Hotel con palestra a Medan

I didn't know that the room type I booked was at the other far end of the apartment building. Not only did I feel cast aside due to the distance, but the lobby area didn't look anything like a hotel. I barely saw any hotel staff around until the day I was checking out. The room was big, but for the most part, it looked dated, particularly the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with only a bread toaster, a frying pan, a wooden spoon (that really looked like it was time to replace), two glasses, two sets of cutlery, a teapot, and a small creamer pot. There was no electric kettle, not to mention coffee cups. There was no dish towel and again, not to mention kitchen soap. One cooking hob didn't work while the other kept beeping when switched on and stayed cold. There was a mineral water dispenser, but the water from the hot tap was only 70% hot. You can't make a cup of coffee or tea with water that isn't hot enough. I didn't have a good experience when making phone calls to book the 3-hour city transportation. I had the same experience on the first morning when I asked about the breakfast that was to be sent to my room. It was set to be delivered at 9 a.m. I made a call at 9:05 a.m. and was told that they would prepare it right away. When delivered, there were a few missing items: fresh milk for my coffee, orange juice, and a teaspoon for the coffee. I had to make a call again to request them. (I had already mentioned to the staff the night before what I would like to have for my breakfast.) On the next day, I made a call at 6 a.m. to request the same type of breakfast to be sent to my room at 9:30 a.m. Hours later, close to 9:30 a.m., I made a call to room service again to inquire if they were sending my breakfast already. My call was passed from one person to another until the third person who spoke to me seemed unaware of my 'order'. By this time, I was very upset. He said he would attend to it right away and have it delivered to my room in ten minutes. By the time it arrived, it was 9:58 a.m. Nonetheless, the chicken porridge on both mornings were absolutely delicious. The Soto Medan which I ordered as a room service was tasty too. My sleep on both nights was pretty uninterrupted despite the honking from the heavy traffic. On Sunday, after my Fajr prayer at 6-ish, there was music, announcements, etc., from an event downstairs that lasted for three hours. During checkout, staff was going to hand me 800,000 IDR until I told him that I had only made a deposit of 500,000. It was then I realized the amount written on the deposit receipt; the number 5 looked more like an 8. That must be why he wanted to return a security deposit of 800,000. He was grateful when I told him about the amount I made as a deposit and I told him to give feedback to his colleague about her handwriting (the one who did my check-in was a female staff). Overall, this hotel was just alright for me. The lobby, front desk, and the staff at these two parts of the hotel were great. If there were a next time for me, I'd try the hotel side instead of the apartment, but it's likely there won't be a next time here.

Siamo stati a Four Points Medan per una notte durante il nostro viaggio finale a Medan. In generale, abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno. Siamo arrivati alle 2:00 e siamo stati un po' delusi che le nostre camere non erano ancora pronte. Il personale, tuttavia, era utile e organizzato per il trasporto dei bagagli alle camere, una volta che erano disponibili, che apprezziamo, e che soddisfacevano tutte le nostre preferenze, comprese le camere di connessione e le camere non fumatori. Le camere sono situate all'angolo lontano del pavimento, ma non hanno causato alcuna inconvenienza. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Service with a smile. The location was great and the hotel was clean and orderly.We got our room at 20th floor with good view of the city The amenities were all functioning especially the gym, sauna, steambath and jacuzzi. The f&b staff were also very helpful and obliging. Only 1 incident where a female guest brought her 2 sons about 12 years old into the female section of the sauna/steambath/jacuzzi area which was distressing to my wife. The staff on duty was not around to help correct the situation. Nevertheless upon our complaint they were very apologetic n assured us it was an oversight n necessary action will be taken to avoid its recurrence. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there n also ate at their Jade Restaurant on 2 occasions. We have no doubt we will be back to this hotel in future

La stanza era molto comoda. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita, che lo rendeva molto piacevole. Anche se c'era un club al piano superiore, il rumore non mi ha davvero disturbato. Il colazione era anche buono e piacevole.

La camera iniziale era al livello 9, ma dal fine settimana tutti i tipi di camera sono completamente libri. Mi fa sentire l'odore di fumare residui, chiedendo un fresco d'aria. La mattina dopo chiedete di cambiare la stanza e ottenere il livello 7 che è decente, ma entrambe le stanze non includono con una TV intelligente per me per una conferenza per incontri di business. Very nice hotel. Rooftop pool with superb view of the Medan City. In a nice area with plenty of popular restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast have a good variety of local dishes to try. Just the waiting time for checkin and checkout is a little bit long. But undoubtedly will stay here again.

One of the hotel's strongest points is its staff, who are consistently friendly, courteous, and attentive. Their professionalism and willingness to assist guests contribute positively to the overall experience. However, the hotel's location is not particularly strategic, making it less convenient for accessing some of the city's main attractions and shopping areas. In addition, the facilities and in-room amenities appear somewhat dated and would benefit from renovation and modernization. The breakfast selection is also rather limited and lacks variety, especially for guests staying multiple days. In conclusion, the hotel provides acceptable comfort and service for business trips, but it may not be the most suitable option for travelers seeking a relaxing holiday or leisure-focused stay. It serves its purpose well for short work-related visits, but there is room for improvement in terms of facilities, location, and dining options.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable bedding. There are night markets and a big shopping mall in a walking distance.

È un buon hotel, ma deve mantenere le sue strutture. Anche il cibo era buono. Dice che è nuovo normale, ma sono ancora bloccati in coda con le barriere alla reception. Poster su coda sono ovunque.

L'appartamento è molto spazioso, rendendolo una grande scelta, soprattutto per le riunioni familiari. La stanza era molto pulita e il prezzo è molto ragionevole per la dimensione e il valore offerto. Tuttavia, l'appartamento potrebbe beneficiare di alcune aggiornamenti, poiché le matite si sentono piuttosto morbide e vecchie. Sostituire le matite, le mutandine e il vestaglia migliorerebbe notevolmente il comfort e rendere il soggiorno ancora migliore.
