UUtente ospiteQuesto nuovo hotel decorato in 2024, con una bella vista montagna, ha preso una auto dalla stazione del mare caldo per salire sulla montagna circa 1400 yen.L'esperienza di soggiorno è molto luminosa: la vista panoramica è sorprendente, bevande gratis sono bevande, e il riso del colazione è ancora meglio per me. Tuttavia, quando si scopre che l'olio di oliva è scaduto per quattro mesi, non è in linea con la posizione dell'hotel.Anche se il feedback è sostituito in tempo, questo tipo di pressione è ancora incerta sul controllo dei prodotti di servizio di alto livello.

UUtente ospiteLe strutture e i servizi dell'hotel non devono essere detto che le calde e le calde pubbliche sono fantastiche e il paesaggio sul mare è insensato.Bevande e pasti a pomeriggio sono tutti commestibili e bevande dolci.L'unica carenza è che questa volta ci è stato organizzato una stanza al secondo piano, e il paesaggio è insufficiente.

AAvedisThis hotel really great for locationwise.. nearby all those eatery places and souvenirs shops. The onsen really good as well and the room quite big and clean. The only upset us since we booked another day through differrent apps but when we checked in we told the lady and also pay all the tax at the same time but we hv to check out and change the room. On the day we change the room the man charge us again the tax eventhough i already explained and ask him to doublechecked. On the last day we asked again and show them the receipt so they gave us back the tax money. Its not about the amount of money but their serve that i want to point it out.

GGalya_the_Pooh2Everything was great and sometimes far above our expectations. The building is quite new, very well designed, each room has it's own name and has panoramic view from the balcony. We loved everything about our stay: from meals (which were surprisingly good, despite some negative reviews!) to spacious room and relaxing onsen...
Separately I'd like to highlight the service: unfortunately I didn't ask the name of receptionist who hosted us, but her warm welcome, perfect English and readiness to help with everything was heartwarming! She definitely made that stay for us!
Although location is a bit far from train station and might not be convenient if your goal is to explore Atami and its surroundings, however for those travelling by car (like us) it is perfect: it is in very calm and tranquil area on the cliff, ideal for relax and rest. They also provide free and spacious parking, so nothing to complain at all.
Overall to me it was 11 out of 10.

MMC ShiL'hotel ha un autobus da JR. Ma è ok solo andare in giro, perché ci sono alcuni piccoli negozi che valgono un look.Colazione e cena sono buone. Con molti piatti tradizionali giapponesi. Il bagno caldo e il lavanderia sono un'aggiunta più con questo prezzo ragionevole dell'hotel. Questo è l'hotel che io soggiorno ogni volta in Atami.

MMudkipLynnAn amazing place to stay with a location which is near lots of restaurants and even a grocery store. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Also there are private hot springs on the top floor which are constantly available and free to use! Loved this hotel very much and it made the stay at Atami very magical and memorable. Thank you for the great time!

Onsen was good all the time.
Location abit far and hilly from town. That will be good if you are driving. They also provide free shuttle bus go train station.
Be prepare you own food before stay in if you dint get their dinner and break fast.
Good chill and relaxing hotel.

UUtente ospiteGli anni degli edifici sono lunghi, dentro e dentro, la stanza ha una piazza, che può andare oltre il mare, ma deve ignorare automaticamente le lamiere di filo davanti.Il grande casinò è OK, il colore della piscina è nero, non può essere visto chiaramente le scale all'interno, non si prende cura di rompere le gambe e rinunciare alla zuppa di lamiera. PPumpkinOverall, it could be rated excellent as a local ryokan but may not be ready for international clients. It has won Rakuten bronze award 2023. I am particular about smoking and the non smoking room was full of smoky smell. Also surprised that I have to set up my own tatami bed etc. Staff dependent on google translate but stranded when there's no WiFi. They could have translated common phrases in text. Nice garden.
