Hotel con terme a Atami

Sanpeiso was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. The ryokan beautifully preserves the atmosphere of traditional Japan while offering excellent comfort and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and took great care of every detail throughout our stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and overlooked a peaceful garden, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The onsen was exceptional — the hot spring water felt wonderful after a day of sightseeing, and the entire bathing area was quiet and beautifully maintained. Both dinner and breakfast were served in traditional Japanese style and were outstanding. Every dish was carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and showcased seasonal ingredients. It felt like a true cultural experience rather than simply a meal. What impressed us most was the authentic character of the ryokan. Unlike many modernized properties, Sanpeiso retains the charm and elegance of a classic Japanese inn. The combination of attentive service, excellent cuisine, serene surroundings, and high-quality hot springs made our stay unforgettable. If you are looking for an authentic ryokan experience in Atami, I highly recommend Sanpeiso. We would gladly return on our next visit to Japan.

Hence down one of our favourite hotel. The word I will use for this hotel is “generous” and warm. The hotel pay for our arrival taxi. Then they took care of luggage. The room we have was spacious, with a stunning view of the beach, and with a bathtub that has constantly filled with warm bath. The room was sooo comfortable. As we were three person, they set up three proper beds for us without extra cost (also without we asking for it). All the drinks in the minibar were free including alcoholic drinks and they were refilled everyday. Ice bucket was delivered using a robot which is a fun thing too. The breakfast spread was good and all tasty. At least 4 types of honey were provided for the pancake station. My son really enjoy the orange crush station. The view from the breakfast restaurant was beautiful too. Parking is free and easy. This hotel makes us felt like coming to a home. We will definitely return in future. Recommended!

Molto soddisfatto per un'esperienza di soggiorno, la stanza è molto grande e pulita e confortevole.Tutto il balcone è al mare e porta 𠕇 caldo privato. Abbiamo prenotato tre camere in due siti web per tutta la nostra famiglia. L'hotel ci ha contattati per conoscere l'altezza dei vostri ospiti (con la voglia appropriata) e l'oggetto alimentare, specialmente per non mangiare pesce e cibo macinato.La cena e il colazione sono molto deliziosi e i cibi sono freschi. I menu di due giorni di soggiorno cambiano. Il pesce ha un drago, un pesce di mare e un pesce fresco e un pesce di mare in tutte le stagioni locali, e il bestiame è anche molto presente, adatto alle vostre esigenze! La stanza è uno stile moderno e semplice, combinato con lo stile tradizionale dell'hotel giapponese. Abbiamo due camere giapponesi e una con lo stile occidentale, e sono abbastanza soddisfatti.  Lounge al otto piano, provarsi freddo, caffè caldo e tè verde verso il mare, tutti i tipi di piccoli punti e frutti del Giappone, può anche andare al balcone e andare a piedi, e non può andare a fare il negozio di tè per ottenere un buon riposo! Il settimo piano ha un bel paesaggio e un'aria aperta completa.Tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel sono molto entusiasti, educati e molto professionali!Questa è la nostra famiglia più soddisfatta in vacanza in Giappone, si sente coerente 100 punti hotel, e ci vediamo l'anno prossimo!

This hotel really great for locationwise.. nearby all those eatery places and souvenirs shops. The onsen really good as well and the room quite big and clean. The only upset us since we booked another day through differrent apps but when we checked in we told the lady and also pay all the tax at the same time but we hv to check out and change the room. On the day we change the room the man charge us again the tax eventhough i already explained and ask him to doublechecked. On the last day we asked again and show them the receipt so they gave us back the tax money. Its not about the amount of money but their serve that i want to point it out.

Great place to stay and relax! Pros. Have a lot of free services and amenities e.g. free shuttle bus from JR Atami station, Comic room, Free boardgame to use. The best thing of this hotel is food meal! They serve all you can eat snack& drink alcohol served for free at 15-18pm. The buffet both dinner and breakfast are very superb. The dinner is all you can eat BBQ seafood (abalone, crab, shells, shrimp) that you can ask for abalone unlimited, lisewise the breakfast is all you can eat BBQ fish (Kinmedai,Saba, Ham&Sausage) with salad. I do recommend this hotel if you want to have great seafood meal with alcohol. Cons. Very small onsen

Love the location and you can even see the sunrise from the room! It is unstaffed but easy to check in, and with a great variety of options in the lobby, eg soft serve, alcohol, soft drinks and snacks!

酒店位置在熱海市周邊的半山腰，在房間可以俯瞰整個熱海市加上海灣，去酒店的上山路比較陡峭，非常建議有行李箱的情況或者天氣不好的時候叫個出租車直接從車站去酒店，酒店的温泉屬於典型的日式小型温泉，屬於沒什麼問題但也沒什麼出彩的地方，讓人比較的印象深刻的是酒店的意大利式晚餐非常好吃，尤其是菜單裏面的煙燻雞非常推薦。

L'hotel è stato un bel hotel accogliente, situato vicino alla stazione JR Atami. L'hotel dispone di un buon cibo per la cena e il colazione! Il personale è amichevole e anche se non può parlare buon inglese, hanno cercato di comunicare al meglio del loro sapere e lo apprezzo davvero! Mi sono particolarmente divertito al mio tempo al pozzo sul tetto, ha buone strutture. L’unica cosa è la pulizia della stanza, poiché la caldaia è ancora acqua dai precedenti ospiti, non volevo bere acqua dalla caldaia per questo; dovrebbero sostituirla con una nuova caldaia o pulirla. Altrimenti, la camera è anche molto accogliente, danno yukatas agli ospiti per portarli intorno all'hotel e offrono anche il trasporto gratuito alla stazione JR Atami. Altrimenti, avrei lottato per andare in giro perché non c'è trasporto pubblico a Atami! Il tempo che ho ancora è molto buono e mi è divertito a causa del personale amichevole dell'hotel, sono molto utili! 10/10 tornerà con i miei amici o la mia famiglia in futuro.

Ci siamo trasferiti una notte e abbiamo davvero goduto delle strutture, soprattutto in un giorno piovoso. La notte privata era meravigliosa, e i bagni comuni erano fantastici. La colazione e la cena erano eccellenti e valgono bene il denaro. In generale, la proprietà offre una visione rilassante e confortevole. La televisione offre solo canali giapponesi, quindi aggiungere una TV intelligente con opzioni di streaming sarebbe un bel aggiornamento per gli ospiti internazionali. Siamo stati anche delusi dalla politica di non permettere agli ospiti con tatuaggi di utilizzare i piscine comuni, che potrebbero limitare alcuni viaggiatori. In generale, un soggiorno molto piacevole con grandi attrazioni, cibo e una memorabile esperienza di onsen.

Very popular onsen resort with local families. But because of the sheer number of people at the resort, the later buffet times do not work so well, as food would run out. Food is ok, but seems like the a very select few locals manager to order lots of giant crab legs somehow which made us super envious. The resort is very dusty and triggered my allergy, will not be coming back.
