UUtente ospiteMy wife and I stayed in the King Premium room for 2 nights in April 2025.
We loved the location of the hotel. It is 5 mins walk from Osaka station and surrounded by many shopping malls so you will never go hungry or run out of things to buy. It is also very convenient to make day trips since Osaka station connects to nearby cities like Nara, Kobe, Kyoto and Himeji.
We also loved the size of the room (40m^2) and the toilet. There was more than enough space to fully open 2 luggage bags. There were also 2 separate sofas which you could sit in.
The only thing we thought could have been improved on was the reception as no one offered to bring our luggage bags up to our room.
Great room and location, service could’ve been improved.

LLAUThe hotel is within walking distance from the JR Osaka Station. You can find lots of department stores and good restaurants when you walk along to the Umeda Station. The room is relatively spacious in Osaka.

CChun Wei TangQuesto è facilmente uno dei migliori hotel che abbiamo soggiornato in Giappone! Ci siamo trasferiti per tre notti e la posizione è invincibile, letteralmente passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e un 1-minute passeggiata verso Universal Studios. La strada Universal City Walk è dove si possono trovare pochi ristoranti e alcuni negozi, Lawson è appena vicino.
La stanza era spaziosa per i standard giapponesi, molto pulita e ben mantenuta. La receptionista è molto amichevole e cerca di spiegare tutto per noi.
Abbiamo amato i buoni di caffè gratuiti quotidianamente, ma ricordate che sono validi solo a partire dalle 2 PM. Inoltre, il tetto onsen costa un extra 2,150 yen, ma vale la pena! Include una birra o un gelatina libera al salone dopo, che ha una vista incredibile. Molto consigliato!

Anche se l'hotel sembra piuttosto vecchio ma pulito!! Fornire una possibilità di pulizia giornaliera, e il personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole, possono sempre aiutarti se hai domande o domande.
L'hotel ha anche un autobus diretto all'aeroporto di Kansai T1 e T2
Posso facilmente prendere un autobus dall'entrata dell'hotel
Non c'è bisogno di fare alcun trasferimento, è buono per coloro che devono andare all'aeroporto con grandi bagagli

UUtente ospiteOttimo! Si trova a circa 300-400 metri dall'ingresso degli Universal Studios. Si vede l'ingresso degli Universal Studios dalla finestra. Sembra di essere a soli 200-300 metri dalla metropolitana. I prodotti da bagno sono ottimi! I miei capelli sono liscissimi dopo il lavaggio. Il sapore della colazione è così così. Dalle 17:00 alle 20:30, il ristorante offre snack gratuiti, questa volta pane e prosciutto, oltre a biscotti, caffè e gelato.

The rooms are surprisingly spacious and well-furnished, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness is excellent, with the housekeeping staff doing an impeccable job every day. A highlight is the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city. It’s a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day and take some nice photos of the scenery.
The hotel staff is very efficient and helpful, although they don’t speak fluent English. However, they’re always ready to assist and communicate via online translators, which makes interactions easy and pleasant.
Another advantage for those traveling by car is the hotel’s automated parking system, which is well-designed and easy to use. This mobile parking system allows stress-free parking and quick access to the car, ideal for those wanting to explore the surrounding areas of Osaka independently.
The area offers a few dining options, with restaurants serving tasty food at very reasonable prices. Having a 7-Eleven and Family Mart nearby is also convenient, where you can make small purchases and withdraw cash from ATMs available 24/7—a true plus for travelers.

I recently stayed at Serene Elegance Boutique Hotel during my trip, and the experience exceeded my expectations.
Location:
The hotel enjoys a prime location in the city center—just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. It’s surrounded by local restaurants, convenience stores, and major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and dining.
Check-in Experience:
The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The lobby was clean, beautifully decorated, and subtly scented, creating a relaxing atmosphere upon arrival.
Room Comfort and Amenities:
I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, well-lit, and tastefully designed in a modern minimalist style. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp, clean linens. The room included high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a mini fridge, and a kettle—everything I needed. The bathroom featured a separate shower area, strong water pressure, and high-quality toiletries.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a wide range of options, from Western-style dishes to traditional local fare. There were fresh fruits, hot porridge, eggs cooked to order, and baked goods. The dining area was elegant, and the staff were attentive, often checking in to offer coffee or tea refills.
