Still the Absolute Best Choice in Vientiane I loved my first stay at Ji Hotel Vientiane Mekong Riverside so much that I had to come back—and I am happy to report that it is just as perfect the second time around! Returning to a hotel can sometimes be risky, but Ji Hotel continues to deliver top-tier quality across the board. Consistent Excellence The staff welcomed me back with the same incredible kindness and warmth that stood out during my first visit. The hospitality here is genuinely unmatched. The Perfect Room: Once again, my room is spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. Falling asleep in the incredibly comfortable bed and waking up to those panoramic views of the Mekong River from the private balcony never gets old. Unbeatable Value & Amenities: Between the gorgeous rooftop pool, the fantastic fitness center, and the ultra-convenient self-service laundry, you simply cannot beat what you get for the price. It remains an absolute steal. If you are visiting Vientiane, don't look anywhere else. My repeat stay confirms it: Ji Hotel is consistent, beautiful, and the best value in the city. Durante la mia visita a Vientiane, sono rimasto all'Hotel Settha Palace, e in generale, è stata una decente esperienza con una miscela di posizioni e aree per il miglioramento. La posizione dell'hotel è certamente una delle sue più grandi forze. È proprio nel mezzo di tutto, vicino al fiume e in una facile raggiungimento delle principali aree di celebrazione Songkran, che rendevano molto conveniente il giro. La proprietà stessa ha un fascino coloniale lao-francese, ma è un hotel più vecchio, ma è mantenuto in buona salute e mantiene un certo carattere classico. Il personale era eccellente, professionale, amichevole e sempre disposto a assistere, che ha aggiunto positivamente al soggiorno. La camera era un po' deludente, mentre il minibar era ben conservato, mancavano le strutture di base, non erano nemmeno essenziali come un tovagliolo o lo shampoo, che era sorprendente per un hotel di questa categoria. Ci sono stati anche alcuni problemi di manutenzione: il bagno aveva tubi di scarico, e il condizionamento d’aria non funzionava inizialmente, anche se al loro credito, inviarono immediatamente un tecnico per ripararlo. La zona della piscina è visivamente piacevole, circondata da un'ampia vibrazione, che le dà una vibrazione rilassante, il che significa che ci sono pochi grogghi intorno alla piscina, che sono diventati un po' irritanti. Mentre personalmente non mi interessava, alcuni altri ospiti, soprattutto i viaggiatori europei, erano chiaramente incomodi. In generale, è una buona proprietà con grande posizione e forte potenziale, ma potrebbe migliorare significativamente con una migliore manutenzione della stanza e l'attenzione alle strutture degli ospiti.

Athens Hotel is as good as per description on the listings. Clean and freidnly staff, the breakfast was fair enough.

Un hotel molto carino e molto tranquillo. Personale molto cordiale e molto attento e disponibile che cerca di soddisfare ogni vostro desiderio. La colazione a buffet è molto ricca e c'è molto da scegliere. La sala fitness è accessibile 24 ore su 24 e la colazione a buffet è disponibile dalle 6:30 alle 10:00. La piscina è accessibile dalle ore 8:00 alle ore 20:00. Tutto è molto pulito e tutte le richieste sono state implementate immediatamente dallo staff. Ho prenotato per 17 notti e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di tutto e saremo felici di prenotare nuovamente lì.

It’s a great bang for your buck this hotel is! Communication is a breeze, and the free airport pickup and transfer to the railway station are just fantastic perks. I messaged them for a pickup as I landed super early, around 7:30 am, and guess what? The driver was already there waiting for me. Talk about service! The room was spotless and really cozy—I slept like a baby during my stay. Since the hotel is pretty new, they’re still getting things up and running. For example, the free breakfast ran out quickly because of a big tour group. But no worries, Manager Chan was on it! He quickly whipped up some dumplings for the individual guests like me. How awesome is that? The front desk staff might struggle a bit with English or Chinese, but they’re super eager to help. Google Translate can be a lifesaver here. The driver, on the other hand, speaks fluent Chinese. He even offered his WeChat, so you can chat with him in Mandarin easily. One of my favorite spots was the lobby. Manager Chen often makes tea for himself and invites guests to join in. He’s so friendly and generous with his time. I learned so much about Laos and its culture just by chatting with him. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit out of the city center and since it’s new, Google Maps isn’t quite up to date. This can make it a bit tricky for ride-hailing apps to find the place. A few little extras like a hair dryer, a city map, and some tour information would be great additions for travelers. But overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay! ---

Un buon hotel con piscina, aria condizionata, cassaforte e smart home. Il letto è un po' duro e le lenzuola si sfilano di notte. È possibile prenotare escursioni tramite l'hotel. La colazione è deliziosa e il giardino interno è molto bello.

Our room was just very nice, spacious and comfortable. Clean enough. We couldn't use the swimming pool for the day and a half we were there under pretext of cleaning. But don't let that fool you, we are pretty sure it is there just to look at not for use as confirmed by multiple online comments.... Breakfast can really be more suitable for Westerners. As it is now much Asian warm meal choices but only white bread toast, jam (any fruit in there?) and boiled eggs for western taste buds. A definite plus is the free airport shuttle. We can recommend for the positive points above.

This hotel 🏨 in Vientiane has great rooms vs. affordable prices per night. Internet access us available, however, outdated. So best is, having a l9cal sim-card hotspot-connected to your e.g. laptop to wirk, surf or just listening to music. The staff is very supportive, speaks a bit English but mainly, Laotian, Thai and Chinese language. The swimming pool is ok, unfortunately, the gym was closed (under repair).. In general, good service-value ratio.

La stanza era pulita, ma il resto non trovava gel da bagno, ma era molto lontano dalla stazione di bus Talad Sao se volevi camminare, ma era chiusa con il magazzino del Grande C dipartimento.
