Hotel con balcone a Vientiane

We are a family of 3 staying in 1 room and had a great time. The service was impeccable, staff were always polite, helpful, willing to help and always went over the top for us. Special shout out to Aiy, and the duty supervisor whom we didn't get the name of. The restaurant service at Origin was amazing. We want to give a special mention to May, Kitty and Zaiy who've helped us with organizing vegetarian food and going & beyond to make us feel so special! 10/10 would recommend to those looking for a centrally located hotel and are keen to indulge themselves a bit.

The hotel itself looks great and clean. The room was nice with all modern amenities provided, just a bit smoky smell. I personally like mattress and pillows, it’s very comfy and physically support. Hotel’s breakfast was just so so, there were salad, bread with no baking oven, boiled eggs, ham and fried rice. Pho was provided at a separated station which is good taste. The reception staff is nice and friendly.

La donna alla ricezione era così gentile e faceva sentire il check-in facile e confortevole, che apprezzo molto dopo il viaggio. La proprietà stessa è bella la zona della piscina è un stand. È ben progettata, rilassante, e onestamente una delle mie parti preferite del soggiorno. La stanza era anche una grande dimensione, con un sacco di spazio per sentirsi confortevole senza sentirsi crampi. Anche l'aeroporto è stato di 8-12 minuti di cammino (a seconda dell'ora del giorno) che rende super facile arrivare. Ci sono anche molte buone opzioni alimentari in prossimità.Ho trovato di tornare a un ristorante, l'elefante bianco, più volte, ha una grande vibrazione, buona musica, cibo e bevande. Il colazione è stato incluso nell'hotel e ha una miscela di opzioni asiatiche e occidentali, come uova, tosta, frutta e succhi.È stato semplice, ma ha fatto il lavoro. Se cerchi un colazione occidentale più personalizzato o tradizionale (come bacon, uova da ordinare, ecc.), potresti voler uscire, ma ho trovato perfettamente sufficiente. Ma tranne la bellezza e il servizio, non c'è altro posto: la camera è molto oscura; il bagno è irritabile, l'acqua si scorre lungo il cavallo; il giardino ha fiori superiori, il bagno è molto difficile, soprattutto per le donne che non hanno bisogno di lavarsi la testa. Vivere in questo vecchio edificio avrà una mentalità che mangia il pesce e la sua bellezza: se vuoi goderlo, devi sopportare il male delle sue strutture.

It’s a great bang for your buck this hotel is! Communication is a breeze, and the free airport pickup and transfer to the railway station are just fantastic perks. I messaged them for a pickup as I landed super early, around 7:30 am, and guess what? The driver was already there waiting for me. Talk about service! The room was spotless and really cozy—I slept like a baby during my stay. Since the hotel is pretty new, they’re still getting things up and running. For example, the free breakfast ran out quickly because of a big tour group. But no worries, Manager Chan was on it! He quickly whipped up some dumplings for the individual guests like me. How awesome is that? The front desk staff might struggle a bit with English or Chinese, but they’re super eager to help. Google Translate can be a lifesaver here. The driver, on the other hand, speaks fluent Chinese. He even offered his WeChat, so you can chat with him in Mandarin easily. One of my favorite spots was the lobby. Manager Chen often makes tea for himself and invites guests to join in. He’s so friendly and generous with his time. I learned so much about Laos and its culture just by chatting with him. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit out of the city center and since it’s new, Google Maps isn’t quite up to date. This can make it a bit tricky for ride-hailing apps to find the place. A few little extras like a hair dryer, a city map, and some tour information would be great additions for travelers. But overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay! ---

Breakfast: The breakfast offered a good range of options to suit different tastes. There was a mix of local Lao dishes and international favorites, including fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and cereals. The quality of the food was very good, and the dining area was pleasant and well-maintained. It was a great way to start the day. Staff: The staff at Central Vientiane Hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to assist with a smile. Whether I needed recommendations for local restaurants or help with arranging transportation, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Overall Experience: My stay at Central Vientiane Hotel was enjoyable. The combination of a large, comfortable room, a big and clean bathroom, a varied breakfast, and the attentive staff made it a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vientiane, whether for business or leisure. It offers great value for money, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Il mio hotel Vientiane preferito di tutti i tempi. Il servizio è incredibilmente eccellente senza aspettative. Il personale è molto utile soprattutto Tam e Na . La camera è spaziale, nonostante l'edificio dell'hotel è dietro un altro edificio ma pacifico. Molto consigliare questo hotel. ritornerà. Grazie per il suo servizio tranquillo e meraviglioso.
