MMrsMallowsPros: L'hotel è vicino all'aeroporto e ha molti negozi e ristoranti all'interno.
Cons: 1. Durante il check-in: il destinatario ha rifiutato i nostri passaporti e ha chiesto ID nazionali, quindi abbiamo bisogno di insistere sui passaporti perché non abbiamo ID nazionali (viviamo al di fuori del paese).
2. Durante il soggiorno: il tempo di attesa per la richiesta di custodia ha richiesto 2 ore. Il personale dell'hotel non informa in anticipo che il bar privato chiude automaticamente quando il deposito è già consumato. Il peggiore è che non hanno ottenuto il deposito completo al check-in. Possiamo evitare di bere acqua fredda quando arrivano a mezzanotte se solo informano in anticipo o chiedono più soldi per il deposito.
3. Checkout: il trasferimento aeroportuale non è ben coordinato con la concierge. Inoltre, invece di controllare la stanza prima di completare la stanza, vi inviano un'e-mail il giorno dopo per farvi sapere che avete lasciato le cose nella stanza, quindi inviate un'e-mail se c'è qualcosa di prezioso che vi ricordate.

UUtente ospiteSiamo stati in questa struttura per una notte eravamo di passaggio da Manila per la nostra destinazione finale dumaguete city… Siamo stati bene la struttura è fornita di piscina palestra e campo da basket… La struttura è vicino all’SM mall of asia…La colazione ha lasciato un po a desiderare ma va bene ci ha sfamato comunque.. tutto sommato consiglierei di passarci qualche notte…

SShiela A.Before booking, I informed the host that I would be traveling with a baby who has sensitive skin and requested fresh beddings and a properly cleaned unit. I believe this was a reasonable request for a paying guest.
Our stay was disappointing. The unit is quite small for a family of four, especially with the extra bed, which leaves very little space to move around. Upon arrival, we immediately found several cockroaches, and they continued to appear even after a deep cleaning. My daughter became so uncomfortable that she couldn't sleep well and chose to stay at our relatives' house for the rest of our vacation. We were also worried about our baby's safety.
The cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The shower head and faucet had visible dirt and mold, the mop provided was dirty, there were no extra trash bags, and it seemed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 8 days, but room cleaning, towel replacement, and changing the beddings were only offered after we raised these concerns. The booking was for four guests, but only two towels were initially provided.
On the positive side, the customer service team took our concerns seriously and arranged a deep cleaning, replaced the towels, and the property staff responded after customer support followed up. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries.
Overall, I appreciate their efforts to address the issues, but I believe the unit needs proper pest control and a much more thorough deep cleaning. This review is based on our experience and is intended to help improve the stay for future guests.
The photos I uploaded are only a few of what we experienced. Some of the other issues were too unpleasant to photograph, but everything I mentioned in this review is based on our actual stay.

L'appartamento stesso era un havenstilissimo, tranquillo, così comodo. Sentiva come una casa lontana da casa. Abbiamo dormito bene e amato la camera da letto e la sala da soggiorno 'che dà luce naturale. Molto consigliato se stai cercando qualità e grande ospite! Ci rimarremo qui per il nostro prossimo viaggio.

Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process.
Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved.
Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.

I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.
