88285SueHVery friendly staff at check in. Room very clean, decor in good order and nicely presented. Bathroom very clean and in good order. Had an evening meal in the pub which we were very happy with - food tasty, nicely cooked and good value for money.
The only negative for us was that the room was very cold when we arrived,just 16.5 degrees. We turned the thermostat up to 20 degrees but this temperature was not reached for several hours.

Mmartin tyleeI remember watching the hotel being built and said I would never stay there! How wrong I was! It's so quiet and very convenient for everything. Good choice of food for breakfast, even gluten free!
The staff were always polite and helpful, replenishing food as it was used. Choice of coffee/tea.
Can fully recommend this hotel and would/will definitely stay there again! Thank you Holiday Inn express!

LLisaLouWhat an absolute amazing find. The setting was so beautiful and the room was outstanding and so much nicer than we could have ever imagined. The free standing bath was our favourite, the bed was very comfortable and the settee area was very nice. The staff were very understanding of my sons disability and were very patient and kind. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed and cannot wait to return. Could have easily stayed there for days

MMichela PaganelliWonderful location and friendly staff; however, the way the property is maintained leaves a lot to be desired.
First of all, cleanliness is quite poor. In one room we found mold inside the window frames; in another, a broken window pane; and there were numerous cobwebs throughout the house.
The bathtubs are potentially dangerous due to the height difference between the floors, and the bathroom fixtures also show clear signs of age.
The hairdryer is frankly ridiculous—it looks at least 30 years old.
The food is underwhelming and nothing special; I would not recommend dining on site. We had high expectations, but they were all disappointed, and even the breakfast was not enjoyable.
Our only thanks go to the staff, who were always attentive and helpful.

Sono stato molto felice di stare, durante il controllo del personale è stato molto amichevole e ha risposto a tutte le mie domande. La stanza era molto pulita e bello solo un piccolo problema è che le camere non sono configurate per l'alimentazione dei telefoni cellulari, consiglia il desk fornisce attachments in modo che il turista può tenere i telefoni alimentati. Durante i miei 12 giorni di soggiorno in quattro altri luoghi simili, la vostra struttura era l'unica senza adattatori per il pagamento del telefono cellulare.
Il vostro cibo in fondo è stato molto piacevole, soprattutto il pesce e i chip. In tutta una grande permanenza, io finalmente tornerò molto piacere il mio soggiorno con voi,

UUtente ospiteThis hotel has got high standards on cleanliness and service consistently. On a bitterly cold weekend the room was warm throughout. In fact very comfortable bed and no need for extra blanket. 2 small issues. The pillows were a bit lumpy but fine and the restarant did not serve evening meals to our liking but overall outstanding !!! Cannot wait to return.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel era ben situato mentre visitavamo amici nel quartiere di Wootton Basset - la ricezione era cortese ed efficiente nel nostro check-in... abbiamo chiesto una via d'uscita dalle ascensori e questa richiesta è stata consegnata.
La camera era spaziosa e il letto era molto comodo. Il condizionamento d'aria funzionava perfettamente, dato che è stato un po' caldo per un paio di giorni!
La mattina seguente, la colazione aveva molte scelte e le tavole erano pulite e pulite rapidamente. Il personale del ristorante era molto efficiente e cortese. Il check-in Express era anche buono. In generale una grande permanenza e ci serve bene.

DDr M AkmalC'era una doppia prenotazione nel nostro appartamento prenotato, ma il servizio clienti ci ha offerto un'altra proprietà simile che era confortevole e pulita. I letti erano comodi, il bagno era grande e pulito. Ci siamo addormentati bene la notte in un temporale fuori. La posizione era centrale. Ci sono stati 100 sterline di pagamento online prima di condividere i dettagli di autocontrollo, che non sono stati ancora restituiti. Spero che sarà risolto presto.
