Hotel con parcheggio a Swindon

Very friendly staff at check in. Room very clean, decor in good order and nicely presented. Bathroom very clean and in good order. Had an evening meal in the pub which we were very happy with - food tasty, nicely cooked and good value for money. The only negative for us was that the room was very cold when we arrived,just 16.5 degrees. We turned the thermostat up to 20 degrees but this temperature was not reached for several hours.

What an absolute amazing find. The setting was so beautiful and the room was outstanding and so much nicer than we could have ever imagined. The free standing bath was our favourite, the bed was very comfortable and the settee area was very nice. The staff were very understanding of my sons disability and were very patient and kind. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed and cannot wait to return. Could have easily stayed there for days

Wonderful location and friendly staff; however, the way the property is maintained leaves a lot to be desired. First of all, cleanliness is quite poor. In one room we found mold inside the window frames; in another, a broken window pane; and there were numerous cobwebs throughout the house. The bathtubs are potentially dangerous due to the height difference between the floors, and the bathroom fixtures also show clear signs of age. The hairdryer is frankly ridiculous—it looks at least 30 years old. The food is underwhelming and nothing special; I would not recommend dining on site. We had high expectations, but they were all disappointed, and even the breakfast was not enjoyable. Our only thanks go to the staff, who were always attentive and helpful.

Nice n confortevole solo 1 cosa cattiva da dire rumore per chiudere la strada principale può aggiornare le finestre in camere diverse da quello tutto bene

The exterior and common ground are clean and well maintained. The 2 rooms we stayed on reminded me of my student dorm during university days. Guess different portion of the house has different standard room. Rooms are definitely outdated, and the carpet needs cleaning, It does smell damp. Overall, it is reasonably good.

This hotel has got high standards on cleanliness and service consistently. On a bitterly cold weekend the room was warm throughout. In fact very comfortable bed and no need for extra blanket. 2 small issues. The pillows were a bit lumpy but fine and the restarant did not serve evening meals to our liking but overall outstanding !!! Cannot wait to return.

Nice place to stay over! Good food and services even we ordered 11 pm, got everything great as expected.

Hotel pulito, comodo. Camera confortevole, la doccia funziona bene. Ci è piaciuto il soggiorno stesso. L'unica cosa che abbiamo prenotato è che l'hotel è stato prenotato per un gran numero di persone e i prezzi sono aumentati di conseguenza. Quindi il soggiorno per la prima e l'ultima persona che ha prenotato l'hotel è stato due volte più piccolo / più grande. Consideratelo e sarete a posto.

C'era una doppia prenotazione nel nostro appartamento prenotato, ma il servizio clienti ci ha offerto un'altra proprietà simile che era confortevole e pulita. I letti erano comodi, il bagno era grande e pulito. Ci siamo addormentati bene la notte in un temporale fuori. La posizione era centrale. Ci sono stati 100 sterline di pagamento online prima di condividere i dettagli di autocontrollo, che non sono stati ancora restituiti. Spero che sarà risolto presto.
