"Questa è stata la nostra prima volta in questo hotel durante un viaggio in famiglia. Dato che era il compleanno di mio figlio, abbiamo prenotato una camera con bagno all'aperto. I servizi in camera erano eccellenti e avevamo persino due set di asciugamani a persona, così da poterne usare di puliti per il secondo bagno. Ho apprezzato anche il fatto che l'abbigliamento da casa fosse un pigiama anziché uno yukata. Avevamo un piano pasti e sia la cena che la colazione erano a buffet, quindi abbiamo mangiato a sazietà i nostri piatti preferiti. Sono rimasta sorpresa dal fatto che le bevande alcoliche fossero incluse nel prezzo. C'era un cameriere che serviva birra e il personale girava tra i tavoli offrendo whisky, cocktail, vino e sakè. L'ampio bagno pubblico si trova al quarto piano del Central Square, mentre la lounge gratuita è al terzo piano. Dopo il bagno, ci siamo rilassati nella lounge gratuita con birra e gelato prima di tornare in camera. La lounge gratuita offriva anche pane, zuppa, succo di frutta e vari tipi di tè, risultando quindi molto ben fornita. Inoltre, la terrazza sul tetto offriva gli stessi servizi della lounge gratuita: un'esperienza davvero lussuosa. Mi piacerebbe tornarci. Tuttavia, c'è stato un aspetto deludente. I sandali da interno erano scomodi; mi sfregavano contro le dita dei piedi e mi facevano male."

The room was clean, and even though there weren't any Japanese staff members, they were all very polite and I was happy with the service. "Amazing! The hotel shuttle bus from Atami Station only runs at specific times in the afternoon. Please contact the hotel in advance to reserve it for free! Trams and buses in Atami only run every half hour, making transportation extremely inconvenient. The hotel is located in the mountains, so if you don't take the hotel shuttle bus, you'll have to take a taxi. Upon entering the hotel, we were guided by a beautiful Chinese-speaking lady to check in on the sofa. Towels and drinks were provided. Our luggage was delivered to our room beforehand. After check-in, the lady gave us a tour of the hotel and introduced its facilities. The hotel only has about a dozen rooms. Except during mealtimes in the restaurant, I didn't see any other guests. The environment was very quiet, and the room window offered a panoramic view of Atami City. I didn't do my research when booking the room on Ctrip and ended up booking a room without dinner. The extra charge was 23,000 yen per person per day. I highly recommend choosing the room with breakfast and dinner included. Firstly, there are no convenience stores near the hotel (although there are plenty of drinks in the room, all free; you can also enjoy free drinks outdoors from 5 pm to 7 pm). Secondly, the hotel's breakfast and dinner are beautifully presented, one course at a time, making for a very pleasant dining experience while enjoying the city views from your window. Transportation in Atami and Izu is particularly inconvenient. We hired a car through Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) to go to Mount Omuro, the zoo, and the coast in Izu, and then back to the hotel. Afterwards, we relaxed at the hotel (the hotel gym was a bit small, but it was free and the equipment was brand name). If you want a leisurely trip to Atami and Izu, I highly recommend this hotel. A two-day stay will be an amazing experience! ❤️"

We had two large beds pushed together, which was perfect for our family of three to sleep comfortably. The front desk can arrange for bottle sterilizer sets and cribs upon request. For meals, we had both dinner and breakfast from the buffet this time. There was a wide selection of dishes, and we were happy with the price. Overall, I thought the service was good, but it didn't quite feel like great value for the price. This might be because our child is only 0 years old, so we couldn't fully enjoy all the activities. I imagine it would be a much better stay once our child is older and we can take full advantage of the activities."
