UUtente ospiteThe host couple were wonderful, accommodative and helpful, as mentioned in many reviews. Although a little confusing to locate initially, it is actually quite accessible to the shopping and restaurant areas. We love the spaciousness and layout of the room. The Hinoki bath was a star feature for us. We will definitely want to visit again. Thank you to the special hosts🙏🏼

UUtente ospitePearl Star Hotel Atami is the hotel with onsen. The onset facility is good for both public bath and private bath with beautiful beach view. The food quality is good for the breakfast. We also enjoyed the wonderful fine-dining in French Restaurant inside the hotel. The hotel provides guests the free-taxi service between Atami hotel lobby and Atami Station, which is well recognized.

AAvedisThis hotel really great for locationwise.. nearby all those eatery places and souvenirs shops. The onsen really good as well and the room quite big and clean. The only upset us since we booked another day through differrent apps but when we checked in we told the lady and also pay all the tax at the same time but we hv to check out and change the room. On the day we change the room the man charge us again the tax eventhough i already explained and ask him to doublechecked. On the last day we asked again and show them the receipt so they gave us back the tax money. Its not about the amount of money but their serve that i want to point it out.

體驗2：自助晚餐，較理想是鮑魚及帶子，蝦及蟹腳欠佳，飲品有啤酒及其他飲料，尚好！消夜還有DIY拉麵。早餐提供燒烤金目鯛及鮭魚等，算理想！
體驗3：溫泉普通。
體驗4： 9點後還未鋪床，不問也不知要DIY開床鋪墊，什麼服務呀！還要多收300yen宿泊稅，不合理。
結論，房間面向熱海灣及看到日出，最理想；提供膳食比理想中好；如能改善接送(大型行李)及鋪床問題，也是值得考慮的。

CCHENMolto soddisfatto per un'esperienza di soggiorno, la stanza è molto grande e pulita e confortevole.Tutto il balcone è al mare e porta 𠕇 caldo privato. Abbiamo prenotato tre camere in due siti web per tutta la nostra famiglia. L'hotel ci ha contattati per conoscere l'altezza dei vostri ospiti (con la voglia appropriata) e l'oggetto alimentare, specialmente per non mangiare pesce e cibo macinato.La cena e il colazione sono molto deliziosi e i cibi sono freschi. I menu di due giorni di soggiorno cambiano. Il pesce ha un drago, un pesce di mare e un pesce fresco e un pesce di mare in tutte le stagioni locali, e il bestiame è anche molto presente, adatto alle vostre esigenze! La stanza è uno stile moderno e semplice, combinato con lo stile tradizionale dell'hotel giapponese. Abbiamo due camere giapponesi e una con lo stile occidentale, e sono abbastanza soddisfatti.  Lounge al otto piano, provarsi freddo, caffè caldo e tè verde verso il mare, tutti i tipi di piccoli punti e frutti del Giappone, può anche andare al balcone e andare a piedi, e non può andare a fare il negozio di tè per ottenere un buon riposo! Il settimo piano ha un bel paesaggio e un'aria aperta completa.Tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel sono molto entusiasti, educati e molto professionali!Questa è la nostra famiglia più soddisfatta in vacanza in Giappone, si sente coerente 100 punti hotel, e ci vediamo l'anno prossimo!

UUtente ospiteHotels services is good. The room is pretty big and tidy, feeling comfortable in it. Walk for 2-3mins to 7-11 or Lawson.
Public onsen provides inside and outside experience.
The only disappointed is there is a Group of HK people arrived, there is a man full of tatoo get in public onsen. I checked the rules at front door. It mentioned Tatoo is prohibited. This kind of stupid HK people is a shame for HK when they travel around in Japan. Dont understand the culture of Japan.
No parking area for loading, Car parking needs to use next hotel, a bit inconvenience if you carrying few luggages. 🧳

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è situato in una posizione molto grande e molto nuova e spaziosa. Ci siamo trasferiti nel giorno dei lavori di fuoco e possiamo vedere i lavori di fuoco vicino al balcone. Tuttavia, non c'è ricevimento frontale e nessun deposito bagagli prima e dopo l'ispezione.

I turned my alarm just to watch the sun rised from the ocean.
The buffet dinner and breakfast was great.
Dinner buffet provided Italian wine which was very great.
The breakfast we could customize the sashimi rice bowl which was wonderful.
Although the dining area was a bit crowded but the space was fine enough.

Rrptsha看得出是有年頭的酒店了，設施比較老舊，像房門鑰匙、開關、插座、座便器這些看着就是十幾年前國內3星酒店的標準。因為在海邊的關係吧，房間一進去就是潮濕的霉味，不過房間裏面有放凈化器。在花火大會當晚能訂到房，已經不容易了，雖然相比平時價格可能翻了3倍。房費包括2大1小的一泊二食，按3人鋪好了床、擺了洗漱用品。
早晚餐都是自助餐，要注意的是晚飯最好提前跟酒店約時間，我們不知道，去了現場被告知晚飯時間衹有第二場20點開始，還好我們的司機大姐跟前台軟磨硬泡，說我們要去海邊現場看花火的，給我們調到了18:30的第一場。自助餐品質雖然不多，但是味道很不錯，尤其炸蝦、蛋炒飯、牛排。軟飲、啤酒也是暢飲的，用餐時間70分鐘。
吃完飯，從酒店溜達到親水公園google map有兩條路，一條經過熱海銀座，人多車多店鋪多走起來慢，想感受熱鬧的可以走這。我們選了沿着系川河有台階的小路，去海邊是下坡走起來不累，大概12、3分鐘就能到親水公園，這邊看煙花正好。如果不想去海邊，酒店的5樓也有露台能看（當天有看到一塊指示牌），不過會被前麪的樓擋住一些。
看好花火回酒店，還能去2樓大澡堂洗澡、泡溫泉，舒服。第二天早餐最晚入場時間是9點。

KKunduSouravThis is a traditional Japanese Ryokan style hotel. All instructions are in English however, means there are foreigners regularly staying here. There is a open air onsen (hot bath) which is very pleasant. Must be reserved in advance. Drinks can be bought at 200 yen a pop. This is a fully unmanned Ryokan meaning it self check in and self checkout ! The rooms are very small (4 meter square) which barely fits a bed. Pictures on the travel sites about the rooms in this hotel are deceiving ! The location is sort of OK from Kinomiya station but it's quite far from Atami city center and Atami sun beach . We took at taxi which was 1200 yen. Kinomiya Jinja is 25 minutes by foot.
