di profumo di sigaretta ogni volta che vuoi andare al centro commerciale vicino, o andare al luogo del colazione.

Io e mia nipote mi fermai qui per tre notti, e abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno in tutto, la stanza era spaziosa, e mi piaceva che le lamiere profumavano fresche e pulite. Il buffet del colazione era delizioso, ma ho notato che sembravano un po' sottoscritti. Il mio ordine di bramme era mancato il secondo giorno, che era ok. Il nostro ultimo giorno, ci voleva circa 45 minuti per fare il bagno, e purtroppo non era servito quel caldo. C'era anche solo una tavola di pulizia per il personale, quindi le piastre usate si stivavano durante le ore di colazione occupate. La piscina era bella e tranquilla, e la palestra era pulita e ben mantenuta. Voglio anche dare un urlo speciale ai guardiani di sicurezza e al telefono durante la notte, erano amici, aiutanti e benvenuti. Nonostante le questioni del servizio colazione, consiglierei ancora questo hotel e mi piacerebbe rimanere qui di nuovo.

The staffs are very helpful. Their security is good too. The view is amazing. Location is super. They have 711, Bank & ATM on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a Mini Chinese Supermarket, Pool, Gym, kids play area, a small shop which sells some clothing, a Cafe/Restaurant and a Malatang hhh. Quite a combo, you can get what you need. They also offer free rides to some places nearby. The only downside is that we found 2 rubbish bags under the cupboard that is not ours and the sink is not very clean. Others are acceptable. I’ll still consider it for my future stays. Hope they can improve the cleaning and make it smell fresher.

Siamo stati in questa struttura per una notte eravamo di passaggio da Manila per la nostra destinazione finale dumaguete city… Siamo stati bene la struttura è fornita di piscina palestra e campo da basket… La struttura è vicino all’SM mall of asia…La colazione ha lasciato un po a desiderare ma va bene ci ha sfamato comunque.. tutto sommato consiglierei di passarci qualche notte…

Before booking, I informed the host that I would be traveling with a baby who has sensitive skin and requested fresh beddings and a properly cleaned unit. I believe this was a reasonable request for a paying guest. Our stay was disappointing. The unit is quite small for a family of four, especially with the extra bed, which leaves very little space to move around. Upon arrival, we immediately found several cockroaches, and they continued to appear even after a deep cleaning. My daughter became so uncomfortable that she couldn't sleep well and chose to stay at our relatives' house for the rest of our vacation. We were also worried about our baby's safety. The cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The shower head and faucet had visible dirt and mold, the mop provided was dirty, there were no extra trash bags, and it seemed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 8 days, but room cleaning, towel replacement, and changing the beddings were only offered after we raised these concerns. The booking was for four guests, but only two towels were initially provided. On the positive side, the customer service team took our concerns seriously and arranged a deep cleaning, replaced the towels, and the property staff responded after customer support followed up. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to address the issues, but I believe the unit needs proper pest control and a much more thorough deep cleaning. This review is based on our experience and is intended to help improve the stay for future guests. The photos I uploaded are only a few of what we experienced. Some of the other issues were too unpleasant to photograph, but everything I mentioned in this review is based on our actual stay.

A truly exceptional stay experience! From the moment we booked, the host, Guodong, was friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions. The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality and great hospitality! We will stay here again on our next trip.

Unfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
