A Stellar Stay with Unforgettable Service - My New Go-To Hotel! I recently stayed at the Hilton and the experience was so positive it has cemented my loyalty. I was actually trying to decide between two hotels for our trip to visit friends, and I am so incredibly happy I chose the Hilton. From the moment we arrived, exhausted and weary from a long train journey, we were met with exceptional kindness. A huge shout-out to Luk Yue at the front desk. His service was nothing short of excellent. He was so polite, kind, and understanding of our tired state. To our absolute delight, he generously offered us a complimentary room upgrade. This gesture turned a good stay into an amazing one and set the tone for our entire visit. The room itself was perfect. The bed was amazingly soft, offering a truly restful sleep we desperately needed. The room temperature was easy to control and always comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the level of cleanliness throughout was impeccable—everything was spotless. Furthermore, the buffet breakfast was absolutely fantastic! It offered a huge variety of hot and cold items, all fresh and delicious. It was the perfect fuel for our day and a wonderful start each morning. I’ve stayed at Hiltons before, but I have never experienced service this good. I never regretted my choice for a second. This stay reminded me exactly why trusted brands matter. Because of this experience, and especially because of staff like LukYue who go above and beyond, the Hilton will be my go on my next visit! Highly, highly recommended

Poiché non parliamo cinese, il suo aiuto è stato assolutamente invalutabile, dall'iscrizione al trattamento di qualsiasi richiesta. Era sempre disponibile, aiutando con la traduzione, raccomandando ristoranti, e anche aiutando con questioni minori quotidiane. Grazie a lei, la nostra vacanza era completamente senza stress e incredibilmente comoda. L'hotel stesso era anche meraviglioso, con camere accoglienti e una grande posizione, ma è stato l'attenzione e il professionalismo dell'assistente che hanno davvero reso il nostro soggiorno speciale. Non troppo cibo occidentale al colazione, soprattutto cibo locale.

Un nuovo hotel situato a 30 minuti a piedi dal centro della città. Situazione bella vicino al lago West Tai. Andato a camminare la sera e era una esperienza serena. La diffusione del colazione dell'hotel è buona e deliziosa. Il mattino si sveglia alla vista del lago, la colazione e il caffè nel ristorante con un bel sollevamento del lago. Non potevo chiedere una migliore esperienza in questa città.

The surroundings around the hotel is very serene and close to most tourist places though you still need a car to go round tianmu lake on Liyang No 1 road. I love the bamboo sea forest the best! I was not aware that the hotel I booked was mainly for family with Children! We have a room with dinosaur blankets!

L'hotel dispone di grandi strutture. La parte migliore è la lavatrice e asciugatrice. 2 asciugatrici. 3 lavatrici. Nessun problema con l'acqua calda. È possibile prendere una lunga doccia senza problemi. Sono un viaggiatore preferito solo per le camere non fumatori o le camere che non profumano come loro. Mi giro in aria condizionata per vedere se ha un odore di fumo che ne deriva. La mia prima stanza ha profumato come fumo, ma mi hanno trasferito in un'altra stanza senza problemi. Questo è probabilmente il miglior hotel di valore per una camera unica. I vantaggi di costo sono ancora migliori se lo condividi con qualcun altro. Ho avuto due carte per le camere, quindi ho lasciato l'aria condizionata tutto il tempo. Le camere medie non hanno una finestra, quindi una doccia può rendere la tua stanza umida. La zona intorno è molto grande. Ci sono un sacco di posti locali e sono solo locali non turistici. Il miglior posto è un negozio di noodles vicino. Ordina un grande zuppa di noodles di carne per 14 yuan e ottenere un noodle gratuito riempimento. Assicurati di girare l'esplosione quando si doccia e dovrai avere delle domande.

Booked an hourly rate room due to a flight delay. Immediately upon entering the lobby a gentleman - presumably a manager - offered me a cigarette. Even though I don’t smoke I found this to be a sweet gesture and an unmistakable token of appreciation of my business. It was also quite fitting as the facility is in an industrial area about 2 km from Benniu airport. Check-in was quick and I was immediately impressed with the room. Shiny new building constructed last year in an otherwise tired Neighbourhood. Spaciously narrow room. There were two beds, one single and one double. I’m surprised I’ve never seen this configuration before as it would benefit couples travelling with a child. TV was huge, wifi was fast and although the air con dial was confusing to turn on it pumped out beautifully cold air. Robot butler was fast. I think they offer shuttle service to and from the airport but a Didi is ~10 RMB. I was not expecting much but this place left an impression even though I only stayed for four hours. Thanks to the staff and I highly recommend it if the location meets your needs.

One of the lady at the reception was a bit rude. I asked her what the shipping address is of the hotel for online shopping and she did not understand even with translator app which is not an issue at all. She thought we were trying to book a room. I guess she was unaware that we were already checked in and that we were guests because when we gave up and headed to the elevator to go to the room, she yelled at us and followed us and said something sternly. I then showed her the room card and she took it to inspect it, then returned it and said okay. It was one of the most unpleasant experiences with a hotel staff compared to all the other hotels I have stayed in, including Chinese hotels.
