UUtente ospiteL'hotel è molto vicino al mercato slancio, anche è a 5 km dal mercato ventoso sono andato a piedi, se si gode di vista naturale e fiumi ci sono molti posti da godere, le camere dell'hotel sono pulite e forniscono tutto ciò che gli hotel dovrebbero essere privati, Ma dovrebbero mettere una finestra di isolamento per tenere il rumore fuori da udienza, e dovrebbero anche abbassare il pavimento dei bagni per evitare che l'acqua si spolveri nella stanza al momento della doccia. Nonostante la sala di miglioramento che ho menzionato prima, mi sono divertito con loro e li visiterò di nuovo.

UUtente ospiteHotel is clean and a short cab ride away from the train station.
It was £15 to check in early which felt a little expensive but after a long drive we decided to pay. It would be nice if this could be a benefit for loyalty to the hotels.
Unfortunately, the alarm went off in the early hours and continued for over an hour which meant that we did not get a good night’s sleep. A breakfast voucher would have been appreciated for the inconvenience.

UUtente ospiteNice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.

OOllieSmithFirst receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception.
The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle).
Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though.
Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee.
Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it.
There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london).

MMariaThe Hotel was incredible good located, the Garden surrounding the Hotel was amazing. The breakfast was quite full and also the food was fresh.
The bar tender Silvester was amazingly kind, and he was really keen on preparing all cocktails. The receptionist Walmer was also so kind, we forgot the charger adapter and he gave us one! Also he was always prepared to solve any questions we had!! Our experience was much more of what we were expecting. I definitely recommend this Hotel, not only for the building but for all the staff!! Definitely my Number one come back 🇦🇷

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto un servizio eccellente da Supriya e da altri membri del personale che erano così amichevoli e di aiuto. Supriya ha anche messo un letto extra nella stanza come avevamo un bambino di ultima notte per ospitare, così che era davvero gentile. Vorrei solo dire che le mutandine erano incredibilmente dure, quindi sarebbe bello avere un po'di più morbido, e era un posto molto rumoroso con unità di aria condizionata accanto alla porta che andava tutta la notte. Ma Supriya e il tuo carino personale lo hanno fatto, erano carini.

UUtente ospiteBar .servizio limitato terminato alle 1030pm. L'ascensore è rotto, quindi tutte le porte d'incendio sono aperte per fornire accesso alle scale. Poi non c'è acqua calda per la doccia al mattino. Abbiamo detto alla ricezione chi ha gridato e ha detto che lo sapevano, ha chiesto perché nessuno ci avrebbe detto che cercavano di risolvere.Lasciato alle dieci.Non si è preoccupato per il colazione, è appena tornato a casa presto, quindi potremmo fare una doccia.

游游山玩水日子很易過La posizione è molto comoda. Puoi prendere l'autobus n. 81 per molti posti per fare shopping e visitare la città. L'autobus n. 7 carica ￡5⃣️ Ci sono solo due fermate per Xiqi Road Airport T5 e la frequenza è di circa 20 minuti. 1 bus è dalle 07:00 alle 23:00 del mattino. Ci sono molti posti che puoi trasferire alla metropolitana dell'aeroporto. Sarebbe l'ideale se si potesse avere una toilette separata🤔 È molto comodo acquistare cibo alla stazione di servizio camminando per circa 3⃣️minuti👍
