A Stellar Stay with Unforgettable Service - My New Go-To Hotel! I recently stayed at the Hilton and the experience was so positive it has cemented my loyalty. I was actually trying to decide between two hotels for our trip to visit friends, and I am so incredibly happy I chose the Hilton. From the moment we arrived, exhausted and weary from a long train journey, we were met with exceptional kindness. A huge shout-out to Luk Yue at the front desk. His service was nothing short of excellent. He was so polite, kind, and understanding of our tired state. To our absolute delight, he generously offered us a complimentary room upgrade. This gesture turned a good stay into an amazing one and set the tone for our entire visit. The room itself was perfect. The bed was amazingly soft, offering a truly restful sleep we desperately needed. The room temperature was easy to control and always comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the level of cleanliness throughout was impeccable—everything was spotless. Furthermore, the buffet breakfast was absolutely fantastic! It offered a huge variety of hot and cold items, all fresh and delicious. It was the perfect fuel for our day and a wonderful start each morning. I’ve stayed at Hiltons before, but I have never experienced service this good. I never regretted my choice for a second. This stay reminded me exactly why trusted brands matter. Because of this experience, and especially because of staff like LukYue who go above and beyond, the Hilton will be my go on my next visit! Highly, highly recommended

Il viaggio artistico di Xiaochuan ha fatto 45 minuti: l'alloggio ha mandato il tour e l'ora di prenotazione di un giorno in anticipo.L'insegnante di Xiaochuan organizzato prenderà molto il tour. Conosce anche molto la posizione del paesaggio dell'hotel, e la foto è efficiente!Molto soddisfatto! Vogliamo sottolineare il lavoro dell'assistente inglese Angelia che ci ha sostenuti per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Poiché non parliamo cinese, il suo aiuto è stato assolutamente invalutabile, dall'iscrizione al trattamento di qualsiasi richiesta. Era sempre disponibile, aiutando con la traduzione, raccomandando ristoranti, e anche aiutando con questioni minori quotidiane. Grazie a lei, la nostra vacanza era completamente senza stress e incredibilmente comoda. L'hotel stesso era anche meraviglioso, con camere accoglienti e una grande posizione, ma è stato l'attenzione e il professionalismo dell'assistente che hanno davvero reso il nostro soggiorno speciale. Non troppo cibo occidentale al colazione, soprattutto cibo locale.

”Raccomandiamo fortemente l'hotel di Liu Zhuan Lake, Liu Zhuan Mountain Heat Zhuan!La più grande sorpresa di questa permanenza è il servizio di cura, che è stato sottile e non può essere disturbato.Prima di entrare in casa, ho inviato un'attaccatura per giocare e preparato intimamente il compleanno di accompagnamento.Pioggia calda e il cuore è stato rilassato. La camera degli ospiti è pulita e la colazione è ricco di dolcezza.È difficile incontrare una squadra di servizio così professionale e calda. La cosa vale molto, porta la famiglia la prossima volta!

Un nuovo hotel situato a 30 minuti a piedi dal centro della città. Situazione bella vicino al lago West Tai. Andato a camminare la sera e era una esperienza serena. La diffusione del colazione dell'hotel è buona e deliziosa. Il mattino si sveglia alla vista del lago, la colazione e il caffè nel ristorante con un bel sollevamento del lago. Non potevo chiedere una migliore esperienza in questa città.

整體還是挺滿意的。鹽湖城裡麪也挺好玩。孩子溯溪很開心。不過漂流有身高限制這一點最好能提前通知遊客，避免到了地方才被通知孩子不能進，大家都沒有能玩。另外親子家庭最好能提前把孩子需要的物品放在房間，避免一次次找客服拿。晚上9點以後能不能增加甜品點心，不然餓了饞了啥也沒得吃。。。

The surroundings around the hotel is very serene and close to most tourist places though you still need a car to go round tianmu lake on Liyang No 1 road. I love the bamboo sea forest the best! I was not aware that the hotel I booked was mainly for family with Children! We have a room with dinosaur blankets!

Booked an hourly rate room due to a flight delay. Immediately upon entering the lobby a gentleman - presumably a manager - offered me a cigarette. Even though I don’t smoke I found this to be a sweet gesture and an unmistakable token of appreciation of my business. It was also quite fitting as the facility is in an industrial area about 2 km from Benniu airport. Check-in was quick and I was immediately impressed with the room. Shiny new building constructed last year in an otherwise tired Neighbourhood. Spaciously narrow room. There were two beds, one single and one double. I’m surprised I’ve never seen this configuration before as it would benefit couples travelling with a child. TV was huge, wifi was fast and although the air con dial was confusing to turn on it pumped out beautifully cold air. Robot butler was fast. I think they offer shuttle service to and from the airport but a Didi is ~10 RMB. I was not expecting much but this place left an impression even though I only stayed for four hours. Thanks to the staff and I highly recommend it if the location meets your needs.

One of the lady at the reception was a bit rude. I asked her what the shipping address is of the hotel for online shopping and she did not understand even with translator app which is not an issue at all. She thought we were trying to book a room. I guess she was unaware that we were already checked in and that we were guests because when we gave up and headed to the elevator to go to the room, she yelled at us and followed us and said something sternly. I then showed her the room card and she took it to inspect it, then returned it and said okay. It was one of the most unpleasant experiences with a hotel staff compared to all the other hotels I have stayed in, including Chinese hotels.
