I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Changzhou and, as always, the experience met a consistently high professional standard. From arrival to departure, the hotel operates with a level of efficiency and attention to detail that makes both short stays and longer visits effortless. What stands out most is the team. The staff are genuinely friendly, welcoming guests with warm smiles and a willingness to help at every opportunity. It’s not forced hospitality—it feels natural and sets the tone for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The breakfast offering is another highlight. There is an excellent variety catering to different tastes and preferences, from fresh pastries and a full English breakfast to a wide selection of Asian and Chinese dishes. Everything is well-presented and of high quality, making it an enjoyable start to the day. Overall, Hilton Changzhou is a reliable and enjoyable choice. I would confidently recommend it to anyone travelling for both business and leisure.

Abbiamo avuto una splendida esperienza presso l'Hotel Hot Spring di Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula (Hotel Hot Spring di Tianmu Lake Yuhu).Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, tutto era tranquillo e benvenuto. La stanza era bellamente pulita, spaziosa e ben attrezzata, con una vista incredibile sul lago e sulla natura circostante. Un ringraziamento molto speciale al direttore della penisola di hu, Zeng Yi, che ha fornito un servizio eccellente per tutta la nostra permanenza.Era attenta, gentile, e andò oltre e sopra per assicurarsi che ci fosse confortevole e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva. Il suo professionalismo e la sua atteggiamento caldo hanno reso il nostro viaggio memorabile. Siamo al 100% soddisfatti e ritorneremo in futuro! Grazie ancora all'intera squadra e soprattutto a Zhang per aver perfettamente reso il nostro soggiorno!

Vogliamo sottolineare il lavoro dell'assistente inglese Angelia che ci ha sostenuti per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Poiché non parliamo cinese, il suo aiuto è stato assolutamente invalutabile, dall'iscrizione al trattamento di qualsiasi richiesta. Era sempre disponibile, aiutando con la traduzione, raccomandando ristoranti, e anche aiutando con questioni minori quotidiane. Grazie a lei, la nostra vacanza era completamente senza stress e incredibilmente comoda. L'hotel stesso era anche meraviglioso, con camere accoglienti e una grande posizione, ma è stato l'attenzione e il professionalismo dell'assistente che hanno davvero reso il nostro soggiorno speciale. Non troppo cibo occidentale al colazione, soprattutto cibo locale.

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

Recentemente sono rimasto in questo hotel e sono stato profondamente impressionato da tutti i dettagli. Da spaziosa e immacolata stanza alle strutture di top-notch, ha superato tutte le mie aspettative. Camera & Servizi: 10/10 -Bagno perfetto: amato di avere sia un tubo ad immersione profonda che una doccia separata, ideale per rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno. -Touchs di lusso: i bagni e i bagni premium hanno fatto sentire come un vero ritiro. Comforti pratici: Il tavolo di ferro e la piastra di ferro sono stati un salvataggio di vita per i vestiti attrezzi/spazzati. Visualizza & ambiente: Respirare vista del fiume dalla finestra particolarmente magica al risalto del sole e alla notte. Sereno e tranquillo, perfetto per il sonno ininterrotto. Colazione: 10/10 Una vasta gamma di opzioni sia occidentali che cinesi (frutti freschi, uova, somma di dim, noodles). Sottolinea: i pancake fluffy, fatti a ordinare erano divini alcuni dei migliori che abbia mai avuto! Servizio & pulizia: L'assenza di spot in tutto il mondo merita un applauso. - Il personale era attento e amichevole, sempre veloce per aiutare. Verifica finale Questo hotel è una gemma, sia per affari, romanzi, o una baracca sola. Il design pensativo, le splendide viste e il delizioso colazione lo fanno valere ogni penny. Tornerò assolutamente e lo consiglio a chiunque visiti la zona! Suggerimento: Richiedi una stanza di alto piano per le migliori viste sul fiume!

Food: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

I absolutely loved the stay, i have stayed in multiple hotels all around China including Shanghai, Chengdu, Beijing, Chongqing and etc, but by far this hotel had the MOST comfiest bed. It felt like laying on a cloud. I actually booked a queen room with the bathtub in the picture and when I checked in, they told me that after renovation they only have a bathtub in the family room. We were okay with it but in a few minutes a staff came and showed us to our new room with a bathtub. They were very friendly, accommodating and understanding. Not to mention the room being super spacious, having a huge mirror, having a tv and an electronic toilet. The amenities were amazing. Likewise, the interior of the room was beautiful. The location is also amazing, there are many malls just outside including huge malls with international brands. The location is prime. This is by far my favourite hotel I have stayed in China and will stay there again!! Cant wait to go back

Trasporti: la stazione ferroviaria di Changzhou Nan Plaza può essere presa in autobus e tre stazioni possono arrivare vicino all'hotel.L'hotel cammina fino alla piazza di Chongzhou (Changzhou Chong Tower) per 15 minuti.

Good Hotel with very good, clean room after renovation. Also the location is good (very close to the airport). It is designed in a modern way with many new high tech devices. I liked the room, but I wish the breakfast was better. Thanks.
