"La posizione geografica è molto buona, molto vicina all'aeroporto di Manila T1, non più di dieci minuti di autobus, è completamente adatta per riposare intorno all'aeroporto, e anche vicino al centro commerciale SM.L'appartamento è molto sicuro, la porta e il piano sono protetti, anche se una sola persona non ha bisogno di preoccuparsi.
Ci sono ventilatori e altri ventilatori per lavastoviglie frigo, e la casa è completamente tranquilla

MMrsMallowsPros: The hotel is near the airport and has lots of stores and restaurants inside. Breakfast is good.
Cons: 1. During check in: Receptionist refused our passports and ask for national IDs instead so we needed to insist on the passports because we don't have any national IDs (we live outside the country).
2. During stay: wait time for housekeeping request took 2hours. Hotel staff does not inform beforehand that the private bar locks automatically when deposit is already consumed. What's worse is that they did not get the full deposit upon check in. We could've avoided not being able to drink cold water upon arriving at midnight if they only informed ahead or asked for more money for deposit. Also, unlike other hotels, printing is not complimentary.
3. Checkout: airport transfer is not well coordinated with concierge. Also, instead of checking room thoroughly before completing check out, they would send you an email the day after to let you know that you left stuff inside the room so send an email if there's anything valuable that you remember.

Extremeli Suites have excellent customer service from checking in to checking out. The staff even comes by everyday to ask if there are anything I need to make my stay comfortable. Even asked if I need replacement of water bottles used for brewing coffee. The amenities are nice. The view is amazing. I can see most of Metro Manila from the 18th floor I'm staying at.
If Solaire or SM MOA has any more events, I would definitely come back to Extremeli for my next vacation in Manila. 10/10 highly recommend.

UUtente ospitePurtroppo per me non sono riuscito a rimanere qui, perché mi è stato detto che questo non era disponibile dopo averlo prenotato. Anche se mi sono ridiretto ad un altro alloggio in un luogo diverso non lontano dallo stesso ospite, questo è a mezzanotte e non potevo dire no, perché ero stanco di viaggiare. Dove sono rimasto non è stato lo stesso offerto da questa prenotazione, ma l'ospite ha fatto il suo meglio per accogliermi al meglio della sua capacità, anche migliorando la mia stanza il giorno dopo e permettendomi di controllare molto tardi come il mio volo era alle 11:00. Anche se non ha funzionato inizialmente, è stato alla fine. Le foto sono dalla stanza aggiornata.

UUtente ospiteUn'esperienza di soggiorno davvero eccezionale! Da quando abbiamo prenotato, l'ospite, Guodong, era amichevole e fornì chiare, utili istruzioni. L'appartamento stesso era un havenstilissimo, tranquillo, così comodo. Sentiva come una casa lontana da casa. Abbiamo dormito bene e amato la camera da letto e la sala da soggiorno 'che dà luce naturale. Molto consigliato se stai cercando qualità e grande ospite! Ci rimarremo qui per il nostro prossimo viaggio.

Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process.
Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved.
Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.

Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception.

I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.
