EElle ท่องโลกL'alloggio è molto pulito. Il letto è comodo e pulito. Il pavimento della notte è piccolo ma il bagno è comodo. Purtroppo, forse si può vedere solo alcune delle viste montane.

CchoiBooked for 1 night but stayed extra nights … the lodge / hostel is run by a family and you can feel the care they put into it, making everyone welcome and safe during and after the hikes.
Instead of filling up the rooms they made sure all the guest was comfortable and split up all the guest with half filled rooms. Free coffee and drop off to the tourist center and JR station, cooking station etc
Have travelled all my adult life and it’s a gem!!

We had an excellent experience at Garden Pension Obogurgl. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Hakuba Goryu lifts, which made getting on the mountain super easy every day. The pension itself is cozy, clean, and peaceful, with a lovely garden that adds to the charm.
Our room was warm and comfortable, with plenty of space for ski gear, and the communal areas had a relaxed, homely vibe. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with local tips and transport advice.
We especially enjoyed being able to walk everywhere—whether it was to the nearby convenience stores, local restaurants, or just strolling among the beautiful pine trees. The large cherry blossom tree out the front added a special touch to the peaceful surroundings. If you're after a quiet, scenic, and welcoming place to stay in Hakuba Goryu, Garden Pension Obogurgl is a fantastic choice.

__Miss_Koo_地理位置：酒店在山裡，遠離白馬JR站或者八方巴士站，出入需要乘車出行，如果搭乘酒店shuttle bus，可在酒店官網查看時間表，固定時間固定地點接送，然後通過攜程app上的免費網絡電話（必須要贊，在我最無力的時候才發現這功能）或者酒店前台當面提前一小時聯繫酒店安排接送，不然沒車，真丟人會呵呵。
設施：住的是西區，二樓有一室內私湯，其餘倆室外私湯、公湯在東區，有免費按摩儀，有室內乒乓球枱，有免費雪糕以及咖啡牛奶；公湯也有1大池3小池。可能是因為7月工作日，酒店客人少，泡澡的人也不多，非常舒服。總體來説設施保養得挺好，乾淨是毋庸置疑的。
飲食：衹在酒店吃了早餐，選擇的確不多，熟成鯖魚和三文魚非常好吃，果汁也新鮮，但是烘焙類餐點就很一般。
總體來説，我和先生都很喜歡這酒店，更喜歡白馬村的鄉村生活。

MMeowVanWhat an awesome experience! The hotel offered exemplary service before we even arrived. Due to special travel arrangements, we arrived late and the staff quick to arrange an in-room bento dinner for us before our arrival. When we got there, we were immediately blown away by the gorgeousness of the hotel.
Despite its age, everything was very clean and polished. I can see that great care had been taken to upkeep the hotel and it’s premises, which are extraordinarily beautiful. We couldn’t resist taking pictures even after check-out, and it took us an hour to finally reluctantly leave. Words cannot actually do the place justice, you must visit there yourself.
We were very impressed with how delicious the food was, and the attention to detail, including the placement of the food, the coordination of food color. My mouth is still watering as I recall how delicious it was. I had 10 helpings of their prime rib one day. Besides, I had a dietary restriction and the staff were really careful with that, to the extent of reminding me what dishes not to eat everyday at their breakfast and dinner buffet.
In addition to excellent food and service, the hotel went out of its way to be very eco-friendly. For every day that we did not need our room to be tidied, we earned points, which can be traded in for ice cream or other goodies.
Finally, the staff spoke perfect English. This is rare indeed, and it made everything so much easier and so much more enjoyable. Thanks for the experience!

UUtente ospiteVery welcoming guesthouse owner, the owner family kindly provide me breakfast and shuttle service to bus terminal, which I very appreciate and help my a lot in the snowy conditions.
The bedroom I stayed are clean and tidy. The guesthouse comes with cozy bathrooms, small onsen and even a Finnish sauna room, a very comfortable to stay after a ski day.

AAnonymous sonI made a reservation to stay on the first day of my arrival at the airport, but I couldn't make it in time because the bus to Hakuba had already left. I tried to contact the hotel but couldn't reach the staff. The staff at Trip.com contacted me and said that they couldn't contact the hotel either, so I had to cancel the hotel without getting a refund.
