UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel rappresenta un valore eccezionale per soldi, con camere di qualità e servizi eccezionali. Ho soggiornato 3 notti nell'aprile 2026, e ho una vista meravigliosa sul 8° piano. Questa visita è stata una combinazione di business e piacere. Il colazione ha una serie di opzioni, che si occupano di cucina per i gusti occidentali e indonesi, ma sarebbe bello se il latte fosse refrigerato, come con altre proprietà del gruppo Marriot a Bal. Il centro commerciale è situato a 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel, e l'hotel dispone di un supermercato lungo la strada e di un supermercato molto grande. Il centro commerciale è molto vicino a un centro commerciale, ma può raggiungere facilmente con un taxi per circa 2 dollari in 10 minuti. Tuttavia, la altezza del desktop non era davvero appropriata e non è sufficiente per il lavoro di business. Tuttavia, ho completato la maggior parte del lavoro nella sedia a rotelle con le mutandine per il laptop. Excelente gamma di canali TV tra cui BBC e CNN. Un bucket di ghiaccio costa 50,000 IDR. ($4 Aus Dollar) Ho usato la piscina che era grande al secondo piano con vista sulla città. Purtroppo, l'hotel è situato su una strada estremamente occupata e si prega di camminare sulle passeggiate laterali (piedi), può essere facile cadere. TTrip.com local guidesThe service from the staff was very decent. But the room was severely lacking. The bed was sunken in …. There was an odor in the hallway. The air conditioning made a lot of noise. Non smoking rooms are indeed available but many guests flout the rules and if you’re unlucky like I was assigned a room next to a very heavy smoker the smoke from his room was entering mine through the gaps in the partition door.

PPeachy14We love our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained. Shower gel and lotion with lightly lavender scented were our favorites.
Breakfast was very delicious with western, asian, and local cuisine.
We also love the service that all the staff provided. Especially the receptionist that helped us had a smooth check in.
Overall we have a great stay here and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Medan.

We had a very pleasant stay at Emerald Garden Stay. The place is clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The environment is quiet and relaxing, perfect for resting after a long day. The room was comfortable, with good air-conditioning and strong Wi-Fi.
The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication very smooth. Location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
Overall, a great experience and good value for money. I would definitely recommend Emerald Garden Stay to friends and family, and would be happy to stay here again.

SSIDSThis is hotel was rebranded from Radisson to aiho .. still good condition... The checkin process also excellent.. within 5 minutes I can go straight way to my room.. the only problem is they only have 2 elevator.. sometimes in of that not functioning due to maintenance service..

UUtente ospiteI always choose Ibis Pattimura when I first landed in Medan because mostly I took the late night flight from Kuala Lumpur. The reception was good and overall service was good. But one thing that is always happen is the noises on the corridor (people talking, kids running on the corridor) and its not sound proof and it caused me lack of sleep. Hopefully the management taking action on this matter or the security or housekeeper staff will regularly check the floor to avoid this bothering noise from neighbours room or corridor.

UUtente anonimoVery nice hotel. Rooftop pool with superb view of the Medan City. In a nice area with plenty of popular restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast have a good variety of local dishes to try. Just the waiting time for checkin and checkout is a little bit long. But undoubtedly will stay here again.

UUtente anonimoKalau dari segi pelayanan dan fasilitas sih sudag oke ya dengan harga segitu, termasuk hotel alternatif jika ingin yg murah. Tapi sekarang kebersihannya makin menurun. Tolong diperbaiki kebersihannya, dan handuk sebaiknya pembaruan soalnya sudah butek banget, baunya pun tidak enak

UUtente anonimoLa stanza era molto spaziosa per una famiglia, anche se era un po’ vecchia. Eravamo molto comodi rimanere lì per quasi una settimana. Le tre stanze ci facevano sentire a casa. Tuttavia, non c’erano utensili da cucina. Spero che in futuro si possa migliorare, e ritorneremo.

Location is central within 20min walking radius of major malls ( Plaza Medan Fair/Sun/Cambridge), Damri airport bus ( in front of Plaza Medan Fair), family massage/reflexology outlets (Jl.Orion), and the popular medan cakes outlets eg ”bika ambon” (Zulaikha)/”bolu” (Meranti).
Car park is available with security.
However, the complimentary breakfast is only set without selection option.
