There is a big mall: delipark mall right opposite the hotel w Sogo as the anchor departal store.
There r many eateries n cinema available on the top floor.
The security of the hotel is very tight that makes me feel safe...

TTrip.com local guidesThe service from the staff was very decent. But the room was severely lacking. The bed was sunken in …. There was an odor in the hallway. The air conditioning made a lot of noise. Non smoking rooms are indeed available but many guests flout the rules and if you’re unlucky like I was assigned a room next to a very heavy smoker the smoke from his room was entering mine through the gaps in the partition door.

MMalikYacobI booked Hotel Aryaduta Medan through Trip.com and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. The booking was easy, the price offered was more competitive compared to other platforms, and the confirmation was instant. During check-in, there were no issues at all.
Hotel Aryaduta Medan is conveniently located in the city center, very close to shopping malls and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of both local and international options. The swimming pool and other facilities were also great for families.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience using Trip.com and my stay at Hotel Aryaduta Medan. I would definitely use Trip.com again for future bookings.

- The check-in process is smooth, good and requests are fulfilled.
- clean and tidy rooms, amenities available.
- TV channels are very bad, TV broadcasts are difficult to watch.
- the swimming pool was very busy and full, there were no officers on duty, the pool floor was very dirty with food and water waste, there were no officers to clean the area. There are not enough changing rooms for crowded conditions.
- The corridor floor is muddy and watery due to visitors.
- In the breakfast restaurant, many of the menus are out of stock, there are no seats because it is full of visitors, many people fight over food like village people who never eat well.
- the checkout process was good and there were no problems.
Hopefully in the future it will be more organized and improved for the better.

DDarwin KHo avuto una esperienza amarevole di soggiornare in questo appartamento. Per le cose buone: l'appartamento è strategicamente situato vicino al centro della città, la camera è spaziosa con tutte le attrezzature di base. Tuttavia, ci sono 2 cose sgradevoli. Prima di tutto, non c'è unità non fumatori, eccetto per i tipi di camera di alta definizione. Ho entrato in un'unità con l'odore di fumo residuo, probabilmente da un ospite precedente. La mia camera era di fronte a una giornata stradale, e ogni rumore rumore dalle auto/biciclette modificate penetrava la stanza come se non ci fosse una finestra da iniziare. Non c'era un'orecchia che l'appartamento poteva fornire, anche se non era il primo feedback che hanno ricevuto da ospiti precedenti, e non potevo dormire tutta la notte. Ho prenotato 4 notti e immediatamente lasciato dopo la prima notte. Il servizio era piuttosto decente, ma il servizio clienti cercava di usare un purificatore d’aria per assorbire l’odore del fumo e cercava di trasferirmi in altre stanze senza alcun vantaggio a causa di un simile problema di rumore.

The front desk staff aren't well verse in English and struggling to understand our English and broken bahasa Indonesia.
Booked a room via trip.com and promised King bed but the hotel staff said all economy room comes with queen bed. We found booking information was misleading and felt cheated.
There wasn't a toilet paper in the bathroom and I asked for twice. Promised to deliver but did not.
The pillows of the room are not for normal human being and my partner has to remove more than half of the ” artificial form” of the pillows to reduce height.( I m more than 5 feet and he is more than 6 feet height).... otherwise it is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep with this kind of pillow.

Eea003Location is very strategic, right in the middle of the city. The building is quite old, more than 40 years old. They've done some renovation but it is noticeably old. Lobby got no aircon when I arrived. The shower was leaking a bit. But my room was clean and it was big. It got a big window with view to the street. Not bad for the price that I was paying.
